The only good thing I can say about them is that they are very comfortable. Right out of the box there was constant crackling in the sound quality, many times the sound would just cut out completely. I attempted to update to the newest drivers, which Windows stated I had the most current. I tried various different USB ports from 2.0 to 3.0 ports, I even used the USB hub that sits on my desk thing maybe the 12-14" closer in proximity to the dongle would help (crazy I know) but it didn't. I tried it on my laptop with the same exact issues, although I only have two USB ports on my laptop so there wasn't much to test. The microphone is also HORRIBLE. When my headset isn't cutting out people on Discord can't hear half of the things I say because the microphone doesn't pick up everything.

I also have noticed while using the headphones they create a popping noise here and there.
