It works great!! No need to spend twice the money because this one has awesome features and is super smooth. I thought the shape of it would be odd but I haven’t noticed it being odd while using it. It feels natural. Great battery life as well

Crayon does everything it says it does well. It’s a good, slightly more affordable offering to take advantage of Apple’s active stylus technology and palm rejection that’s built into modern iPads, with exactly one big caveat: No Pressure Sensitivity. It does everything else very well, including responsive and accurate strokes that appear without any percevable lag, while also offering some unique perks: 1. Simple USB-C charging - It’s USB-C port is ready to charge with your existing cables without odd adaptors or lost caps. 2. Aluminum body - It also sports a nice, and likely durable, aluminum body. I assume this could help in longevity if using in a school or shared environment. 3. Battery indicator - The battery indicator lights are also a welcome way to know when you’re low on power, something that the main competitor tends to forget to tell you before you’re completely out of battery. Not Really for Drawing: Logitech doesn’t market this for drawing, and probably for good reason. The Crayon is best for marking up documents, getting precision when you want it, and other drawing-adjacent activities. That said, It’s certainly suitable for sketching up an idea that doesn’t require attention to line stroke, but I wouldn’t call that drawing. They did include tilt-recognition that can allow you to trigger a thickened stroke when held at an angle, but this isn’t a replacement for pressure sensitivity, IMO. When drawing or learning to draw, I’d definitely recommend a stylus that provides this ability. Overview: Logitech provides a great offering here, as long as you don’t intend to draw creatively. This new-generation Crayon is nicely made, compact, and ready to do accurate mark-up on your iPad.

The Logitech crayon might be the best stylus available for any version of the iPad. Connecting to the device is really easy and the simplicity of the crayon, make it hands-down, the best alternative to the Apple Pencil Pro or USB-C. In fact, I may like this even better if this were round instead of the carpenter pencil.

I did a bit of researching before buying. I’m glad I chose this over the “other option”. It works really well. I like that it’s not round (won’t roll off the desk). Also, charging is easy and fast, no cap to lose.

First time purchase as a Christmas gift for the artist in the family. She loved it! Easy to use and great results. Wish we had picked it up sooner.

I havent used it much but as for someone who's starting out in sketching this is real nice. I love the design, its easy to hold for long period's of time and the battery life so far is great. For the price of $60.00 I think its worth it

This works great! So easy to get started up…no fussing around at all! Lasts a long time between charges. It’s just what I needed and it makes my work fun now - I wish I had gotten it sooner!

I find this Logitech Crayon easier to use than the Apple Pencil Pro. (I don't do detailed drawing). It doesn't roll off the i-pad or table--stays where you place it! USB-C charging and holds charge longer. It can be turned off when not in use. Three visible red dots indicate the charge level. Unfortunately, BB only has grey color. No special actions needed to use it. Recognized by iPad as soon as it's turned on. It does not fit magnetically on the iPad as does the Apple pencil. The price is much less also!

Works great and super easy to use and tell if it has a charge! So glad the lady helping me recommend this over the Apple pen which was significantly more expensive.

Works great with my sons iPad, he uses it to sketch drawing apps and to play games. Holds charge for days, kid uses it constantly.

When I first got an ipad I tired to find good a alternative for the apple pencil. I had heard mostly positive things in regards to the Logitech crayon so I decided to give it a try. I have been happy ever since! The crayon is a fantastic alternative and I would suggest it for anyone who wanted to save some money or who wanted to support cross compatibility between apple and other companies.

Works great. I have use the "lightning" version for six years and got this one to match my new iPad even though my older one still works just fine. I prefer the oval shape of this to the Apple pencil and the better cost is another advantage. I am not an artist so I don't miss the extra features available with the Apple pencil, but this writes and draws very well for me. I use it weekly to write on my iPad which is projected to the classroom screen to show my students how to do homework problems.

Works well, I like the updated design. Very easy to use and the new battery life lights are a needed touch.

The Logitech digital pencil for Apple iPads is great. My granddaughter stole my iPad and draws on it daily. She loves it and so do I. Highly recommend also because if you have the Logitech case it fits in the slot and you can't lose your pencil.

Very easy to connect. Functions flawlessly. When I upgraded my iPad from my ninth GEN to 10th GEN pin would not connect regardless of Apple support directions. This option was cheaper than a new Apple pen and the connection was easier. Very happy with purchase.

Pen has been awesome for my school work. If you are in school and wanting to get an iPad. I highly recommend the pen
