This is my 5th lock! I have purchased and replaced others and this one is the best thus far.

I've had it for a little over a month, installed on outdoor. Easy to set up, 30 min +-. Easy to configure the fingers and codes. very responsive on the phone through their app. The camera works great even at night with night vision. you dont really need to connect it to Alexa, etc. just through their app you get everything. also works great with alexa.

Wonderful and a must have front door lock. Definitely one of the best wifi locks

After having taken the time to install doorbell cameras previously on my home and some of my extended family members, I felt silly when I discovered that this existed. In a move of genius, Lockly has combined a deadbolt, doorbell, and camera into one slick unit. While I had not heard of Lockly prior to installing this unit, it did feel well made and as solid as other units I've dealt with from longer standing lock company brands (who will remain unnamed here) There are a couple of ways that Lockly has gone out of their way here to make their product smarter and more convenient than others. First there are almost TOO many ways you can lock and unlock this deadbolt - Fingerprints! Keys! Codes! e-keys/bluetooth! all the options!. I really thought that the feature that randomizes the numbers onto the keypad in combinations to keep someone from observing your code, is a master feature that I can't believe no one else has used before. Instead of standard AA batteries, they've included a usb rechargeable battery to power this lock, and a mini solar panel to help keep it charged. I enjoyed that the solar panel is also the hidey panel for the key slot. Also not something I've observed in other locks, but included here, is a sensor telling you what position the door is in, so no more worrying if the door is swinging in the wind or not. Installation instructions were straightforward and the install video that Lockly has provided is well thought out and thorough, as well as the instructions in the BILT app are very worthwhile. The inclusion of a camera and the doorbell brings this lock to an entirely new level. I was a little disappointed that this is only an HD camera and not 2k or higher. The Ai on the camera has some of the same caveats as other battery powered security cameras, and perhaps not quite as good at alerts/false alarms as some of the more established brands. The good news is that this is purely software driven and fixable in app updates, but for now it's not as quite as reliable. I wasn't necessarily excited about having ANOTHER adapter to plug into my switch to get internet, but overall I understand that having their own secure communications between the deadbolt and the internet makes it more secure to use. Just a caveat to be aware of. The ability to access my lock via the web in their access portal is also very handy for those times my phone might be dead or not handy. This lock is well thought out and putting some of the existing time tested brands to shame. I would have liked to see a few less plastic parts in the lock itself to feel just a touch more secure out it physically, but overall it seems well made. Minor comments, but the doorbell itself is kind of buried in what feels like a sea of buttons, some of my family members were uncertain if they should be pushing it or not. Also, one thing this doesn't take into account is if you have a screen door with any substance to it it's likely to block the view of the camera. Also with a camera mounted to the door, the camera swings WITH the door when it's opened and closed.

Needed a door lock to work with my 5G network. The door lock requires a hub to be installed to enable all of the features which I was unaware of. I returned the door lock and purchased a door lock that was Ring compatible.

We like it. Its not a bad deal at all. We asli got it on Black Friday sale.

I had to make one minor adjustment to the door's jam to keep the deadbolt from rubbing or binding. It took me approximately 30 minutes to install and another 30 minutes to set up five users of the app. That included fingerprint scanning for all five users. I was impressed by the high-security keypad used to open the door. The Pin Genie works so that individual numbers on the keypad change every time you access the door lock with a pin code. This feature prevents peeping eyes from getting the lock's pin code. You can open the door lock by using the phone app, your recorded fingerprint, a physical key, or by enabling Lockly Action on Google Assistant or the Amazon Alexa Skill. The Lockly Vision app works seamlessly. I can easily navigate through all the features of the lock. The weak points of this lock are Fingerprint Scanning, Night Vision, and Motion Detection features. Occasionally, I have to readjust my fingerprint on the scanner so it can read it correctly. The images in this night vision camera is inferior to other video door locks. I can see when someone comes close to the door-lock but cannot see anything else at night. The motion detection feature does not accurately detect motion. I do not get an alert on the app when motion is detected.

So far so good, no problems and working like it should.

I purchased the lock and I was going to pay $149 to install but the guy who coming in said he can’t install it or maybe he doesn’t know and I had to return it back

I had to get three different technicians to try to insall this lock. The support is in the Philippines with Logan and a few others. Its very hard to communicate. Leathia is out in Minneapolis and occasional witn get the message to reach out to an escalted issue. I beileve they are falling apart with Robby Grant leaving or removed from his postion. He was the most helpful now there is Justin who does not reapond to emails. Overall if you do not need support then great lock. Poor company who does not care about their customers.

I unfortunately do not live in the safest part of town. There have been a string of break-ins and robberies. The Lockly Vision Elite Deadbolt Edition could not have come sooner. This really has everything that you will need. I have seen Lockly products before and have always been pleased with their quality and ease of use. I was not disappointed with this one. The build quality just feels solid, sturdy, and overall excellent. A quick review will let you know that this lock has a BUNCH of features. Starting from the setup, it was fairly straightforward. I am fairly comfortable with tech but DIY stuff around the house is not my forte. That being said, even I was able to set this up with the included instructions. The lock itself looks very sleek and modern and is a stark contrast to my crappy beaten up door. Needless to say, if I move or change doors, I am taking the Lockly with me. The app was very easy to setup. In terms of the features, the listed features sounded too good to be true. Lockly really thought of everything when it came to this lock. It can record 1080 video and it is stored in the included 32 GB SD card. I give extra points for the INCLUDED SD card. No subscriptions to a proprietary cloud system. It has motion sensors that work great. It can also send notifications and auto-record when someone tries to mess with the lock or enters the wrong code too many times. The two-way audio is crisp. Night vision works great. My favorite feature is the fingerprint reader. You can apparently add up to 99 fingerprints. It worked very well. At least when I tried tricking it, I could not. I felt it was fairly accurate. You can also take advantage of its "smart" functions and use the app or your choice of smart assistant. I found myself not really relying on those functions. The solar panel is a brilliant touch. I am not sure if it is working but I guess I will find out soon. All in all, I really can't express how pleased I am with the Lockly. I feel like they thought about nearly everything about what a consumer would want in terms of an electric lock/smart doorbell/camera/etc. It truly is feature-packed and a good buy for anyone who wants some extra security.
