I had also paired the shifter with it and it felt lousy. It felt like the gears (or whatever is inside) were super cheap and they kept getting jammed sometimes when turning. I wasn’t happy with the amount of plastic either. The only good thing were the pedals. They felt great and did not slide around.

Giving four stars because we have carpeted floors and find that the pedal mechanism is hard to stabilise.

I've used the G27 in the past and was happy with it. Think my only gripe would be the brake pedal feel and wish it had an actual potentiometer.

At full price there are much better value options for only a little more money. You will still need a sturdy place to clamp it to, and a way to keep the pedals from moving. The carpet grip didnt work that well for me.
