For the price, this should not come with a constant, low-grade white noise / hiss / static. It occurs anytime the headset is turned on, even when the USB receiver is not plugged in. Even when the wifi is turned off. This is not an interference issue like some other brands, it's more about the internal volume level. I have another pair of wireless headphones that have a manageable hiss as long as the headset volume is between 20 and 80% (razer nari ultimate), but these Logitechs do not have volume controls. Otherwise, sound is great, comfort is great, I just cant look past the hiss.

PERFECT wireless headset. had to use a software to change the audio settings because the default is a little low, but it sounds so good when you fix the audio.

Audio quality is great, the customization that’s accessible is amazing the only down side is that ears hurt after a bit it’s a good squeeze

This headset has it all for me. Usb Type C, a mic that works well and picks up my voice easily, has a good fit, and doesn't make me sweat around the ears. The presets that you can use in G Hub are a nice addition too. Construction also feels nice and sturdy.

I have been without a PC for the last 20 years. I just recently purchased a new gaming rig and got the G PRO X wireless headset. I am real impressed by the sound quality during gaming. The mic is very clear as well. The included Logitech software is intuitive and useful.

Love this so much. Audio quality is amazing. The fitment is great and the cups are fantastic. I replaced my Arctis Pro headset with this, and no regrets at all.

The sound on these are awesome. The 7.1 surround works great. You can test it out and hear about 3 different areas on each ear. You will know exactly which direction your enemies are.

I swear I have never had to charge this thing when it wasn’t convienient. Nice easy setup for a wireless headphone experience.

Just go Logitech, you wont regret it. Logitech is just more consistent and well made than other brands in this space.

Got bought 2, each as a Christmas gift for my kids. One has a PS5 and the other has a Xbox Series X... Unfortunately this product isn't compatible with Xbox but would this it would be seeing a lot of Logitech products are but I guess for some reason they don't make the headset compatible... But a little disappointed but will just replace with another headset that is compatible... Otherwise is an excellent product that works well with PS5. Definitely recommend if using this for anything other than Xbox.

The G hub customization and comfort make this great all around. Only complaint is a lack of swivel in the ear cups

Title says it all i love this headset but only when the ghub is open and running while I have the headset on. Other than that its pretty average. Whenever i close the ghub app. Sidetone turns off, my eq gets reset back to factory, the volume lowers slightly. And my friends say my mic cuts out when i dont talk loudly. Ive thought about returning them tbh, but like I said they work amazing when GHUB is open and running. This also my first wirells gaming headset so I’ve been trying to be real patient with them. Ill update in about a month.

Good sound, easy to use. Bluetooth interference at times but, turning off other devices or phone’s Bluetooth helps.

This is one of my favorite wireless headsets. This is also one of the best wireless microphones on a headset. Just mess with the gain settings in the software and tune it in windows sound settings. You can get this thing sounding great!
