Accurate and functional trackball mouse. Would be 5 stars the M575 had Logitech's hyper-fast scroll wheel. It also could use a couple more programmable buttons, but not a deal breaker for me. Sizing: I wear a size M men's glove (approx 7.5" from fingertip to wrist crease; approx 4.75" from tip of thumb to base of thenar crease). The M575 is too small for me to palm, as my fingers extend too far. This is ok. My fingers rest comfortably on the L/R buttons, and the head of my metacarpal bones rest comfortably along the curved surface of the M575. From this padded area down to the carpals I have no support. This position requires me to keep a straight wrist which promotes better alignment of my arm and wrist. I find that rotating the axis to point at roughly 11:00 is more comfortable than straight at 12:00. I also replaced the trackball with a Perixx because I could color match better with my office. It's the little things.

Mouse works well, comfortable in hand. Good buying experience.

At first it was a little awkward but I got used to it very quickly. Now I love it. My hand rests comfortably on it.

It's very fast, compared to my old one, so i have to be careful where i click. I love the new design. Puts my hand in a more comfortable position.

This is the only mice that I use. Have been using them for several years. Bought this to replace one that quit working after quite a few years.

This is the best trackball I've ever had. It works flawlessly and the battery lasts for a very long time. I have no complaints with this purchase.

Love this wireless mouse! I got this to replace my worn out Logitech M570 that has served me very well over the past years. This new mouse immediately felt like an old friend with hardly any learning curve needed for a quick start up. It has surprisingly quick response keys as defaults , but was able to easily adjust to my preferences in my iMac settings. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

I LOVE THIS MOUSE. I love the ball, because I do not have to move my wrist to move the mouse. The ball moves my cursor a lot faster and smoother. I don’t feel the physical drain of clicking all over three different screens for work with my wrist. The ergonomic palm area fits my hand perfectly without stretching and the clicker buttons feel good.

Very comfortable for my hand, bluetooth is fantastic. just keep in mind to clean it once in a while.

I’ve always preferred a trackball since IBM had one years ago. This one fortunately is cordless, using a small USB dongle that keeps the interface unobtrusive even on a laptop that often is used offsite. If you’re going from a mouse to a trackball, there is a small learning curve, but that’s not a huge detractor. Just let your thumb do the work! Oh, yea. Trackballs reduce carpel tunnel syndrome for power users too

I am very satisfied with this purchase. Very comfy on the hand. Battery is provided to last at least the entire year!

I have carpal tunnel and work primarily on the computer so this mouse was a lifesaver.

Great replacement for my old Logitech M570 that developed left button issues. It has a more "sculpted" look and feel compared to the M570 which I felt right away, although another frequent user couldn't tell the difference. But it is in a keyboard/mouse drawer and isnt generally visible. No setup issues, since it was replacing another trackball from the same manufacturer.

Works as advertised second one we have purchased. Would buy again.

Great and easy to use. The thumb ball doesn't get sticky and is very responsive.
