Probably my last Logitech mouse…

The features advertised do not work. The audio visualizer is currently not working on it. I’ve tried reinstalling the software and tried all of the troubleshooting from the Logitech website. Also, the clicks feel plasticky and cheap. The battery doesn’t last as long as other mice I’ve had. I have to charge it everyday so far and I know that batteries degrade over time. Also, the ghub software is clunky to work with and it must be installed to use all of the features.

I recently purchased the Logitech G502 X Plus Lightspeed Wireless, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This gaming mouse is a game-changer in every sense of the word!
Design & Comfort:
The ergonomic design of the G502 X Plus is incredibly comfortable for extended gaming sessions. It fits perfectly in my hand, and the customizable weight system allows me to fine-tune the mouse to my exact preferences. The build quality feels premium and durable, ensuring it will last for years.
Performance:
The performance is simply top-notch. With the HERO 25K sensor, the precision and responsiveness are unmatched. Whether I'm playing fast-paced shooters or strategy games, the accuracy is spot-on. The Lightspeed wireless technology provides a lag-free experience, making it feel just like a wired mouse. Plus, the battery life is excellent, lasting up to 60 hours on a single charge!
Customization:
One of my favorite features is the customizable buttons. With 11 programmable buttons, I can assign various functions and macros to suit my gaming style. The G Hub software is intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to customize the RGB lighting, DPI settings, and button functions effortlessly.
RGB Lighting:
The RGB lighting is stunning and adds a nice touch of flair to my gaming setup. The Lightsync technology syncs the lighting with my other Logitech devices, creating a cohesive and immersive experience. If you're into the LED light thing, this will be a plus for you. I don't really care for the whole led thing, overall.
Conclusion:
Overall, the Logitech G502 X Plus Lightspeed Wireless is a phenomenal gaming mouse that delivers on all fronts. Its ergonomic design, exceptional performance, extensive customization options, and impressive battery life make it a must-have for any serious gamer. I highly recommend this mouse to anyone looking to elevate their gaming experience. Worth every penny!

I have been using Logitech mice for decades. G703 and G602 were some of my go to mice for games and office productivity. The G502X is current being used for my office productivity. I love the weight and extra buttons. The battery lasts a very long time. I rarely charge the mouse. However, that is with the LED lighting turned off. The battery performance is abysmal with the LED lights on.

Really nice mouse. Very responsive and feels very comfortable in your hand. I do wish it was a little heavier but that’s my opinion. The G Hub app is very easy to use and well designed. No issues with battery life or range and I don’t see them in the future. My only issue this far is the mouse comes with a swappable button for the side and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change it. Would recommend all the G products to be honest.

My current main for MMOs!

I am a bit of a gaming mouse enthusiast/tester, and I am ALWAYS on the hunt to find that mouse that will be the "Endgame". I have tested well over 50 different mice this year alone in all types of game genres like MMOs, MOBAs, and FPS games.
For a while, I have strayed away from the mainstream gaming peripheral companies like Razer, Logitech, Corsair, etc just because of the drastic decrease in quality and overall feel of the mice. However, this one has surprised me.
While I do continue to have issues with their Logitech G Hub app on Windows 11, the mouse itself feels amazing. Button placement is great.
The two additional left click buttons are easy to press while resistant enough to prevent misclicking them.
The "sniper" button on the side is always a welcomed touch and you can remove it if you don't like it.
The scroll wheel is nice, and the free scroll is awesome as well. The scroll wheel tilt buttons (Left and right) CAN be a bit sensitive sometimes, but you can disable them in the app if you keep pressing them.
The battery life is fantastic. I played for about 2 days at 8 hours a session with RBG on, and I never had to recharge it. Now that I think about it, I never had it die on me once.
I am noticing a strange issue with the sensor glitching and acting like I have the DPI at 25000 and flung my mouse across the desk, spinning my character in game at Mach speed...but I have suspicions that it is my mouse pad causing it as it is glass.
All in all, this is a great mouse if you want comfort while playing games. While it isn't the lightest mouse out there, it def doesn't shorthand you with features, and the price is spot on for what you get.

Bought to replace the previous generation of this mouse. Logitech made improvements to the ergonomics and also build quality. The switches also feel like they are higher quality. The switches took a few hours to break in, but once broken in they felt amazing (specifically left and right click). The RGB is actually way more impressive in person and colors track seamlessly. Finally, the responsiveness is unmatched with any wireless mouse I've used in the past. Near instantaneous tracking (using rtx 4090 on a C1 OLED). Extremely recommended for playing WoW or any other game that requires macroing as the logitech software allows for super easy switch binding. 10/10 recommending to all my friends. You get what you pay for. Don't think twice on the cost.

I was an early adopter of the G502 when it first came out and I have always considered it one of my favorites even after moving on to an MMO-style mouse. With the redesign, I'm happy to say that it retains many of the aspects that made me fall in love with it. The RGB lighting is bold but tasteful, the new scroll wheel feels great to use with clear and distinct ratcheting, and the white colorway goes along well with the more subtle shape that resembles the gamer aesthetic without being cringe.
I would definitely recommend it for fans of the original but you will have to splurge since the price is way too steep for a mouse, especially considering that the wired version costs half as much.
Definitely consider the non-RGB version if you have any sense but don't let that stop you from splurging if you already have too many RGB accessories.

Great connectivity, awesome battery life (even with RGB enabled), comfortable to handle, good software. Logitech still has some of the best software for peripherals with minimal issues and the ability to store profiles on board and uninstall the software is nice to have as well. No latency issues or connectivity to note and the buttons all have a satisfying click to them. I would say it's a bit over priced though, but get it on sale and i would say it's 100% worth it.

I've been searching for an MMO mouse that felt comfortable to me. I've used multiple other mice that had the 'keypad' on the thumb side but they were just so big and heavy that I could not use for extended periods of time. This was a nice compromise since it's way lighter and just enough buttons to have some keybinds moved over. Initially, the index finger buttons were a little weird, but after a day of using it, it was fine.
Things I would hope for next version - 3-5 buttons in the thumb area. Split the first index button into 2.
Games - FF14 and a little bit of WOW.

Swapped from the previous g502 light speed to this one. I liked the heavier mouse, this is quite a bit lighter, and there are no optional weights to add in. I got used to the new weight very quickly though and I now prefer it. Very responsive, no input lag what so ever. I use the wireless charging mouse pad along with it so I don’t worry about the battery life

I'll start this review by stating that I came from the Razer Basilisk v3 pro; a very similar mouse from Logitech's main competitor. With that, I'll try to make this review as unbiased as possible.
The build quality of the mouse is fantastic. The mouse I got had no noticeable creeks/squeaky noises when gripping/pressing the buttons. Compared to the Razer mouse, the hump of the mouse for your palm is flatter and slightly narrower. The left and right click feel great, slightly lighter to press compared to the Razer. The scroll wheel feels MILES better on the Logitech than it does on the Razer. Both mice have an "unlimited scroll" mode, but Logitech's implementation is much better as it is hardware driven rather than software.
However, I ultimately returned the mouse after a few days for a few reasons. The thumb rest on this mouse is angled slightly towards the extra thumb buttons, which resulted in me constantly accidentally pressing them when I'd grip the mouse and move it around. I do not and have never had this issue on the Balisisk. I understand this is due to the way I grip the mouse, which means not everyone will have this issue, but I did. I tried to use the mouse for several days and could not get myself to adjust my grip while playing aim-intensive games. I also didn't enjoy the feeling of the two extra buttons next to left click. I felt as though one of the buttons was much harder to reach than the other, making it essentially useless for me.
The last thing that made me decide to return the mouse was the HORRENDOUS Ghub software. It is a terrible new user experience, it is unclear about how to change the keybinds on your mouse, it constantly switches profiles while editing, it wouldn't save changes I was making, it was overall just an awful, unintuitive, buggy experience. You would think that after GHub existing for so many years, they'd figure this stuff out by now.
Ultimately, the mouse itself is really well built, but it's just not for me. The mouse is heavily held back by the bad software that it runs on.
One more thing, I would recommend getting the non-RGB version of the mouse to save a few bucks. You literally can't even see it while using the mouse. The only thing it's good for, is if you want to take photos of your battle stations, but that's up to you to decide if the extra bump in price is worth it- the RGB is literally the only difference.

Great wireless mouse for those who need a few extra buttons. The 2 side buttons and the 2 left edge buttons are great for rpgs with 4 to 6 skills to use. The buttons are also very precise and have a great click feel to it. I didn't like the lighting and cut it off for the extra 100 hours of battery life. The price is over the value but most mice like this are.
