The stand sometimes pushes out over the front lip and my laptop flops down. I am using a ROD Duo 16. So might be a good setup if you have a narrower lighter laptop.

We appreciate you letting us know about your experience with the Casa Pop-Up Desk and your ROD Duo 16. It sounds like the stand's design might not be ideal for larger laptops. The Casa Pop-Up Desk is suited for most standard-sized laptops.

I love the look and functionality of the Casa Pop-Up Desk. All three components do their job well. Design The Casa Pop-Up Desk includes a Bluetooth keyboard, Bluetooth touchpad, and a very nice case that, when folded closed, looks similar to a book. When you open the case, it can be folded into a stand for a laptop, holding it at an angle to raise the height of the display to a more comfortable level. The surface of the stand that your laptop rests on has ridges that should help ensure good airflow for cooling. It's very easy to put the stand into the correct position due to magnets that pull the top into a groove for a perfect fit. The bottom has feet to hold the laptop. I want to stress how impressed I am with the design. Even the wide rubber band that's used to keep the case closed, flips easily to the other side of the case and then functions to keep the stand from sliding on a desk when you're using it. I really think it looks great but has been designed to be very functional. It includes one USB-C to USB-C cord for charging. Both the keyboard and the touchpad need to be charged independently. Keyboard - Casa Keys This is probably my favorite compact keyboard I've ever typed on. The keys are a pretty normal size, shape, and design. I think they have a great feel to them and a reasonable amount of travel. There is an inverted T arrow key layout. Even though each of the keys in the inverted T is half-height, I prefer this to having the left and right arrows full size, or other options. Looking at the keyboard from the side, there is a slight angle to it, but there are no feet that flip down to increase the angle. Besides standard media control keys there are three keys to easily switch between different computers connected by either Bluetooth or Logi Bolt USB transceivers. There's a light on the <Caps Lock> key to show if it's on or not, a light on each function key to show which computer you're connecting to or that it's in Bluetooth pairing mode, and a power/battery indicator light. They also get points for using a switch on the back to turn it on or off. I like having a switch as opposed to needing to hold down a button to turn it on or off. It's plastic all around but feels very good and solid, with little flex if you try to twist it. I don't like metal cases on mobile devices because they are heavier than plastic and they interfere with wireless signals much more than plastic. Touchpad - Casa Touch I'm so glad to have a Bluetooth touchpad! There are a lot of times where a mouse just isn't practical but sometimes having the touchpad between the keyboard and me, like what it built-in on a laptop, is not easy or comfortable to use. This touchpad works as well as any laptop touchpad I've used or better. Like the keyboard, it can be paired to up to three different computers at one time using either Bluetooth or a Logi Bolt USB transceiver. There's a button on the bottom you can use to switch between computers. Like the keyboard, the case is a plastic, which I think is a great move. I was sad to find they went with glass for the touchpad surface. While I know some people prefer the feel of glass, it breaks. I've had a glass touchpad on a laptop break before and don't look forward to that happening again. Hopefully this one will last. I hope Logitech goes with a plastic touch surface on the next version of the Casa Touch. They did put a power switch on this, similar to the keyboard. Stand The stand is great! I can totally see it helping with neck strain or issues like that. I tried it with Windows laptops and Chromebooks and it worked very well. The storage for the keyboard and touchpad work well but are interesting. To get out either input device, you need to press down on the front of it to make the back come up and then you can take it out. When you open it the first time, there are diagrams to show you this. It's a bit odd a first but easy to work with in practice. There is one other compartment that has the USB-C to USB-C cable. That compartment has two sides and only one is used. You could totally keep another small cable or an adapter in there. I've had mobile keyboards and mice before and sometimes struggled with transporting them. I think the stand does make and excellent case, even if it's only used for that purpose. Logi Bolt While this supports Logi Bolt it does not come with a Logi Bolt transceiver, so you'll need to buy it separately or use one that came with a different Logitech device you have. That is only for cordless USB Transceiver. The keyboard and touchpad both work with Bluetooth as well. Logi Bolt is a new type of USB Transceiver from Logitech that supports connecting more than one device to one USB transceiver - sort of replacing the Logitech Unifying USB transceiver. It has improved security/encryption so people near you can't capture your keystrokes. It also has a very cool feature, that allows you to have a keyboard and mouse "Flow" from one device to another. That means, without changing any pairing connection settings, you can move the mouse from the desktop of one computer (PC or MAC) to another, just by moving the mouse cursor from one screen to another like on a computer with more than one displays but you're going from computer to computer instead of just screen to screen. The keyboard will automatically move, or "Flow", with it. You need to have Logitech Options+ installed for this to work and it requires either Logi Bolt or Bluetooth connected devices that can pair to more than one device at a time. It's a Logitech-only technology and I don't know if there is anything else quite like it. I haven't used it a lot but have used it a little and it works well. Summary The touchpad is especially handy when working in a tight space with no great place to use a mouse, like on the sofa. I've even used it and the keyboard with the laptop on the coffee table. The case is very useful just to carry them but makes a great stand as well. The Logi Casa Pop-Up Desk makes working in unusual or otherwise awkward places reasonable or even very good!

Most laptop stands are one-dimension, functional eyesores. They do the job, sure, but when not in use, they stick out like a sore thumb on a desktop. Logitech has solved this problem with the Casa Pop-Up Desk. Designed to work on any surface, this stand is compatible with most laptops and can be stored on display or out of sight. It's the perfect laptop stand solution for someone that doesn't want to sacrifice style with their versatility. Housed in a sleek, book-like casing, the Casa Pop-Up Desk stand holds firmly in place magnetically. It is pretty sturdy for most sizes of laptops I tested, though it did have some issues on a laptop with larger than normal surface risers, as the laptop would slide down to the riser before holding steady. Inside the case, there's a small storage for an included USB-C charging cable (with room for other small things like paperclips, flash drives, or small pencils), a spot for the compact wireless keyboard, and a wireless touchpad. The Casa Keys keyboard easily pops out by pushing down on the space bar to lift it up, and the Casa Touch touchpad comes out in the same manner. When stored away, the Casa Pop-Up Desk packs closed tightly with a rubber strap and can be tucked away with any of the books and folders in or around your desk. The Casa Keys and Casa Touch devices connected seamlessly to my laptops via Bluetooth -- and that's "laptops" plural. The keyboard and touchpad both connect to three devices at a time and can switch to any of them at the touch of a button -- very cool! The keyboard itself is very compact, yet the buttons are still regular-sized and very responsive. The touchpad has a large surface area and is fully clickable. It's nice that the two wireless devices are separated so I'm able to position the touchpad anywhere at my workstation. These devices last a long time, advertised at five months of battery life for the keyboard and three weeks for the touchpad. I haven't had to charge either for a week now, which is pretty great especially through some consistent, heavy usage. Overall, this portable, efficient, and stylish laptop stand lets you create your personalized workstation anywhere you go, whether you're on the go or at home. Best of all, it is out of sight and out of mind when you're finished using it. An awesome little stand.

    Portable Desk Setup

The Logitech Casa Pop Up Desk is a portable desk that collapses into a small footprint. It smartly holds the keyboard and trackpad, with another section in the case for storage. It includes a usb type c to type c cable, which is good for keeping the keyboard and trackpad charged up. It works great on Windows, Mac, and Linux. The design of the case is great, it is dark grey color with a teal accent band. The band wraps around to keep everything closed, and then when opened it adds grip to the bottom to prevent your laptop from moving around. One thing to note, you can easily remove the keyboard and trackpad from the case by pressing on the bottom of them, which tilts it up and then they are easy to remove. The keyboard is really great for such a small size. Good enough that you could use it for every day work. It is spaces a bit smaller than the Apple keyboard I usually use, yet after a few minutes it feels right at home. The key travel is good and there are useful special keys. There are 3 quick pair buttons (so you can easily switch between devices). There is an emoji button, a dictation button, a screenshot button, media controls, speakers controls, and best of all a mic mute/unmute toggle button. The trackage feels great. On my MacBook Pro, this is the only trackpad that comes close to the official Apple trackpad. It is a little bit smaller, but I find that I have plenty of room. You can customize gestures, taps, clicks, drags in the Logitech Options + app. The one thing that doesn’t work well for me it three finger tap and drag. On the built in trackpad this is an effortless movement that I’ve come to rely on. On the Casa trackpad, you have to three finger tap, pause, move. It is just slow enough that I really can’t use it. I’ve changed it to tap one and then drag, which works flawlessly. I prefer tap to click, but the actual click is really nice (it is a physical click mechanism). I really like that this is a reliable and functional set up that easily collapses and stored away at the end of the day. It is small enough to fit in my backpack with the laptop and the rise of the laptop screen really just makes it to nice to use. As a benefit the height also places the camera in a much better position for video calls.

Portable Standup Desk w/Keyboard&Trackpad? I'm in!

First thing I noticed was the nice little packaging of it. Love that it's all self-contained into one little booklet that includes the charging cable, the trackpad (I LOVE TRACKPADS!!) and the keyboard. As soon as I switched the keyboard on, my laptop immediately saw it, asked if I wanted to connect to it. I clicked "Connect" and it told me to enter in a randomly generated passcode and press enter on the keyboard. After doing so, keyboard was working. For the trackpad, it also instantly saw it and asked if I wanted to connected, and 2 seconds later, both keyboard or trackpad fully functional.
Now I love my Surface Laptop Studio keyboard and trackpad, but having this propped up higher without an additional large pop up/standup desk I have, this keyboard/trackpad is just as good! The only thing that would've made it perfect is having a numeric keypad on it, but the laptop also doesn't have that, and would obviously extend the width / weight of the keyboard. My standup desk measures 19.3"D x 25.6"W x 10.6"H that's a large surface area. The Casa Popup is 1.141" x 9" x 11", it's tiny and does more! As an IT pro, I often go into my company satellite offices and use a generic computer to work on for the day, and we don't have trackpads, I'm the only person that uses one, so this gives me another unintended benefit - a portable keyboard/trackpad that I can take with me in my backpack! Pros: Very small footprint, can fit in my laptop bag Long battery life The colors! My backpack/motorcycle/shoes/phone are all green, so Classic Chic matches my color scheme Great feeling keyboard/touchpad Extremely easy to connect, almost automatic (Windows 11) Semi-Cons: Has a bit of weight to it (not so much of a con but an FYI) Can seem pricey - but a very large standing desk is in this range without keyboard/trackpad No USB-C power brick for included cable - but in 2024, how do you NOT have one already? First charge took a few hours

I can always count on Logitech to provide great, useful computer accessories. That's why I felt confident this Casa Home Kit is the perfect accessory for my home office. The unit came packed like a gift, with tissue paper and a paper ribbon. The soft green textile case cover feels premium and the ribbed 3/4 inch band serves a dual purpose, it holds the cover in place and acts as a grip when the unit is opened. Opening the cover reveals a bento box with cubbies for the keyboard and mouse pad. They lie flush with the edges which made me wonder if I would have to flip it over to get them out. Fortunately, they've engineered a dip in the base of the cubbies allowing them to pivot up when you press on the front of the keyboard or mouse pad. The case cover folds down and flips out revealing half inch rubber gripped tabs that magnetically connect to the indented front lip locking it in place ready to accept your laptop. The laptop rests at a 45-degree angle which should conform to a vertical screen position for most laptops. Mine was as far as it would go, which was apparently just right. Both keyboard and mouse pad connected easily with Bluetooth and there's the ability to connect to 3 different computers. The keyboard is comfortable with standard sized keys that have good travel. The mouse pad is quite intuitive and big enough to use with 2 hands, if necessary. There's a third cubby with it's own cover that holds the charge cable, but is big enough to store small things like paper clips or pins. This pop-up style case is quite portable and easily hides in plain site or in a bookcase when not in use. With good fit and finish and long battery life, I would highly recommend it for both it's use and practicality.

The Logitech Casa Pop-up desk work from home kit is a perfect "desktop" setup for anyone that works from home or away from the office. The set is compact and fantastic for travel. It comes with a book style case with an elastic band to keep it closed, but remove the band and inside is the keyboard and touchpad. The case is designed to make extraction of the keyboard and mouse easy as pushing on top or bottom of each piece. the other end will pop up so you can grab and remove the item. There is an additional compartment for charging cables. The "book cover" has an addtional piece that folds out to form the stand for the laptop. It only has one location to lock into the base so it has one height option. This is my only dislike. You're locked into the one height. A minor thing and you can get used to that height. The laptop stand has two angled brackets with a lip that hold the laptop securely. It took care of my 16 inch dell work laptop with ease, but my 18" rog strix was too big for it. the lip wasn't tall enough, or rather, my laptop was too thick to catch the edge of the laptop. This is understandable, the laptop was out of the 10-17 scope, but I still thought I would check. The keyboard was only a tiny bit smaller than the keyboard to my laptop. It will just take a bit of time to get used to the difference. I always miss the 10 key when there isn't one, but for traveling, this can be expected. I like that both the keyboard and touchpad have power switches to preserve battery. I do like how it has the option to connect to 3 different devices. Connecting to two of my devices was pretty seamless. All of the gestures I tried were successful with the laptops. I believe they are standard for windows. I do not have any IOS devices to test with. I think the only thing that would make this item better is to have multiple settings/heights for the stand. This is the reason I subtracted one star.

If you’re an office worker like me, chances are you’ve transitioned from 40 hours a week in-office to a hybrid of in-office and telecommuting (or perhaps you’ve gone fully remote). Or, maybe you’re a frequent business traveler or student that uses their laptop in all sorts of atypical locations. We all know the (literal) pain of spending hours bent over a laptop, but we’re not always fortunate enough to have access to a first-class monitor/riser/hub/keyboard/mouse setup. Logitech’s new Casa Pop-Up Desk is a sleek all-in-one solution for those looking to up their WFH game. It’s a standard-sized wireless keyboard and trackpad that stows in a sleek book-style case that magically folds into a sturdy laptop riser. It’s cute, colorful and innovative, but does it perform as good as it looks? Unboxing the Casa desk was a pleasure, almost Apple-style in the attention to packaging detail. Everything was well-braced in thick cardboard and wrapped in what feels like a paper cloth — no plastic in sight. I’m a big fan of minimal and recyclable packaging, and Logitech proves you can do it with style, too. Setup and paring with a Windows and a Mac machine was straightforward and speedy, and I encountered no issues with either operating system. For full control you can download and install Logitech’s “Logi Options+” software, which provides a myriad of information and tools about your connected products. It’s compatible with nearly all of Logitech’s current accessories, and in my experience it’s a useful companion app without being intrusive. Interestingly, though, while it provides full settings control on MacOS, on Windows 11 Home the Casa Touch wireless trackpad required me to use Windows settings to adjust things. Not a huge deal, but it doesn’t allow for one set of settings for the built-in trackpad and one for the Casa Touch. That aside, the Casa Touch is an excellent trackpad, with a silky-smooth touch surface and flawless response to all the typical single and multi-point touch commands in both Windows and Mac environments. You can press down anywhere to select, and the entire trackpad will physically click up and down. It’s a muted click, but very physical, which you may like or not, depending on your preferences. You can always enable tap-to-click if you’d prefer. It’s not quite the magic of an Apple’s Force Touch trackpad, but it’s up there with the best I’ve used, and depending on your specific system might even be better than the built-in trackpad. Similarly, the included Casa Keys are typical Logitech, which is to say high-quality and generally a very good typing experience. They’re marked for both Windows and Mac use, and respond accordingly in both operating systems. The top row of function keys includes media controls and a few operating system shortcuts, but no multitasking buttons like you might be used to, depending on your system. This makes sense, based on the cross-platform compatibility and the need to include Logitech’s set of quick-switch buttons to move between paired devices. Like the trackpad, the keyboard provides very physical clicks, with more key travel than I expected. The key caps are grippy and slightly concave, and generally feel nice to use. If you’re used to shallow laptop keys this might be a bit of an adjustment, but as is typical with Logitech’s other keyboards the typing experience is up there with the best. The keyboard isn’t silent, but the clicks are relatively muted, and like the trackpad shouldn’t bother others in a quiet environment. Tying everything together is the Casa case, which stores the keyboard and trackpad when not in use and folds into a laptop riser to bring your screen to a more useable height. It’s a well-made case, with precise cutouts for stowing the Casa accessories and even a small covered storage area for chargers and the like. Logitech used a thick, matte-finish plastic for most of the Casa components, and it feels more premium than many offerings, though you’ll never forget it’s plastic. Once in riser position the Casa Desk easily held my 14-inch MacBook Pro and my 16-inch Windows machine. Even with my heavy typing the Casa hardly flexes or wobbles, and there’s plenty of nonslip rubber grips in all the right places to keep everything in place. And when you’re done, everything stows away neatly and securely and the entire Casa Desk folds up into a sleek and portable portfolio. I wouldn’t call it lightweight, but it’s certainly very minimal when stored, and feels tough enough to toss in a bag without any worries. The way the keyboard and trackpad slots are angled so you can “pop” each device out is clever and adds to the higher-end feel of the entire package. I’m impressed overall with Logitech’s efforts here, but I do have one complaint: the Casa Desk only has one non-adjustable riser position, and while it puts your computer in a good “average” position, depending on your height you may find you have to compromise your viewing angle a bit. I’m over six feet tall, and when using the Casa Desk with my 14” MacBook Pro, I find myself wishing for some adjustment range. The MacBook’s screen simply doesn’t tilt back enough, which is hardly Logitech’s fault, but as a tall person I found myself having to sit farther back from the screen to get a comfortable viewing angle. My Windows machine, on the other hand, has a greater range of adjustment for the screen, and I was able to find a few comfortable viewing angles. Again, Logitech couldn’t possibly account for all the laptops and their varying adjustments, but I do think it would have been nice if they’d found a way to engineer some adjustability into the Casa Desk for maximum flexibility with all heights and machines. Regardless, I’m really impressed with the Casa Pop-Up Desk, and have no problem recommending it to anyone looking for a simple, sleek way to increase their ergonomics without going full-bore on a complete desk/monitor/etc. setup. I’m already planning to bring the Casa Desk with me on longer trips where I expect to have extended computer use. It’s well-designed, high-quality and offers enough of an ergo upgrade to make it worth packing in my bag. Just be aware that your specific height and laptop may make for a slightly less-than-ideal setup, so be prepared to try the Casa Desk and make sure it’ll work for you.

In the hustle of today's remote work culture, versatility is key. The Logitech Casa Pop-Up Desk Work From Home Kit is a game-changer, offering a compact, portable solution that adapts to your workspace needs with finesse and style. PROS: First and foremost, portability reigns supreme with this kit. Its pop-up design makes it a breeze to set up and take down, making it the perfect companion for those on the go. Whether you're hopping between coffee shops or working from a hotel room, this minidesk travels like a dream. Now, let's talk peripherals. The trackpad is a standout feature, rivaling even Apple's renowned trackpads. With multipoint functionality, navigating your screen feels smooth and effortless, just like the real deal. Pair that with the Casa Keys keyboard – compact yet mighty. Its sleek design doesn't compromise on functionality, boasting built-in macros that streamline your workflow. Typing feels like a dream, even on the go. Sadly it is not backlit, which is a minor blow to an otherwise flawless keyboard. And let's not forget the ergonomic wonder that is the Casa Book stand. Designed to elevate your laptop to eye level, it's a game-changer for long hours at the desk. Say goodbye to neck strain and hello to optimal comfort! CONS: However, no product is without its flaws. The Casa Book stand, while ergonomic, may struggle with heavier laptops. Its hard poly-plastic construction, while lightweight, can lead to slight sagging under the weight of bulkier devices. Additionally, while the Logitech Casa Pop-Up Desk Work From Home Kit is undeniably impressive, it does come with a slightly higher price tag than expected. At $30 over what some may deem reasonable, it's worth considering whether the added convenience justifies the cost. In conclusion, the Logitech Casa Pop-Up Desk Work From Home Kit is a true contender in the realm of portable workspaces. With its unmatched portability, top-notch peripherals, and ergonomic design, it's a must-have for anyone looking to maximize productivity on the go. 4.5/5

The Logitech Casa pop up desk is one of the most intuitive and useful products that I’ve had the pleasure of using in a while. The kit comes in a nice foldable book about the size of a 14" laptop. There is a rubber strap that fold over the edge to keep it sealed shut. Once you open it, you can see all your accessories neatly placed in perfect cut out slots. The Keyboard, the touchpad, and a small little container that opens up to act as a storage space for cords, flash drives etc. The case then folds over and clicks into place with magnets. There are 2 rubber slats that hold your laptop nice and secure. Both the keyboard and touchpad can be charged with the included USB-C charger, that is supposed to last months on a single charge. I cannot confirm that it last this long, as I’ve only owned it for 3 days now. The Casa kit works with both PC and Mac. In fact, the keyboard has both sets of keys printed on them for Mac and/ PC users. The touchpad is roughly the same size as the MacBook Pro 14” M1 pro's touchpad. Typing with the keyboard is very comfortable, as it has a nice laptop feel to the keys. There are many media keys present, and even a few extra. These can be customized in the Logi+ software as well. The touchpad works very well right off the bat. I didn’t need to change any settings as it seems to have automatically applied the standard settings for a touchpad. It is a multitouch touchpad, so two finger taps act as a secondary click, and two fingers scroll as well, again this can all be customized in the Logi+ software. Overall, I really love the Casa pop up desk from Logitech. This is exactly what I needed for a portable workstation whenever I’m traveling on the road. The case is able to hold up my laptop, nice and sturdy. The keyboard works great and feels really comfy to type on, and I love how it has both Windows and Mac keys. The touchpad works flawlessly and responds perfectly with no lag. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a portable keyboard and trackpad.

The casa pop-up desk is the set of accessories I did not know I need it. For a bit of background on me, I work 100% remotely, and so anything that can add flexibility to my repertoire is amazing. The first thing I like about the casa pop-up desk is it's portability. It is similar in size to a laptop or about three magazines stacked on top of each other. This makes it easy and convenient to store in any laptop backpacks I have. Once you open up the case, you can pull out the keyboard and touchpad, and then you can use the case itself to hold your laptop. It's great because you can set your laptop in such a fashion that the screen will truly be at eye level while the keyboard is at elbow level, which is the healthiest way to utilize a computer. I found the touchpad to work incredibly well, but I am just too used to using my multi button mouse, and so while this touchpad will work great for most people out there, keep in mind that it's just as easy to use any mouse with this setup. The keyboard and touchpad connect to your device using Bluetooth, meaning it will work with just about any laptop, as well as just about any tablet or even a cell phone if you really needed to. Logitech says that the batteries on the keyboard can last up to 5 months, however the touchpad is much shorter at 3 weeks. Be sure to keep this in mind if you are reliant on the touchpad, as you will want to make sure to be charging this somewhat regularly. That said, about once a week will be plenty. The bottom line is that this is a great option if you are somebody who is often on the go with your laptop, but would like an ergonomic and healthy way to sit or stand while using your laptop. With it being so lightweight and small, as well as being self-contained by having space inside the stand for the keyboard and touchpad, this is a great option for remote and on-the-go workers.

Great points about the Casa Pop-Up Desk's portability and ergonomics! While the touchpad is handy, it's good to know your trusty mouse works too. The battery life difference is a helpful tip for future travelers. Thanks for sharing!

Where has this been all my life?

This product has been a life-saver. Not literally I suppose, but I can't imagine my last week without it. I recently sustained an injury that has necessitated me to sit as little as possible while I heal. The problem? My desks both at work and at home, are not able to be setup as standing desks - which means I'll be working from a temporary setup at a desk that I can actually stand at for the foreseeable future. I am so glad for the Casa! I can tell that it was probably designed with a MacBook Pro in mind, since when I put mine on the laptop stand, the screen is perfectly vertical when pushed as far back as it can go - and my neck is grateful for that. The keyboard is perfectly suitable - the keys have decent travel, every key you could want is there, and the size is ideal. The big standout for me, though, is the Bluetooth trackpad - I frequently edit video for my job, and it's so much nicer to do with a trackpad than a mouse for horizontal scrolling. Normally when my laptop is up in a stand, I'm forced for forego that feature and use a mouse - but not so with this. The case itself is great as well - it almost looks like a notebook when everything is all packed up, and it's light enough that I barely notice it in my bag. Inside the case is a spot for the keyboard and trackpad, as well as a small storage compartment. In addition to keeping the included charging cable in it, there's enough room for me to also store a small USB drive and a USB-A to C adapter, with more room to spare. I'm a big fan of this, and even when my injury is healed and I'll be able to sit down at my desk again, this will stay in my bag and be with me, ready to deploy wherever I end up setting up to work.

The Logitech - Casa Pop-Up Desk Work From Home Kit is a great addition to any laptop (size permitting). The case is organized, compact and travel ready if you need to quick throw it in a bag and go. The build quality is really solid as with most Logitech products I've owned. The case is just over an inch thick and about the size of a planner. It has a rubber band style wrap that keeps things nice and secure when the lid is closed. The case opens to 3 compartments. One for the keyboard, one for the trackpad, and one for storing things like USB cables or small things you might want to keep with the case. It comes with a USB-C cable for charging. The stand flaps open and secures magnetically to a slot in the front of the case. It only has one angle position, so it might not be the best fit for every situation. I found that I had to rotate my monitor fairly far backwards to get the screen perpendicular to the desk surface, so you'll need to have a screen that has a good range of motion. Also, the stand is best suited to thin to medium thickness laptops because the feet at the base of the stand only extend out 1/2 inch. Depending on the slope of the front of the laptop a thicker laptop might not be able to rest securely. The keyboard and trackpad connect via Bluetooth and support connecting to 3 different devices. The keyboard is solid and has rubber feet to keep it secure on your desk. The chiclet keys have a decent tactile feel to them and it's easy to type on. Would've been great if it was backlit! The trackpad is solid and has a nice responsive feel to it! The case is made so that you just push down on the bottom of the keyboard or trackpad and it angles up for easy removal from the case slots. I tested with a Windows 11 laptop and connecting the devices was easy. The Logitech Options+ software makes it easy to adjust the settings of devices. The trackpad settings in Options+ lets you setup Logi Flow so you can drag items from one PC to another. I haven't tried that out, but it looks pretty useful when you have a laptop / desktop setup on the same desk. Although not perfect for every situation I think this is a great addition to any compatible laptop setup! Solid 4 out of 5 stars. If the keyboard was backlit and the stand had more than one position setting, I would've given 5 out of 5.

If you though you had the perfect laptop already then you are wrong because Logitech found a way to make it better. The Logitech Casa Pop Up Desk is a compact ergonomic laptop stand that allows you to have your laptop screen and the proper height to work comfortably anywhere you go. The stand is neatly folded with the wireless keyboard and touchpad tucked inside so it is very easy to stop and transport. Even though it is quite compact it will add some weight to your laptop bag. The Casa pop up desk weighs in at a little under a pound which in general seems lite, however every pound counts if you are lugging around a laptop bag on you shoulder . The USB C cable is also included in the stand which can be used to charge the keyboard and trackpad. The keyboard and trackpad are quite comfortable to use as I am currently using them to type up this review. The keyboard uses a low energy bluetooth connection so it can last up to 5 months when fully charged and the touchpad can last up to 3 weeks. The great thing is that both items will continue to work even while they are plugged in and charging. You don't realize how great it is to use your laptop when the screen is at eye level as opposed to sitting on the table or kitchen counter. The stand is strong enough to hold 10 to 17 inch laptops up to 16.5 lbs. The stand had no issue with either my MacBook Pro and my windows Alienware laptop. The Logitech Casa pop up desk is great while traveling too as it is compact and it allows you take your office setup on the road with you.

I absolutely love this pop-up portable desk. This portable desk was so easy to set up. As soon as I turned on the keyboard and touchpad, my laptop immediately recognized both devices. The touch pad is very responsive. It works well with my laptop. I prefer using it over the actual touchpad on my laptop. The keyboard works well, it would be perfect if it was backlit, but that’s not a deal breaker. The emoji key is a cute feature. The keyboard is compact, but has a solid feel, and has a little weight which makes it feel like a quality device. Not flimsy. The stand holds the laptop at a raised slanted angle. It works well on a table. I have also used it while sitting on the sofa. The stand is plastic. I wish it was a little thicker. It feels like it could crack easily if dropped. It has sections to hold the keyboard and trackpad when not in use. There is also a section that holds the charging cable. The cable does not come with a charging brick. There weren’t any detailed directions, just a sheet with pictures showing some steps. It was not hard to set up, but a few instructions would have been helpful. I like the way everything folds down for easy storage and portability. I can see myself using this quite often. Overall, I am quite pleased with this pop up desk. It is very convenient and handy. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. It is very useful. I would highly recommend it. The angle of the laptop on the stand is perfect. You can’t go wrong with this amazing set up. I love it.

Since the world changed a few years back, telecommuting and working from home became a way of life. Finding ways to be comfortable while working from home, can be a challenge, and it can also be clumsy with way too many wires. Enter the Logitech Work from Home kit. Out of the box the pop up kit immediately catches your eye, and has everything you need to be able to use your personal, or work laptop with ease and comfort. The riser allows you to be able to position it in a way that is easier on your neck joints, and takes a bit of the potentially poor posture that can stem from sitting in front of a laptop for a long period of time. I was able to connect the Bluetooth for the touchpad and keyboard without a single issue to my Dell laptop for work, and even tried it with my personal laptop. Both fit nicely on the riser despite being different sizes. The keyboard feels comfortable when typing. Not too small, not too large. The touchpad really makes the entire setup. Having to clock a mouse for hours everyday can make your hands hurt, and the touchpad actually helps with that as well. Overall, I am very pleased with this work from home kit, and with take it with me as I travel.

The pop up desk creates a super easy on the go desk and the keyboard/trackpad work very well when compatible. The stand feels a little wobbly like it might give out, but no issues so far.
