This is a nice pencil which has nice design . We bought open box from best buy which was in good condition. The pencil is very nice functionally and comes with Logitech technology which connects automatically to iPad

I'm a grown man and have trouble using pens and pencils due to health issues. This is a fantastic tool for me to use to be able to write again. I'm even able to get back into art. Although the product is from Logitech for almost every app on the iPad it's recognized as an Apple Pencil, it's durable, very long battery life. Highly recommend for adults and children alike.

Best alternative to the Apple Pen for the iPad 11

Bought this after looking at all the reviews and decided to give this a try. As close to an Apple pen considering that it is basically the same except for the pressure sensitivity. For what I use it for, it is perfect, operates smoothly, connects with no issues and makes the use of it as flawless as it should be. Bought it on sale so makes the decision tp purchase even better.

I've had this digital pencil for almost a year and I really like it. I bought the Logitech Crayon, because it was on sale at the time and cheaper than the Apple Pencil, and i don't regret it.
I don't use the Crayon every day, but it comes in handing when I'm working on digial art and making quick handwritten notes.

About half the price of Apple Pencil 1 when on sale. It works well but doesn’t look as sleek. There are cheaper alternatives. Some work as well but from no name companies. I got lucky and got a cheap one for $19 that works well but I think it was luck.

Good alternative the Apple Pencil if you're looking to save some money. After using it for a while, the tip wears down faster than the Apple Pencil's seems to, but the replacement tips are cheap. Battery life is impressive. I do wish it had pressure sensitivity but that's a trade-off for the lower price.

So efficient! I was skeptical because it wasn't an apple product but after I read the reviews I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did!
The battery life is as advertised, so about 6 hours, I wish it was longer but it charges quick so I'll keep it. It's also 50$ cheaper than the Apple Pencil so definitely a bargain.

I couldn't justify the price of making a purchase for an apple pencil (1st gen) for my 9 year old son, but he likes using mine. I got this for him since it was more than 1/2 the price and hes extremely happy with it. You can charge it with a lighting cable so there is not extra cable to carry. Plus you dont have to plug it in to the ipad like the apple pencil.

No pressure sense option but for the money, it’s well worth it. Writes well and battery life is very good. Purchased this to use for tutoring math during zoom calls and has exceeded my expectations. Writes very well with no lag. Ergonomics could be an issue if writing for a long period > 2 hr but that’s just my opinion.

This is a great alternative to the Apple Pencil for general use only. It’s a great stylus for an iPad but it lacks pressure sensitivity which in my opinion is crucial for any serious creative work. Overall I actually prefer the feel of this crayon compared to the first gen Apple Pencil. Going to exchange it for the Apple Pencil 2nd gen.

I use this for the occasion sketch (not an artist) of some network config or network/process diagram. Mostly, I use this for annotating and signing documents. I also use it to jot down notes in OneNote (awesome in this app) like I would on paper.
You can however, use this for drawing - the ease of use is astounding (comments from an actual artists). I got this to work with the iPad 7th Gen which doesn't support the Apple Pencil, but it supports the Logitech Crayon.
* No pairing needed. It just connects when you turn it on.
* The charging port is vastly superior to the 1st gen Pencil
* The flat "carpenter pencil" shape ensures it doesn't roll off the desk. I can't tell you how important that is - especially with an $80 writing implement.
The only "con" this would have is the price. I don't know why these are so expensive, but they work great.

It’s great for what I use it for. I’m a graphic designer, but I do most of my work on a desktop computer. I just recently started dabbling in expanding my skill set and started learning how to use procreate to make some simple illustrations.
The only things that I really find myself wishing that it did was pressure sensitivity for different line thicknesses. And I really wish that it utilized the magnetic charging capabilities of the Apple Pencil. I’ve had my workflow come to a screeching halt multiple times because I forgot to charge it and it does on me right in the middle of a line and then I have to wait at least 15 minutes or whatever the quick charge time is.
If you can look past those 2 flaws then I would say this is the perfect tool for someone who is new to iPad/tablet illustration. But If you’re a professional that needs to use it everyday then it’s probably worth it to shell out the extra cash for the Apple Pencil.

The Logitech Crayon is extremely easy to connect to a tablet. The build quality is amazing. The battery life is more than enough (especially for my personal uses). The accuracy of the crayon is also very very good. The one thing youre missing is pressure sensitivity, however it does come with tilt controls. VERY good stylus for the price!

I’ve owned the Apple Pencil and this. For the simple tasks that I use it for I would definitely save the money and get this crayon before the Apple Pencil. Easy sync and very good battery life. My only complaint is a lack of clip on the crayon. Would’ve been a nice feature for clipping it to my portfolio case.

I feel as though this pencil is the only alternative to an Apple Pencil. This accessory automatically connects to your device without going into any settings on the iPad. It has worked fabulously for me. I have used it in many different types of apps and I have never had an issue with the device.

Works great. I have no connectivity issues and the battery life is good. The only issue I have is the shape of the pencil (it’s not round, it’s oddly shaped- flat and thick) makes it a bit hard to hold for long periods of time.

I am really liking this pen. I also find the charging design very convenient! I never liked the idea of plugging a pen into my iPad to charge it. Charge last awhile and it is a good feel in my hand. My 9 yr old also enjoys using it to practice cursive writing and sketching! Good value.

I got a new iPad and really was looking for something to use to sign documents without printing and to draw and just odds and ends. I have a bunch of different styluses tried them and they were ok but hard to really get valid signature that didn't look like you did it with a paint program. We looked at Apple pencil but reviews kinda scared me and I didn't want something that had to be bluetoothed or charged by having it stuck out port. The crayon looked like best choice. First of all I can charge it with the regular cord. I love it has the triangluar shape so it doesn't roll of table and less likely to break. I like the cap on charging port is attached so I won't lose it. As far as writing for me it's great. I have my iPad in an OtterBox with screen protector and it still works good. I love that I just push the button to turn it on to right. I don't have to wait to sync it or anything else. It's also good for note taking. I can't say as far as battery because I only use it like 20 or 30 min at a time but I know in month ive had it I only have charged it twice. Plus we bought it at $69.99 and then it went on sale for 49.99 so with price match even better bargain and a cheaper alternative for me.
