Great for remote learning. The only con is that it doesn't have a retractable cover to cover the lens when not in use. Painters tape took care of that issue.

First webcam purchase for my teenager. Very inexpensive, works excellent. She loves it.

this is my 4th Logitech webcam and experienced same USB cable issue, Cam works good with nice and shows very clear picture but cable goes bad in a few months just by the USB jack and cable itself, seems like wire in the cable are not flexible enough and breaks easily. last 3 went bad so quickly and cant be fixed even-though after supporting with electrical tape on top

I wasn't sure what to expect when I grabbed this off the shelf as I needed something cheap to use with Adobe Character Animator CC. It was the least expensive camera there and quickly glancing at the specs it looked like it would work fine on a Mac Pro. Got home, plugged it into the USB port and worked great right out of the box without the need to install additional drivers or software. The frame rate and the quality was perfect for what I was using it for. The built in microphone also works well and is convenient if you don't already have a mic. Don't let the low price lead to you think this is a piece of junk... it's well built and sits nicely atop my ASUS 28" 4K display. This is straightforward product with no fancy gimmicks. It works with Photobooth & FaceTime. Most importantly it worked great with Adobe Character Animator CC so no complaints here!

To install the camera, plug it into a USB port. That’s all there is! It’s beautiful. It works! The images are clear. You can permanently attach it to the Monitor, or balance it on the edge of the monitor when you need it as I do. it is sturdy and easy to hold when you need to take photos of documents. It provides a good image for zoom meetings. Pros: easy to install; easy to use; works as it should. Cons: none.

Overall, I rate this five stars, it was extremely easy to install and I was able to use it within minutes of receiving it. I have Skyped before and the quality was not so great. With this camera, my resolution is in HD, the camera can be set up to follow your head movements while on Skype. It can be set up as a spy-cam when you're not at home and will automatically record any movements to a file that you can view when you return. I just love it and would recommend it to friends, family or anyone who asks. You can't do better for the price. The only downside, that I could find is that the way it clips onto the monitor doesn't seem to be very secure, but I recently moved my computer and forgot to remove the camera, but it remained attached with no problems.

The Logitech C270 is exactly what I needed for basic video calls. The picture is clear for 720p, even in average lighting, and the colors look natural. The built-in microphone does a good job cutting down on background noise so people hear me clearly. It clips easily to the top of my monitor and stays in place. I bought this because my laptop camera stopped working and I got tired of trying to take conference calls from my iPad. It works great! It set itself up automatically (plug and play), and everyone has said my picture and sound are clear. The camera shows a pretty wide angle, but not TOO much so! I like that there's a light on the side to indicate when the camera is on. I have a very thin edge on my laptop cover, but the folding aspect of the hinge allows this to balance there securely. I can also hang it on my other flatscreen monitor.

I couldn't figure out why I couldn't zoom until my sister explained I needed a web camera to attach to my PC. Best Buy's website information made it easy to decide which web camera to purchase. This Logitech - HD webcam was very inexpensive and easier than easy to install -- just plug it in and hang it over my PC's monitor. The pictures are very clear and detailed. One can maneuver it a bit for the proper angle. I like it very much. It worked perfectly for the several zoom meetings I have since participated in. I am very happy with this product.

I think it's a great camera and the microphone is terrific. It's easy to install and operate. I have Win XP and I haven't had any problems with it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a camera with a microphone with good quality.
