G Hub software doesn’t work on my pair using win7 64bit OS. Shorter cord than G430 and no volume control on cord like the G430. I recommend sticking with G430 or another model.

She says it takes a while to break in the top head part so comfort is the only thing she complained about. Sound quality and mic quality are nice. She doesn't use it for gaming just for work so for only an hour or so at a time.

The only negative point will be the cable, it is very bad and has nothing to cover it, it is very prone to damage.

Sound was amazing and on par with other headsets on this price range. My only complaint is that they felt too tight kn my ears so I had to return them. If the pressure does not bother you this is great headset.

Others can hear me just fine when I game and I can hear others just fine. Even in the chaos of gaming. Definitely would recommend for anyone who wants quality and a little bit more cheap.

I don’t have my friends complaining that I sound muffled anymore with this headset while playing games. The only thing that is a little disappointing is that the mute does not work. But I can live with that.

There could be a little more padding on the inside of the earphones, but still not too bad. The main downside is when you are talking over the headset you can hear yourself talking through the headset speaker and I couldn't find a way to disable it.

The quality is really good for the price, I honestly have dropped them, had them yanked off my head and they still work like the day I bought them.

(I even have it double as my microphone when using my speakers for Zoom calls, and I've rarely had echo problems when doing so.) The surround sound controls (in the setup software) are a great touch as well (though I haven't change the settings since I first set up the headphones.)

The build itself is very comfortable, everything adjusts perfectly and I like how the ear cups swivel to lay flat around your neck when not in use. Audio quality is shockingly good, especially when you enable the surround and mixing options after downloading and pairing with the Logitech G HUB software. Mic quality is a bit spotty, and I would have liked more options in the G HUB for the mic specifically. It is recognized by Discord though, so I'm able to tinker with it in the Discord settings a bit. The mic itself is flexible/poseable and will auto-mute when swiveled upwards, which are all nifty features. All in all, this is the best reviewed headset in this price point, and I wanted to add mine to the pool too for anyone still shopping around. Definitely recommend!
