I use this for teaching in a virtual classroom. I replaced an older web can and this was much better. Video was clear. Exposure and color were good. I like that I could pan and tilt digitally if I zoom in. I had zero trouble with installation. I had to download the software to pan and tilt.

My son had the Logitech c615 and has been wanting the 920. I finally gave in and was amazed at the difference in clarity! Well designed and looks sharp hanging on his monitor. Easy to attach and install. Best quality picture you can buy right now!

Very minimal configuration was made after opening the webcam. Pretty much just took it from the box, plugged it into my computer and I was off. Very high quality, many different settings to adjust how you want. I'm very happy with this product.

I have always wanted this camera and my friend wanted one. So I sold him the C615 and upgraded to the C920. Both awesome products for the prices. The dual mics are nice as well as the picture quality is great on the opposite end.

This webcam is good for a conference area and has decent enough image quality, but always cuts out of Skype for Windows Desktop version 6.2 (current as of this writing) after 5-20 minutes of use. This has something to do with onboard processing vs system processing, according to my research. For this reason, it was completely worthless for our conference area. Since we spent a couple months trying to figure out what was wrong with it instead of returning, I was unable to return the item to Best Buy. I will now try to get a refund from the manufacturer (and avoid buying Logitech webcams in the mean time).

"Still image resolution up to 15.0 megapixels" is misleading. This is a 2.0 megapixel webcam. Photo Interpolation (available by installing additional software) is used to increase the 2.0 megapixel captured image to 15.0 megapixels. If you are expecting the still image "quality" to be that of a 15 megapixel camera, be aware that you will instead get 2.0 megapixel quality at 15.0 megapixel resolution. The video capabilities of this webcam seem quite good, there are many reviews which expand on that. The primary reason I purchased this webcam was because I thought it was capable of capturing a 15.0 megapixel native image. Lesson learned, as a result, I am returning it. Stop looking... Ever wonder why your friends look so good on a hangout? Or podcast? Well they are probably using a c920. The Logitech C920 is pretty much THE staple webcam of the youtuber or vlogger. It just works.

This is a really good cam. I make stopmotion animation and it works great with my software. Question I had that I didn't know till I bought it was is it compatible with tripod? Answer yes it is :)

Purchased this when it was on sale and very glad I did. The camera quality is perfect for streaming, set up was easy, and it works well with a green screen.

This cam has been around for a while now and still holds it's own against new cams. If you can find it on sale, you will not be disappointed.

This is by far the best Webcam on the market for the money! Excellent!!!!

In photo mode, you cannot mirror the image at all. Logitech has known about this issue and refuses to fix it. In video mode, you can only mirror and face track in 480p resolution and below. Again Logitech will not fix this. The funny thing is I purchased a C270 for my wife at the same time and her camera will mirror and facetrack to resolutions up to 720p AND its a $24 webcam. If you do home videos or game commentaries or youtube videos, save your money and get something that will give you the resolution and the options you need.

This webcam is great for Skype, and any program you choose to use but always check the specifications first. The webcam requires at least 1mbps upload speed for 720p and 2 mbps for 1080p Skype calling (others are probably the same but I've only used Skype so far)

I also have a C910 Logitech. I purchased the C920 primarily to upgrade my technology. I could not get the effects to work and also I could not check the block for the equipment to follow my face. I contacted Tech support and they had me basically download and reload the software. That did not correct the problem. I tried to let tech support know that their advice did not resolve the problem and they would not respond. So I took it back and got my money back, and went back to the C910/
