Good lock, solar charging and finger print makes it worthwhile.

It is just ok so far. We are having a hard time getting it to close properly and I had to call customer service to get it set up. It also seems to be missing some parts that are described in the instructions like a pin you need to use to set it up.

Excellent lock so far. As long as you install it right you will enjoy it so much.

Gets jammed a lot. It could be my door. I was so excited about getting it but I have decided to switch back to Schlage with a separate doorbell cam. It does what it supposed to do but the siren goes off sometimes too randomly when a manual key is used.

my lock doesn't work property; the sensor is not working

I really wanted a lock that had a camera on it. Such locks are limited and very costly, but I was willing to pay a higher price to get what I wanted. However, the camera for the lock is not as good as I expected and you can’t record. The lock itself is good but not the camera.

We're getting a new front door. This will be installed along with the door. I am so looking forward to being able to let my caregivers in (and knowing who is at the front door) without having to have the previous caregiver leave the door unlocked for them.

Installation instructions are intuitive with step-by-step videos available and can be followed by DIYers of any skill level, using basic household tools - it only took me about 25min. It has it all. Its the Jack of all Tardes and good st them all. The camara is not that good, but wvery other feature is better than most smart lo ks at similar price, so the camera is just the cherry on top

What this advertises for a rekey - no, not really. Have to get a locksmith to do it. And this is 6 pins in the lock and the other Lockly handle is 5 pin. So the key had to be modified. Also, if you have a kwikset key - wont work to rekey.

Only complaint to date is the installation instructions weren't extremely clear on some areas, but a quick Google search resolves that.

Love the product and works great. Worth the money. Highly recommended
