Reliable and Functional Headsets for Remote Work

The most important factor for me is reliable connection, as I can't afford drops during important customer calls. I've been using wired headsets for years but they've become inconvenient. After trying several headsets from different brands, I believe this one is the best I’ve ever used, especially for the price (I got it at a 40% discount).

But that must be where they put there money into it. It’s not very loud at all and the surround isn’t the greatest either. Also it can’t fluctuate chat and game volume so that isn’t good for me. Its not work the full price. If I didn’t have it on sale I would return.
