This is a replacement joystick. I accidentally knocked my old one off my desktop case and broke it. Although broke is not 100% accurate. It wouldn't calibrate correctly after it fell, nothing actually broke. I just didn't want to go through the hassle of repairing it. The one I knocked off my case was ~10 years old. No problems whatsoever owning the Extreme 3D Pro in those years.

There are a lot of flight sticks out on the market. But if you are looking to have fun and dont want to spend a wing and a prayer, than this one is good. I got it to play flying games and I am not disappointed. Easy to setup, and go. Enjoy

Works perfectly for MSFS and the weight is perfect for me to where it doesnt slide or lift when using it.

While it might be made for flight simulation, I use it for FPS and it is awesome. Some time ago I had a Microsoft flight stick controller that I loved but as computers evolved the connectors changed and at the same time it started to wear it out. This one works as well, if not better than the one I had before and it cost much less. I prefer it to the Xbox controller for PCs.

Bought this for MS Flight Simulator. Pulled it out of the box and did some quick tutorials in the program to test the joystick. Worked without any problems so far. Good price as is, mo better on sale.

Bought this Joystick for my son to use with War Thunder. Excellent choice and the game recognizes the Brand and model. Easy to setup, straight forward plug and play. USB makes it easy. Smooth action for a decent price. lots of control buttons to setup easy of use for you.

good stick fo your generic flight simulator can be used for more advanced ones in limited capability

We purchased this for our son with special needs, what a difference it has made in his ability to play.

Highly configurable, plenty of buttons for various actions. The base is large, which prevents the stick from tipping. It has all the standard triggers and hats. I would have liked a throttle wheel instead of a small lever, but that's a small concession. Overall a nice gaming device.

I purchased this for use on my iMac desktop with games from the Mac App store and my Windos Bootcamp partition. I've not had much luck with joysticks in the past. This one has worked out of the box without having to download apps to configure it. I'm extremely pleased.

Review guidelines prohibit me from expressing what I think about this Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Gaming Joystick, and Logitech itself. A decades old design built today with inexpensive/inferior parts and virtually NO quality control whatsoever.

I got this joystick because I recently purchased Microsoft flight simulator and didn't want to use the arrow keys. This joystick works just like you'd expect and makes the simulator feel that much more realistic.

This product has been around for quite some time. In my opinion, this is the standard bearer of simple to set up and use joysticks. It feels solid. The resistance is just right which gives you great control for flight simulators. Highly recommended.

I bought this joystick shortly after beginning to play Elite: Dangerous, which plays as a space flight sim in many ways. Playing on keyboard and mouse wasn't that comfortable, so I bought this joystick after doing some research. It worked great, but I soon realized was that I really wanted a HOTAS (hands on throttle and stick) setup - a joystick and a throttle controller. I ended up returning this and getting the other set. I was generally happy with the performance of this joystick, however. The one thing that could have been better would have been a bit more centering tension to keep it more firmly centered while resting your hand on it. It has a hand rest, but actually using it more than a bit lightly caused the stick to pull off center and interfere with flying straight and level. Other than that, build quality was great and it performed well!

3rd time to replace wore out ones. I use for a flight combat online game and can be rough with them they last about 5 years with Constance use and sometimes a little hard maneuvering. Only one I use.

This is a good basic joystiq for computer games. moderately heavy base with grips to keep it from moving about while you play. The plastic seems all well put together. plenty of buttons. The throttle switch is poor but grip is good and reasonably comfortable.
