I've had it for a little over a month, installed on outdoor. Easy to set up, 30 min +-. Easy to configure the fingers and codes. very responsive on the phone through their app. The camera works great even at night with night vision. you dont really need to connect it to Alexa, etc. just through their app you get everything. also works great with alexa.

After having taken the time to install doorbell cameras previously on my home and some of my extended family members, I felt silly when I discovered that this existed. In a move of genius, Lockly has combined a deadbolt, doorbell, and camera into one slick unit. While I had not heard of Lockly prior to installing this unit, it did feel well made and as solid as other units I've dealt with from longer standing lock company brands (who will remain unnamed here) There are a couple of ways that Lockly has gone out of their way here to make their product smarter and more convenient than others. First there are almost TOO many ways you can lock and unlock this deadbolt - Fingerprints! Keys! Codes! e-keys/bluetooth! all the options!. I really thought that the feature that randomizes the numbers onto the keypad in combinations to keep someone from observing your code, is a master feature that I can't believe no one else has used before. Instead of standard AA batteries, they've included a usb rechargeable battery to power this lock, and a mini solar panel to help keep it charged. I enjoyed that the solar panel is also the hidey panel for the key slot. Also not something I've observed in other locks, but included here, is a sensor telling you what position the door is in, so no more worrying if the door is swinging in the wind or not. Installation instructions were straightforward and the install video that Lockly has provided is well thought out and thorough, as well as the instructions in the BILT app are very worthwhile. The inclusion of a camera and the doorbell brings this lock to an entirely new level. I was a little disappointed that this is only an HD camera and not 2k or higher. The Ai on the camera has some of the same caveats as other battery powered security cameras, and perhaps not quite as good at alerts/false alarms as some of the more established brands. The good news is that this is purely software driven and fixable in app updates, but for now it's not as quite as reliable. I wasn't necessarily excited about having ANOTHER adapter to plug into my switch to get internet, but overall I understand that having their own secure communications between the deadbolt and the internet makes it more secure to use. Just a caveat to be aware of. The ability to access my lock via the web in their access portal is also very handy for those times my phone might be dead or not handy. This lock is well thought out and putting some of the existing time tested brands to shame. I would have liked to see a few less plastic parts in the lock itself to feel just a touch more secure out it physically, but overall it seems well made. Minor comments, but the doorbell itself is kind of buried in what feels like a sea of buttons, some of my family members were uncertain if they should be pushing it or not. Also, one thing this doesn't take into account is if you have a screen door with any substance to it it's likely to block the view of the camera. Also with a camera mounted to the door, the camera swings WITH the door when it's opened and closed.

I had to make one minor adjustment to the door's jam to keep the deadbolt from rubbing or binding. It took me approximately 30 minutes to install and another 30 minutes to set up five users of the app. That included fingerprint scanning for all five users. I was impressed by the high-security keypad used to open the door. The Pin Genie works so that individual numbers on the keypad change every time you access the door lock with a pin code. This feature prevents peeping eyes from getting the lock's pin code. You can open the door lock by using the phone app, your recorded fingerprint, a physical key, or by enabling Lockly Action on Google Assistant or the Amazon Alexa Skill. The Lockly Vision app works seamlessly. I can easily navigate through all the features of the lock. The weak points of this lock are Fingerprint Scanning, Night Vision, and Motion Detection features. Occasionally, I have to readjust my fingerprint on the scanner so it can read it correctly. The images in this night vision camera is inferior to other video door locks. I can see when someone comes close to the door-lock but cannot see anything else at night. The motion detection feature does not accurately detect motion. I do not get an alert on the app when motion is detected.

So far so good, no problems and working like it should.

Needed a door lock to work with my 5G network. The door lock requires a hub to be installed to enable all of the features which I was unaware of. I returned the door lock and purchased a door lock that was Ring compatible.

As described product works very well it is easy to use
