I have neuropathy in my hands and this keyboard is amazing. It offers such a nice light touch set of keys, unlike any other I've found. The dial is also helpful and sensitive, so less keyboard shortcuts and clicks to get to things. The entire keyboard is sensitive and lights up before you even touch the keys. I use it for work an for home. I would absolutely recommend this keyboard!

The keyboard felt solid and responsive and I loved the brightness of the keys. With the logitech software it worked flawlessly with both my pc and mac book pro. As a programmer, the function knob while a good idea wasnt very useful. I found it easier to use the tab key to move between programs. $200 is a bit pricey especially if you're not taking full advantage of what this keyboard has to offer. But still a very solid keyboard!

I am a software engineer and use this keyboard all day every day. It is really high-priced for what it is, but seeing as how I use this all day every day, I just consider it a tool.
I like the ability to install their app on several computers and using this keyboard and the MX Master 2 mouse, I can scroll from one monitor on one computer to the monitor on another.
I cannot say I use the little scroll thing too often.

This keyboard is awesome for my photo editing. I use a 27” Cintique Pro for photo editing. The dial on this Craft keyboard makes zooming, changing brush sizes and almost all the settings easier to change for a smoother workflow. If you’re a photographer like me, you’ll love it. I also love the sturdy build. This is not a cheap flimsy design, it’s rock solid. Finally, the keys being backlit is really nice as my eyes get older.

If you are thinking of getting this for any reason do not hesitate. I love, love, love this thing... yes it is not the traditional mechanical gaming keyboard but that is not it's purpose. I was having trouble with typing coming over my conference calls, and this thing is so quiet, even with my heavy finger smashing that I do. Much like typing on a laptop keyboard. Yes, it is expensive just for that problem but when you start to look at the other benefits they add up. For example... I have a Linux machine, a win 10 desktop., and a Win10 Laptop, and a Samsung Phone all at my desk and used for various different needs throughout the day. You can connect this thing to 3 different devises, and then have a 1,2,3 button on the keyboard to quickly switch... basically replacing multiple keyboards or a KVM switch... and you can make those connections by either the Logitech USB unifying receiver or Bluetooth. There are great shortcut keys, and you can just feel the heavy build quality of it. The big action button up top can be programmed to many specific software and really increase productivity.
Only have a few complaints
1) Wish it gave me an actual battery percentage (not I have not had a battery issue, just would like to know if I'm at 50 or 25 when I end or start the day, but can be used when plugged in and charging just fine.
2) Wish the software was in the system tray like the old software, in which the battery % could be shown.
3) Wish there was a matching mouse that had the same ability to sync to three different devises so I could get rid of those... To be clear wish it was a craft version of the thumb Logitech wireless trackman that I love (just incase Logi is listening... lol)

My wife is telecommuting. We had an older Acer monitor and I got her a new one. Eventually the contrast was too glaring between the old and new monitor so we got two updated monitors. The icing was the Logitech keyboard. Working 8 hours a day professionally - It is worth the investment to have a solid keyboard paired up with some great monitors. Easier on the eyes - better work flow

The keyboard doesn't have feet on the back that you can use to tilt it, which I thought would cause me to not be thrilled with the product... I was wrong. The keyboard is easy to type on, while being extremely thin. It's got a great feel to it, and seems to be incredibly durable. Battery life is great too.. only negative is 150+ spent on a keyboard, but once you get used to it. You understand the price tag.

Very nice keyboard. It types amazing. So smooth and love the back lit feature although if you keep it on, you will have to charge the keyboard frequently especially if you use it often. I found I did not use the crown often. Lot's of customizing with the keyboard and the app you download on your computer. While the keyboard is expensive, it is worth the money!

this keyboard is great. definitely a splurge but well worth it. i bought one a year ago for work and ended up liking it so much that i bought a second one for my home office. the back-lighting is helpful in the evening and it feels comfortable when i'm writing/typing all day long. also love that it pairs with my phone so i can type out texts quickly and switch back to controlling the computer.

I went to Best Buy to buy the best possible keyboard strictly for use in word processing and spreadsheets (Word, Excel). Except for Solitaire, I do not do gaming.
I never did like the keyboard that came as part of a package with my desktop Windows computer. When at Best Buy, I tried all types of keyboards for feel including the "gaming" keyboards. Many years ago, I learned to type in high school using the "home row" method and am able to type without looking at the keys.
The "feel" at the tips of my fingers when depressing the keys is just right. I only need to use the lightest of pressure by my fingers on the keys and do get back a very positive feedback at key depression.
The fit and finish and construction of the entire keyboard is outstanding. The keyboard is relatively heavy compared to the keyboard that came with my desktop computer and that is good. The Logitech is very stable on my desk. I have had the Logitech for about two weeks and have not yet explored the use of the dial which is at the upper left corner of the keyboard.
The keys are backlighted and that is OK but is something I really did not need since I can type without looking at the keys.
Another nice feature is being able to combine both the keyboard and a Logitech wireless mouse to only have to use one USB port on my computer.
I would definitely recommend this keyboard to those who use their computer for business or home office use.

I love this keyboard once you get it configured it is amazing. Works with my Windows machines and my Mac. Take some time to go through the control options in the software that is needed for full functionality you will find shortcuts that will save you a ton of time. The keys feel great and build is top notch. Pair with a mouse that supports unifying software and you will not be disappointed.

I got this keyboard for my wife because she likes sensitive short actuation keys but doesn't like them to feel mushy. The key feel is perfect for her and she loves the backlight that is only on when she is typing so she isn't distracted when watching videos or reading on get PC at night. Great quality, useful features but a little expensive for my taste. I am happy overall.

I have had this for 2 years and used it off and on mostly off because I prefer mechanical keyboards but this is a slim keyboard with interesting functionality with the crown of which I use maybe 5% of the time.
When I got it the Crown was tweaked but I never noticed this until it was too late so it rotates a little wobbly and the keyboard now has to be charged all the time as batteries cannot be replaced and with a one year warranty, it's too long to get the batteries resolved so I will move on because a keyboard that is having to be charged all the time is frustrating to me.
I do like being able to switch between an iPad or computer or different profile with the click of a button with up to 3 profiles and having a calculator button but for $199 I have gotten what I feel are much better keyboards and had money left over for an Elgato stream.
