For this price point you’d expect the best of the best but, when listening for the first time I felt like I had the volume set at 80% when it was at a 100%, and even with the software it felt really low, and after a couple hours of using them my ears started to hurt even When adjusting the strap, overall very disappointed.

The headset is ok, nothing special like everyone says it is. My mic has a short and doesnt register sound at times which is not good in COD. Will be returning tomorrow as its my last day to return or exchange.
Truly sorry to hear about your negative experience and you had to return the product. This is surely not what we intend to deliver. Your feedback is valuable. Hence, we'll share it with our team for them to review for the future consideration. Thanks so much!

Decent (NOT great) headphones, but not worth anywhere near $200usd.
GHUB (the program required to utilize the full features of the headset) is buggy and each update breaks some feature or something with my computer somewhere.
Not very comfortable at all.
The earcups do not pivot to fit onto head correctly they just kinda smash your ears in there.
The Blue microphone is a gimmick and complete buggy trash.
Hello Prodiigy! Sorry to hear the G PRO Wireless DTS Headphone:X 2.0 Gaming Headset didn't work for you. It is one of our most advance headsets designed with the pros, and packed with lots of great features! It does require the use of G HUB yes to customize all those features, but normally the firmware updates it provides to your gear shouldn't affect other computer software. The aluminum fork and steel design of the headset, which add more solidity, will prevent the cups from pivoting indeed, but we do have other models with swivel cups, like the G935 if that's something you're looking for. As for the Blue Voice technology, it can be turned on or off to your liking, I would suggest trying the different presets offered, but know that you can also create your own if you 're looking for a specific sound. - Mathieu from Logitech

The Logitech product that swore me off the brand

I'm not sure what happened to their quality in the last 3 years but the last G Pro X Wireless I bought was not at all like the pair I bought several years ago. The physical quality is different from the broken pair I had and the LG Hub software that is forced upon the buyer is now worse than it used to be. I don't even know how they could manage that but they did. This is the last Logitech product I'll buy.

I purchased these to replace my Logitech G933 headphones & to my surprise they don't sound better...they actually sounds worse! You also have to download the new Logitech software so if your on the older version then your out of luck and have to use newer version, which doesn't work for me due to my other Logitech devices only working on older Logitech software.
Hi Viper1171, thank you for your feedback! The G Pro X Wireless gaming headset uses the same 50mm Pro G drivers with DTS 2.0 as the G935. GHUB is our latest and greatest gaming software as our technology continues to evolve. - Will, Logitech G.

Tthe headset randomly gave out one day and only after 1 year of normal use. Without warning, the audio cut out on the video I was watching and then It was absolutely blasting my ears with the loudest screeching, sand-paper scraping sound ever known to mankind. It actually made my ears ring and I wasn’t happy about it.
We understand you experienced a sudden and alarming audio issue with your Logitech G PRO X Wireless Gaming Headset after only one year of use, resulting in a loud screeching sound. Headset feels nice and is light, battery life leaves a bit to be desired and the attachable microphones is the lowest quality microphone I have ever had. Just opted to get a mic and boom instead.
Thanks for your valuable feedback and inputs. We regret to know that the product did not meet your expectations. We'll make sure to share it with the right team so they can look into it.

Great headset, buggy software

This is a great wireless gaming headset, with a lot of options to customize should you want to. The real downside is the surprisingly buggy Logitech software.
To start off, the headset is easy to set up and feels like a premium product upon unboxing. The headset is sleek and has the right amount of heft. Simply plug in the receiver and you're set. The software starts downloading straight away and once done you can set up things how you like.
Wireless range was about 30 feet, and battery life is as-advertised at roughly 16 hours of use on a single charge. Overall comfort is good; not quite you can't feel them after 3 hours of use good, but nothing was ever too tight or too sweaty.
As for sound, I wouldn't say these are reference headphones, but they do work well enough for quality music listening, along with gaming and the other applications. For gaming sound, though, the different adjustments you can make to tweak each surround sound area is a nice addition.
The software for me has crashed twice, ramped my CPU usage up to 99% twice, and was difficult to navigate, in my opinion.
Other than this, these are a quality set of headphones, and I would recommend them.

Lots of features, good sounding mic, and great wireless connection doesnt cover the fact that the plastic on the headband cracked within a year of basic use. I've never dropped this headset, this should not be an issue on a $200 headset.

Had to return it within a month. It stopped taking charge and actually had worse range than my old Logitech headset. Weird software glitches too. Get the pro x 2, I did, it's 10x better.

Immediately upon using the headset, my friends all complained about how poor quality the mic sounded.
I had always ran a wired headset and these wired ones do not sound good at all. I spent an hour doing setup and following guides but none of them improved the results
