Customer Ratings & Reviews

An amazing mouse with adjustable weight and speed. It's simple and comfortable, easy to grasp, and has a good grip. It's easy to customize through its software and set up macros! Easily, recommend it as one of, if not the best, mouse on the market!

I’ve only been using this mouse for a few weeks but it’s been very nice in that time, very ergonomic, nice buttons, great software, several DPI options, the scroll wheel is a bit “loose” feeling in my opinion though. Overall, great mouse.

Love this gaming mouse , it’s very smooth and reactive , good quality , nice light up emblem , and the mouse have a nice amount of buttons u can preset to perform different actions .

One of the better gaming mice I've used. I really appreciate the adjustable directional weights. Fits my hand comfortably, though if you have a meatier hand you might find it too narrow.

Best mouse i have ever used - it comes with enough weights to become heavy but mobile and has a great hand shape. Stopped using a Master 3 and switched back to this lol even for non gaming

This is perfect! This the smoothest mice I've ever used. Very comfortable. Easy to install and use it. The best part is the weight, you can put how much weight is perfect for you.

Need to upgrade my mouse and chose this one for the lighting and eleven keybinds just on the mouse, so if you want to change your music, switch tabs, navigate opened windows, and lower or rise the volume without taking your hand off the mouse you can with this mouse.

First G502. Bought on recommendation because I've got bigger hands. Was not disappointed. The weights you can add are a nice tough and the additional buttons you can map are great.

Excellent product, fits large hands very well, includes weights to adjust it to your liking, 100% recommended

This is the go to mouse for gaming. When in doubt, G502 HERO it out. This gaming mouse being so good at less than $50 makes it practically unbeatable. I've been using mine for years with no issues.

Easy to use. Comfortable and just the right size. Custom buttons and even comes with easy to add small weights for the bottom . Gives it great traction and control in games !

This mouse is very lightweight, tactile, and has great customization. Paired well with my gaming logitech keyboard and the rgb is synced using the app. Highly recommend!

Great mouse. A lot of good features with a nice consistent feel. The scroll wheel is amazing and the general customization is a nice and welcome change. A total steal for its price.

Honestly I believe this mouse is just what you need. Nothing more, nothing less. Plus it comes with 5 3.6g weights you can put in the mouse to add more wight which feels great for good control. Also with 7 programmable buttons which you also use to add macros. Just a amazing mouse overall.

I’m new to gaming but this mouse has a really good feel to it, the ability to have 3 dpi settings of your choosing is nice

Comfort and you can change the weight and there is a soft ware for it it’s very comfortable

Absolutely gorgeous mouse! I have every single G502 mouse. I had purchased the SE because it had tracings of white on it for my white build and then when this came out I instantly bought it. I don’t play LoL anymore it’s been 6 years but I can still appreciate the mouse. It doesn’t scream LoL too much you can just view the KDA as a brand name. I love the fit of this mouse because I have small hands and my bf who has big hands loves his as well. It’s a well rounded mouse for everyone. I take out all my weights because I like super light mice while my bf likes his heavier and has all the weights in. I also REALLY love the feel of the scroll wheel it’s textured and you can change if you want a seamless or bumped scroll. Also I LOVE being able to change my DPI on the fly since I use this to work as well and require a lower DPI than when I’m gaming. All buttons feel fantastic and the clicks are super responsive and quick. I never have complaints on these mice. But it being a mouse I always suggest buying a 2 year protection plan because no matter what mouse you get there’s a chance the buttons or clicks will stop being responsive. And Best Buy makes it easy. Also a noted difference between both the SE and the black versions this doesn’t have a corded cord this ones a normal smooth cord which was kind of disappointing.

Great mouse for PC gaming and general use, no complaints.

Button placement if fantastic. Mapping is extremely easy and it operates very smoothly. I bought one for me and ended up replacing all my kids computers with the same mouse.

The mouse sits comfortably in my hand, the extra buttons were easy to set up, very worth its price, and so I've had no issues with it
