I have to return this headset. It does not work with my cell phone (does not have bluetooth connectivity). The is unfortunate for such a high end headset.

The audio is amazing. No question one of the best. The microphone is horrendous. Cuts out on PC regularly. On PS5 it cuts of the first word you say. Friends hate it on the other end.

popping sound while trying to use the microphone. the popping sound was only coming up when you finished talking which even for me gets really annoying. if you're on the other side of the chat it's probably worse

Great headsets sound-wise, but build smart; it was terrible. The plastic that holds the headsets arms broke just after serval months. It is not worth the price that it offers in quality.

It’s good headset but I don’t see any difference to the g935 I thought it to get good sound but the same it’s not worth $199 l, After using it for more than an hour or two, your ears will hurt, I return it.

I wanted to love these so much. They felt amazing, sound was great or the first week, plus it matched all my other logi peripherals. Yo, but this headsets became absolute trash. The sound would always cut off, no matter what troubleshooting I tried, I could never get rid of the snap,crackle, pop from the sound. I tried to go through Logitech for help but they just sent a list of troubleshooting option I have already done. Shout to Best buy for the return policy. Got rid of them so fast and went with Hyper X. Wait for these to drop in price, or get updated because they have issues.
Sorry to see you're having audio quality issues with the G PRO X Wireless Gaming headset. Sometimes you may get interference with the headset if the dongle isn't plugged in all the way to the USB port. Also, you do have a 2 year limited warranty that you can claim for a replacement.
