I really wanted a lock that had a camera on it. Such locks are limited and very costly, but I was willing to pay a higher price to get what I wanted. However, the camera for the lock is not as good as I expected and you can’t record. The lock itself is good but not the camera.

Too many features in one place good to have to it for your door

We're getting a new front door. This will be installed along with the door. I am so looking forward to being able to let my caregivers in (and knowing who is at the front door) without having to have the previous caregiver leave the door unlocked for them.

Installation instructions are intuitive with step-by-step videos available and can be followed by DIYers of any skill level, using basic household tools - it only took me about 25min. The built-in lithium batteries are recharged by the built-in solar panel, but there is also a microUSB port you can use to directly charge them. Weather/moisture detection that disables some touchpad functionality to protect from elements Built-in Wi-Fi, so you don’t need any additional “bridge” hardware Internal video storage on memory card Minor dislikes: Replaces your dead-bolt and keys, so you must use their proprietary key; in my case, that will be an extra key on the key-chain, as I had matching keys for front door, back door Only 2 keys included (other smartlock brands included 4 or 5 keys) Though it’s nice to have the doorbell integrated within the same app/ecosystem and not need additional hardware, most people are still used to ringing a doorbell mounted on the wall/outside of the door frame, so this integration may not catch on.

Pretty solid great encryption with numbering so people can’t memorize number

It has it all. Its the Jack of all Tardes and good st them all. The camara is not that good, but wvery other feature is better than most smart lo ks at similar price, so the camera is just the cherry on top

What this advertises for a rekey - no, not really. Have to get a locksmith to do it. And this is 6 pins in the lock and the other Lockly handle is 5 pin. So the key had to be modified. Also, if you have a kwikset key - wont work to rekey.

Love this lockley smart lock. Super advance features, finger print sensor is flawless, love the rotating numbers, camera is great. I would highly recommend. P

It was great to install even with two glitches contacted the one 800 number and they immediately came to the rescue. I love this product and I just started using it!!!

Only complaint to date is the installation instructions weren't extremely clear on some areas, but a quick Google search resolves that.

We use these locks for all our vacation rentals. They are fantastic, secure user friendly and provide a great service for new codes for every new tenant.

I bought this product three weeks ago. It was really good and I really loved it and I highly recommend to my friends and family.

Lock so far is great but at times while using app it doesn't respond.

Excellent product! Good range of view w/great clarity. Best Buy installer is quick & very helpful explaining how to use app.

Will update when installed, so far this is the one of the best of the best when it comes to smart door locks due to the amount of features it has.
