    I was surprised that they did not include a set-up disk, as that would have made the installation simpler. Great Picture quality but you need to read the small print in the packaged material to find where they tell you to go to their website to download the installation program so you can control the camera and access it's features. Then spent time syncing the camera to my system as I could not access the internet with it plugged in. Would have been nice to have an installation disk that helped with the installation and set-up.
