Its very easy to use, its safe, and pratical doorbell, lock and camera all in one. Very happy with it.

This product is spectacular! Easy install, great customer service, Remote open when not home, auto locks, detects movement and alerts you to open and view live video, notifications when lock is being touched, log with time stamps, comes with 2 battery packs, and solar panel attached to keep it charging. They thought of everything!

Great and secure lock. Very easy to use and fairly easy to install; just be sure that once you get it installed the lock will not lock smoothly until after it's calibrated, we never seen that in the instructions so we kept trying to adjust, until we called the service help desk and they told us it won't lock smoothly until calibrated.

Great lock although I had to return it. I have a left hand inswing door and the smaller offset, thus it was difficult to use the finger print scanner. My fingers are not petite. I hated that I couldn’t keep it. The camera was clear and vivid. The rechargeable battery pack is a game changer, plus this included an extra battery pack. No more batteries! The keypad was awesome and the fingerprint scanner worked great when I could jam my finger in the right spot. All in all very impressed with this lock. Only change would be to have the fingerprint scanner on the front of the lock verses the left side. If my door was a right hand inswing, I would have kept this. All in all a great piece of equipment.

This was a little harder to install. Not because of the lock but due to high tight my door was to the frame. I did not have the appropriate tools when I started. Once I got everything filed on the door, things went pretty simple.

Exactly what we hope for the functionality’s all work the way it supposed. Clear video, the small solar panel really produces power to the battery.

Excellent lock, fast access with fingerprint or code entry and has a key access just in case everything else fails. It has excellent video quality. The motion capturing system is great. This is by far the best lock I have purchased

I have had this lock since 2023. I bought it for its number scrambling, as well as a built in camera. I used one of these at an Airbnb I stayed at and loved it short term. I have now lived with it every single day and I cannot wait to replace it with a different brand. I love the finger print option, but only when it scans (which doesn't work when it's raining, snowing, or just cold in general.) It will register the correct print or code, half open, wont finish opening, so you have to redo the code or finger print two more times till it finally finishes opening the lock. So to get into my house its becoming almost every single time it will barley unlock. It also turns off motion sensing cause "its too frequent". I gave up trying to made adjustments in the app (which is confusing if you're not tech savvy, which I am not a boomer so I like to think I am) It's an amazing short term rental option, but living with every day AND having paid this much, I will have a celebration when this goes in the garbage.

I've had several issues with this product. Ive set up an access code and biometric and occasionally i still cant get into my home. Sometimes its because the mechanism that drives the lock gets stuck in between lock and unlock. In which case I have to try several times to unlock the door or lock it with the app AND unlock it with the app....If the app is working. Several times I've had someone waiting at the door to be let in and the app won't allow me to access it while the person is standing in front of the camera. I also cant unlock nor see the person if they've pressed the doorbell function. The camera isnt great. It'd be great to have the option to Pan/tilt or something. Motion detection seems useless but the motion detection alert works perfect. Its not loud per se but it can be heard inside the residence and outside. Some kids were playing around my door a few times to trigger it. Also people walking by tend to wonder where the noise is coming from and trigger it. I keep this thing fully charged and the wifi module isnt far from the device. My connection speed is 500mbps for just me and I'm no gamer. For the most part I'm able to activate the camera to see its view, but it times out after a few seconds; after which you can extend the viewing time but you only get two extends before having to close it and reopen the camera view again...if the app allows.

Worth every penny, we use the fingerprint almost exclusively but also appreciate the physical key as a backup. Camera and door we are an added bonus.

My wife and I have looked into smart locks for our home for years and finally decided to take a chance on this one and moths later we are still in love with this purchase. So many feature that it seemed overwhelming to read about them and unlikely that we’d use it all. I’m happy to say it was simple to install, easy to set up and so easy to use that we’re thrilled with this purchase!

Easy online ordering for store pick up. Ready within 30 minutes. Straightforward installation. Good performance across the board to date. It's a win for the pocket... other than purchasing an optional larger SD card than is supplied, this product has no additional payment(s) required for video storage and access.

The lock is great. My only issue was that the Geeks didn’t know how to install. I ended up getting a locksmith and he did a terrible job, because he wasn’t familiar with how the product works. If you sell something, you need to offer knowledgeable installers.

Very good product. Lock, security camera and has a bell that rings directly to the cell phone. Easy to install unless you have a metal door frame because the door sensor is integrated inside the deadbolt.
