Great Camera But Difficult To Find Some Features

Camera was easy to install. Supporting software from Logitech was a bit more difficult to find. To access all of the camera's features, you need to be sure to install the latest firmware using the Logitech Firmware Update Tool. In addition, the zoom features of the camera, which is why I bought it, require the installation of the Logitech Capture software. This software cannot be run at the same time the camera is being accessed by Zoom or other software. Finally, unlike other Logitech webcams I have used, the Brio has the tripod connection hidden under the monitor base. You need to gently turn the camera up and down from the ends to pop it off the monitor base and reveal the tripod port. I couldn't find this tip in any of the included documentation.

The Mac software from Logitech is pretty awful, but the native OS X stuff works just fine, so there's not much reason to install it anyway.

Well worth the money!

Awesome Camera
