Honestly, it was solid headset and it could've continued to be. But now a month in and it's not playing any sound besides a blasting static. This is despite me not using it very frequently and its in very good condition, so I'm not quite sure what's up. Odd that it broke after the return date expired so that sucks.

ITS HARD to get this thing to work. 1st one didnt work out of the box

Broke after 2 weeks. Headset started to get a popping/crackling noise every 30 seconds one week after use. Never used near full volume but wasn’t impressed. I would recommend going with some steel series since my last pair before this lasted over 5 years.

Constant White Noise

The headset has a constant white noise when it is powered on. It continued if it was connected and if it wasn't. I have tried messing with the settings but nothing would fix it. I don't know if I got a bad headset but for the price I would expect a better sound quality. I will be returning this headset.

THESE ARE TERRIBLE. do not get these. worst bluetooth headset ive ever tried. better off with steelseries or just get the astro a50. the sound is straight trash.

I bought this with high excpectation from the blue voice and other stuff, but the mic was really bad. My friends were laughing at me for spending a lot of money for this poor mic quality. My phone’s mic is better thsn this headset mic. I am just disappointed.

Poor sound quality even going thru all the fps headphone profiles. People make their own on the Logitech app and even then everything sounds off. That’s why I switched to steelseries

Ok sound from mic and earphones first week. Terrible sound the following week. Wireless began to cut out and distort. Voice was distorted and audio was distorted. Wireless range definitely not as stated. Maybe 10 feet max before audio cut out and distorted.
Hey there Mike, I'm very sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with the connectivity of your G PRO X wireless headset. Judging by the distorted audio, it sounds like it's either a bad receiver or a bad USB port that you're using. I would recommend switching the receiver to a USB port possibly on the top of your computer to see if that helps minimize interference and possibly extend the range. If you are still having issues after that, I would recommend contacting us via our support site for further assistance.

The most terrible audio I've heard in a long time. I am used to the hyper x flight s, and this is night and day difference to audio quality. I am returning these asap, and going back to the flight s. I'll live with the poor mic quality on the hyper x's.

In order to improve the audio features and mic quality, you have to download the G Hub companion app! This will let you do things like enable Blue Vo!ce for the best mic capture quality, as well as be able to change how you "hear" in the headphones themselves. Hope that helps clear up some confusion.

A lot of missing components

Missing: Mic, the ear cups were replaced with the replacement ones and was taken, no manual. Only thing I received was the headset, which was a little dirty, the usb, and the charging cable.
DON'T ORDER FROM BEST BUY!! I recommend ordering it somewhere else more trustworthy.

Ok Headset

The Logitech G PRO X Wireless DTS Gaming Headset overall is a good headset.
Pros: Very comfortable, lightweight, great audio quality with crisp sound. Connects easily to PC and doesn't have latency. The long battery life also allows wireless mode to be used for hours on end without a charge.
Cons: Mic is a much lower quality than others. It is muffled and not as crisp as other headset mics and microphones in general. It doesn't connect to Xbox because Xbox requires a specific chip in the USB to connect to an Xbox. It works with Ps4 and docked Nintendo Switch, but doesn't work with undocked Switch or mobile devices. As a consumer, it would be incredibly helpful if the packaging clearly stated what this headset is and is not compatible with.
Overall, the sound quality is very good and my son has been using them for distance learning for school with his Chromebook. The headset is very comfortable for extended use during class and the mic is good enough for the teacher and other students to hear him. He said they are so comfy that he forgets he has them on. They easy connected wirelessly to the Chromebook. Now, if they also worked with his Xbox, they would be perfect.

Poor sound and challenging to setup. Tried the wired ones too and those were even worse.

The microphone was hissing out of the box with sidetone creating loud crackling. Poor sound quality from the drivers and flimsy build quality make these headphones an easy DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I keep the headset on my desk at work. Went to put it on today and the plastic that is screwed in on the head strap snapped so now one earpiece just hangs. Not fixable either. Disappointed.
