Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the keyboard quality, ease of use, and the protection offered by this iPad keyboard case, with many praising its comfortable typing experience and handy kickstand. However, customers are negative about the added weight, noting it significantly increases the iPad's overall heft. Concerns were also raised regarding the lack of secure Apple Pencil storage and inconsistent battery life. Some users also reported issues with the case fit and stand stability.

Great case with only one critique

I’ve been using this case for about 5 weeks now and I’m still really glad I got this particular one over the other top options. The keyboard has a great layout and feel when typing and the quick keys at the top are useful and used frequently. I’ve also really come to like the Surface style stand on the back. There are two features that made me go with this model. One is the case part itself that acts as a bumper around the edges of the iPad. It’s all the support and peace of mind that I needed in a case while still having the attached keyboard. The second main feature that interested me is the detachable keyboard from the case. There were several options that had a built in keyboard but they did not detach like this one does. If I’m not using the keyboard, it’s usually off to the side but is a quick magnetic attachment when I need it.

There are good and bad about this case/keyboard. Good: Extra function keys, better protection and practical compared to apple magic keyboard. Bad: Caps lock key has no light Keys got less travel. Takes more space than apple magic keyboard.

Probably the best out there! Here are the pros and cons Pros - Priced very competitively vs Apple's Magic Keyboard - Feature set complete, nothing feels missing. Build quality is solid - Versatile design lets you adjust viewing angles easily - Super sturdy and protective against damage - Keys are very responsive with a good degree of key travel. NOT butterfly keys (hooray!). Oh, and backlighting is awesome! - Row of function keys are very useful to change settings / lock your device / go home (yes, there is an ESC key!) - Much lighter than the Logitech keyboard Folio (and I think the Apple Magic Keyboard too? Not sure on this one) Cons - Very heavy. When folded together your iPad may almost double in weight. - Can be a bit cumbersome to use as a "laptop" when typing on your lap due to the flap design - Price is good but still very high for a case. Users who may not use the keyboard should look elsewhere. - Keyboard for 11-in iPad is not full size, which may throw you off if you switch between it and a full sized keyboard.

Great combo of protection, kickstand to watch movies and a great keyboard that is quickly removed when not needed or is in the way. I like this better than the Magic Keyboard from Apple.

Life changing product! I have owned the magic keyboard and the folio. This keyboard combination by far out rates apples products. Although the magic keyboards are strong and build well, this keyboard is back lit which helps with night typing. I love the fact that the keyboard detaches from the case just in case you want JUST a case that offers protection. When detached, the keyboard can fe flipped backwards to give multiple viewing angles without the keyboard being in your way. I love that the case is magnetic and can be placed on the fridge or other metal surfaces. This case gives the user the ability to choose what position and attachment method feels best for their everyday circumstances.

Larger footprint than expected, flap is a concern

I bought this to pair with a new iPad Pro. The key board was good quality, and I really liked the cover that wraps around the iPad edges and corner. However, the flap that holds the iPad up essentially expands the footprint needed to use the keyboard compared to the Apple keyboards. So it uses more space and in tighter spots such as an on an airplane or train it is just too big for me. In addition, the back flap doesn't lock so feels like continually adjusting it and didn't feel sturdy enough where it would stay in place over time. After using just a couple times I ended up returning it. If you only use this in places where you have more space then should be fine.

I’ve owned both of Apple’s iPad Pro keyboard cases. The Magic Keyboard Case is Apple’s more expensive option. The keyboard and trackpad were both great and I liked being able to put the iPad at (almost) any angle, compared to the smart folio case that only has two possible angles. My biggest complaint was that the keyboard could not fold backwards to use the iPad as a tablet. It was also heavy. The Smart Folio Case was much lighter and it could fold completely flat, but it only has two angles and doesn’t have a trackpad. Logitech’s version comes with a hefty price tag. It has a trackpad, great keyboard that’s also detachable, and a kickstand that can be used at any angle. No complaints and it’s worth the price.

This Logitech Combo Touch is a game-changer for my iPad Pro 11". The keyboard is comfortable, backlit, and easily detachable. The case feels sturdy and looks sleek in Oxford Gray. Makes typing, browsing, and protecting the iPad super easy. Totally worth it!

This product's style and versatility are both fantastic. The keys are very comfortable, and the key travel is typical of Logitech products. The material is extremely durable and effectively protects the iPad. If I had to complain about anything, it would be about two things. 1. There should be a place to store the Apple Pencil because there is currently no place to store the pencil. 2. Would be figuring out a way to rest this on your lap while working. Aside from that, this product is truly incredible.

I really love Logitech keyboards, however, I bought this and within one week of owning it, I begin to have problems with the keyboard. This is the 3rd Logitech iPad keyboard case I have owned. I never had any issues with their keyboard for the entry level iPad. It worked really great. However, every Logitech keyboard case I buy for the iPad Pro either has trackpad or keyboard issues soon after purchasing. I'd really like to give this 5 stars, but the issues I've had prevent me from doing so. It truly is a great keyboard with different viewing angles which is convenient for note-taking. It has great drop protection. Just be aware of potential issues with the keyboard after buying.

It's average and quite heavy. The speaker grills do not align properly with the Third Generation iPad Pro 11 M1 (2021). The case does make the iPad quite heavy so beware. The keys -- fantastic keyboard. Smooth typing, great feedback and a pleasure to use. I really liked this feature. The apple pencil will flop off easily if it is connected to the iPad via magnetic charging so beware. The storage area in the folio flap is useless as the flap will not close properly with the pencil in the secured area. Not impressed. I ended up returning just for the sheet weight gain and I'll wait for the Platinum leather folio to be released. Until then I am just using a Targus VersaVu.

This is the perfect case for the ipad. I love the cloth like texture. I love how this basically turns it into a mini-laptop. It has a spot on it for the apple pencil to attach to it. When you want to use it like a tablet and watch videos, you can pop off the keyboard and still use the kick stand.

This is far better than the original case I purchased. Nothing was wrong with the old one it’s held up for years. I’ve just slowly been wanting to be able to remove the keyboard for when I don’t need to type and just scroll. The whole unit is rugged and stylish. With a popping kickstand for those movies/FaceTime moments. I love how the iPad hugs the case

This item is amazing. The reason that i prefer this over the Apple Magic Keyboard is that this has so many different ways that you can use it. The Apple Magic Keyboard only allows you to open it and tilt it like a laptop. I love to draw so removing the ipad from the keyboard often would be annoying. This case however, let's you remove the keyboard while having the case on still. It even let's you flip it and attach the keyboard like a regular ipad folio. And the best thing of all, it's cheaper! I'm so happy i got this instead of the apple magic keyboard

Pros: -Edges of iPad are protected -Keyboard has a row of useful shortcut keys -Update trackpad is fantastic -Keyboard is detachable -In combination with iPad Pro 11", it's actually lighter than in combination with Magic Keyboard (at 2/3 the price) -the price is justified. It's 2/3 the price of Apple's Magic Keyboard (only you get more protection) Cons: -Adds bulk & weight to your iPad Pro 11" (but still worth the protection) -The hinge portion's durability of the keyboard is suspect
