Finally managed to get the firmware updated and it seems to be working as it should. But, way too complicated. Got help from Logitech support, but even they were baffled by the problem. Now that it seems to be working, it produces good quality images.

The clarity is fantastic and this is a great value for the price. Even though I give it five stars I want to mention that we had to call the support number because there was nothing that popped up when we connected it and we couldn’t figure out how it turns on. It did it all automatically and you have to actually go into a camera/video application like WebEx to see it work.

While attempting to turn down the camera and applying pressure necessary caused panel to turn down and finally the camera separated from mount (magnetic). This was not going to work so I opted to return.
