Customers are positive about the keyboard quality, ease of use, and the protection offered by this iPad keyboard case, with many praising its comfortable typing experience and handy kickstand. However, customers are negative about the added weight, noting it significantly increases the iPad's overall heft. Concerns were also raised regarding the lack of secure Apple Pencil storage and inconsistent battery life. Some users also reported issues with the case fit and stand stability.

The item I received has a scratch. The box is torn apart. This looks like a used item.

Great protection…love the kickstand for any angle viewing and sturdiness. Having removable keyboard is awesome. The only con, which for me is not a con but some may think it is…is it takes up a more space than Magic Keyboard when typing. I’ll take the price, the protection, the versatile kickstand and the awesome keyboard. I like the way it keeps the pencil secure as well. Just enough to prevent it from falling off.

This is the absolute best keyboard for your iPad and it is more affordable than Apple’s offering. The first thing you will notice is that it does not have the “rubber” coating that you will find on the Apple keyboards. Anyone that has had an Apple Smart or Magic Keyboard for the iPad will notice the rubber will start bubbling and pealing over time due to your hand oils and sweat.
The Logitech keyboard has a woven outer fabric feels holds up well. The keyboard is on par with the Magic Keyboard, but has features not found Apple product. You get a row of function keys for brightness, audio, keyboard backlighting, home, search, etc. Along with this, the touchpad is larger and it works just as good as the Apple product. All of the gestures work flawlessly.
Unlike the Apple keyboards, the Logitech protects your iPad. You have an shell that keeps your iPad safe from drops or bumps. Oh! And it can be detached from the keyboard which is handy when writing or use the iPad for “Sidecar” (external screen). It has a kickstand like the Microsoft Surface where you can adjust the angles. This is super useful. When you reattach the keyboard, it is comfortable for typing on your lap.
All in all, I would highly recommend this keyboard over the Apple Smart or Magic Keyboards. It is cheaper, protects you iPad and has more functionality.

For $150 nothing else comes close… To get the same functionality from Apple you will spend $300 and even then you get ZERO protection for your pricey tablet. This “Combo” offers Backlit keys, full trackpad that support mulit-touch gestures (if you have a Mac laptop you will know all of them), a full row of “function” keys and light protection to keep your tablet free of knicks and scratches in daily office type use. It does offer protection, BUT DONT BE FOOLED… It’s not Otterbox Defender or UAG Urban Armor. It has maybe 2mm of rubber around the edges and a 1-1.5 mm lip around the screen. So it will fend off general use but NOT anything ruff or industrial in nature. What’s nice about it, is that the keyboard is powered by the smart connection so no batteries, no Bluetooth pairing and NO LAG. The keyboard back lights are dimmable and auto dim if you stop typing after a few seconds. You don’t need any software on your tablet for this to work. Logitech does off a pan app for updating the firmware which I have yet to try as it works perfectly out of the box. Do not that the iPad is very densely packed so it’s not light. While thin this case does add some weight. For daily use around the house I just leave the keyboard off. A note for all the left handed people out there… Everyone knows what side the pencil charges on when in portrait mode.. This case hinges on the same side as the Smart Connector so will take a little to get used to that part. Only real complaint I have is the rubber lip that goes around the tablet is a stiffer rubber that covers the home and volume buttons and as they are raised less than a mm, they are rather difficult to distinguish and operate. No strap or loop to hold the pencil, so be careful when putting your tablet in or pulling it out of a backpack. Subtle nit picks aside for $150 I couldn’t be happier.. much…Much…MUCH BETTER VALUE than the Apple Magic Keyboard

Excellent keyboard folio. Typing is nearly as good as the Magic Keyboard (plus function keys), with nearly infinite display angles thanks to the kickstand. Speaking of which, it is great for drawing and using the iPad as a reader and watching videos. The trackpad is larger than the Magic Keyboard and equal to a Microsoft precision trackpad. The overall protection of iPad itself is much better than any of the competition. The only real downside is the weight and bulk, but you have to pick your poison - it's no worse than the Magic Keyboard and the lighter/thinner Smart Keyboard Folio is vastly inferior for typing and general use of the iPad.

Most aesthetic and comfortable keyboard!!! So I was researching a keyboard to buy for my iPad since I’m going back to school. After comparing the specks and the prices I settled on the Logitech keyboard in sand. I honestly love it!! It has a clean look to it with protection that isn’t bulky. The overall keyboard feels nice and comfortable to type on. The stand on the back can be easily adjusted to any angle allowing me to type from any surface while also detaching the keyboard to watch movies. Best keyboard and case for the price, look, feel and aesthetic!!
I would recommend this to a friend

This case is really perfect for the right person, but it really wasn't for me.
Let me start with the good things:
- It provides much more protection than the Apple Magic Keyboard
- the keyboard is fantastic to type on
- the shortcut keys at the top are a great addition that they Apple Magic Keyboard doesn't have
- the kickstand is really handy
Now for what I didn't like so much. I feel like this product takes away a lot of the magic of using the iPad. It takes a sleek piece of Apple engineering and turns it into a chunky rubbery slab. The power and volume buttons become mushy, it doubles the iPad's weight, and touching the edges of the screen become not so effortless.

After trying and returning several cases, this is the one that won out. In my opinion, the best iPad Pro case. It allows you to always have a case on your iPad so it is protected. You have the kickstand that allows multiple viewing positions or tucked away if you just want to hold the iPad like a tablet. The ability to snap on and off the keyboard with ease makes the iPad an even more versatile device. I love the protection the case gives and the absolute ease of using the iPad in multiple ways.

I was excited to get my hands on this Logitech Combo Touch for my iPad Pro 11”. I’m hesitant on spending nearly $300 for the Magic Keyboard, and have always trusted Logitech’s products. I was surprised to how similar (and different) this model for the Pro is compared to the Previos 2018 models.
Looking at the Combo Folio, you see how sleek and sturdy it is. It has this nice feel on the outside, comfortable holding it in my hands. The biggest part which I love about this (compared to the 2018 Combo and the 2020 Air ones) is the detachable keyboard. The other ones you could fold the keyboard backwards if you wanted to use it in landscape to read, but made it such a bulky and awkward experience. With this new one made for the 2020 Pro’s, the keyboard detaches and connects magnetically.
Connecting to your iPad is real simple. The back cover has the 3 pogo pins that on next to your device. There was no effort to slide my iPad in the back cover, and then download the Logitech App. Once that was completed, and attaching the keyboard, you now have a pseudo laptop experience. The keyboard feels really good on my fingertips, and the trackpad had quick responses. Behind the back cover is the kickstand where you can adjust it to different angles depending on how you are using it. I found using it in your lap is challenging because of the kickstand, so I felt I was utilizing it best on a desktop or other hard and flat surface. On top of the keyboard you have your function keys. On each side are the cut outs for the speakers.
Overall, this is a great combo with your iPad Pro 11 and really comes close to creating a laptop-type experience.

Excellent quality materials and cheaper replacement from the original Keyboard stand. It protects all edges, something that the original doesn't offer. It makes the ipad heavier.

I was debating between this and the Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro 11. Some YouTube reviewers complained that this does not work well using it in your lap, but I disagree. I am currently typing this review with the keyboard on my lap and am having no issues whatsoever. The typing is very nice and the case itself is added protection that the Magic Keyboard does not provide. It is also about 100 dollars less than the Magic Keyboard, and I like having the function keys as well. The keyboard easily detaches and stores on the back of the case when you want to use the iPad in tablet form, which I do for reading and taking notes. I highly recommend this over the Magic Keyboard. My only issue with this is that the Apple Pencil is no longer secured by a strap, and I wish it was still there.

ultimately returned this. as a keyboard and its actual use this thing is great. Keys feel nice, whole thing is sturdy and the built well and keeps the ipad safe. Unfortunately the added weight just wasnt worth the trade off. Most of the appeal of the ipad pro 11 is how thin and light it is and this more than doubles the weight of the ipad. Ipad coupled with a macbook air suits me just fine. Got a regular folio, hardly any bulk added and can easily pull it off the magnet. If you are using this a laptop replacement and only have the ipad i would still recommend but it didnt suit me at all. Even without the keyboard portion attached still feels like it weighed more than my macbook air.

I like this keyboard better than the original Apple Magic Keyboard simply because it protects the entire device. It's also much less expensive. The detachable keyboard so helps offload the weight when typing is not necessary. The trackpad is large which I appreciate since I'm used to my MacBook Pro's large trackpad.
Thanks for the detailed feedback! We're glad to hear the Combo Touch offers superior protection for your iPad Pro compared to the Apple Magic Keyboard. The detachable design and spacious trackpad sound like valuable features for your workflow. We appreciate you choosing Logitech!

Excellent protection for my iPad. This is my second, the first was the light sand color and after 2 years it was dirty and the sides were bowing out. This darker grey color is better with not getting dirty and the sides are improved to prevent bowing. Keyboard is great and makes using my iPad easier, definitely suggest getting!
Your continued trust in the Logitech Combo Touch is fantastic to hear! We're delighted that the excellent protection it offers your iPad continues to meet your needs. It's especially valuable to receive your feedback on the improvements in the darker grey color for cleanliness and the enhanced side design to prevent bowing, showing that our efforts in refining the product are making a real difference. We're also thrilled that the keyboard continues to make your iPad usage easier, and we truly appreciate your strong recommendation!

Since I’ve started getting keyboard cases for my iPads, Logitech has long been one of my favorites, particularly over more costly OEM options. I just received my new iPad and every time I upgrade the first two things I look for are a glass screen protector and a case. Since I’ve made the jump to keyboard cases, my criteria for purchasing one is always functionality, protection, feature set and a slim design. For my previous iPad Pro, I am using the Logitech Slim Folio Pro. That case has been the gold standard for me for a while now. It is a little bit bulkier but its definitely durable and functional and has some great features. This is the model I compare all others to.
Initially, when I received the Combo Touch, I wasn’t really sure I needed a case with a touchpad. I remember thinking I didn’t really need a case with a keyboard until I started using one and got accustomed to it. I suspect the same will happen with the touchpad and I’ve already found myself using it more. I like having the ability to swipe up on the touchpad to unlock it with Face ID, as opposed to touching screen to do so.
If you are a lap typist, this probably isn’t for you. Its not very stable when balancing on your legs with the kickstand even with the keyboard attached. The keyboard itself has a very strong magnet to keep it attached to the iPad and I never felt like it was going to come loose. I very much appreciate the smart connector on this case. That was the one thing I felt was missing on my Slim Folio Pro. Not that I ever had any issues with battery life, but its nice to know that I don’t have to carry one more cable when I travel.
I like the texture of the case itself, but I would prefer it in an all-black or at least some other color options. To be honest, the only negative thing I can say about this case is I wish it had the magnetic strap like my Slim Folio Pro for the pencil. With the strap, I never had my pencil fall off while it was in my backpack or bag. Every keyboard case that I’ve used, except the Slim Folio Pro had that problem. Bring back the strap and this is truly the perfect keyboard case. That aside, this is still a really good case and although I loved my Slim Folio Pro, the addition of the smart connector and thinner profile will make this one my new daily carry.
I did buy the newer version of the Slim Folio because of the camera cutout on my new iPad, but ultimately took it back for the Combo Touch. I really don’t think you can go wrong with this case and if you compare it to the most expensive OEM model, this one beats it hands down in my opinion based on my usage.

Using with my iPad Pro 11 inch and fits like a glove . I really like I have the keyboard and touch pad immediately available and it has a cutout on the top for the Apple Pencil .
The fact you can recome the iPad from keyboard while keeping the protection case cover is a plus if you have kids .
Keyboard charges and syncs automatically as soon as you connect with iPad via strong magnetic side.
Only minor complaint would be that its a little heavy if you use it while holding it with your hands with the keyboard folded in the back.
The surface feels easy to clean and disinfect

I’ve always been impressed by Logitech products, and this Combo Touch keyboard/case for my new iPad is outstanding. The easy-connection, no-need-to-charge, AND the back-lit keyboard are phenomenal features that set this product apart from the other options out there. Well worth the money and Best Buy is great about having inventory available and being able to ship something fast if they don’t have it in stock.
Don’t over-think it - if you’re looking for a keyboard for your iPad, go with this one - Logitechs are the best available.

Diva, what I tell you what I’m about to tell you, you’re gonna know what I’m about to tell you. This case offers the protection plus the keyboard AND trackpad functionality. Though, it does add a bit of weight to the iPad, the feel and look of the device is amazing. They keyboard also feels better than Apple’s Smart Folio.

This adds a lot of weight to the iPad Pro, but the case offers maximum protection. Even the salesman at the Apple Store recommended this case for the protection. As for the keyboard . . . it adds convenience, but as a photographer and someone who travels a lot for work, I can tell you that the set up will not replace a real laptop. As many have opined, the file management system isn't very sophisticated and I found that some websites had trouble accepting the keyboard inputs or trackpad movements. Honestly, I only keep the keyboard on half the the time or less
