I like everything about this mouse. My only con is that the wheel doesn't scroll left and right...

For the money ($39.99) this is a great mouse. The only downfall for me is the wheel does not have side scroll capabilities.

An awesome mouse, just lacking hyper scrolling

I primarily use a G500 but took a chance on this mouse when it went on sale. The G602 is lower than the G500 and is differently shaped where your pinky rests. The programmable buttons on this mouse are great. They're not in the way and they're easy to identify when you need to use them. This mouse has definitely grown on me and I am tempted to get another one to have at home since I currently use mine at work. The G602 is missing 2 features, however. It does not have hyper scrolling and left and right mouse wheel scrolling. I think these are two very important features and I have had to adjust the way I use the mouse to accommodate the lack of these two features that my G500 has.

The mouse is really plug and play. Comfortable to use, easy to press side buttons. The wheel is great but not perfect, as scrolling it is too smooth. The wireless function works great, no problems so far.

First-off, the G602 is really comfortable, I'm 50 and most mice give me hand cramps but not this one. Next, the G602 has great tracking and precision. I use it as a multi-purpose for gaming and internet browsing. Cons: I can only think of one so far and that is the lack of a tilt-wheel for side scrolling.

This is a no frills gaming mouse. May not have such high DPI in the likes of the Logitech chaos spectrum, however its very accurate and the dedicated wireless receiver is great and there is no lag at all. Very comfy (I have small hands) and you can switch DPI's on the fly. The scroll middle button is a little thin, but does the job.

I personally own three of these mice. They have many great attributes: Long battery life, tracks on all surfaces, and plenty of buttons, with integration with Logitech's gaming software for macros. The downside: They're a little difficult to clean, with a patterned top grip section, and it lacks the rapid scrolling options that some other Logitech mice feature. Overall: I'm happy with this mouse, so much so that I've bought three of them (one for work, one for games, and one for my laptop).

I was never a fan of wireless mice, especially for gaming, but this one won me over. I haven't noticed any significant lag. I love the functionality of having so many buttons. The scroll wheel and buttons offer good tactile feedback. It's comfortable, and works well overall. My only issue is that button 3 (the scroll button) suddenly stopped working after about three months, which is apparently an issue other users have faced. However, Logitech's wonderful 3-year warranty had me covered, and I got a replacement for free.

This is one of the best mouse I have used recently. I have a G700s and a Performance MX and I really like the feel. The battery life is just simply amazing. I bought this mouse about 3 weeks ago and I am still using the batteries that came with the mouse and still have 3 out of 5 bars of power left. I have been using this mouse about 5-8 hours a day. My only con with this mouse is the mouse wheel. Firstly they did not include their flow scroll is not included. Secondly, there is no left and right scroll on this mouse.

So I picked up this mouse when it went on sale about a year ago. The sticker price was $80, but it was on sale for $40, so of course I got it. While the ergonomics of the mouse are very nice, and the overall aesthetics are subtle enough to match any desk setup, I've to say I'm fairly disappointed with the final product. First, this is advertised as a "gaming mouse" with the ability to automatically sense when a game launches and load the correct profile. That doesn't usually happen, and I've to pause mid-game to open the Logitech software and select the correct profile. Even then, it's not guaranteed that it will actually use the profile, as I've had many times where my "melee" button has turned into my "copy-paste" button. Although gaming is not the reason I bought the mouse, it's more for productivity and work, therein lies another major issue: scrolling and tracking. Just recently, the mouse has had major issues with tracking, which can be very frustrating when I'm trying to do any kind of CAD work. I replace the batteries and it's fine for a bit, but it still has the issue after a while. Also, the battery life is kind of bad. I'd recommend getting rechargeable batteries with this thing.

I needed/wanted a new mouse since my last several wireless mice would act intermittently. When dragging a scroll bar the button would act like I had released it, and I would have to keep clicking on the bar. Even more frustrating when dragging folders or files, as they would be dropped in a mystery folder if I didn't see when this happened. Highlighting text was a nightmare. The solution? This mouse! It comes with a usb extension cable for the receiver that you set as close as you can to the mouse, so there is a better signal. This gives the mouse the response of a wired mouse, but without the wire getting in the way. I have mine sitting behind the monitor, can't even see it. The quick adjust buttons for dpi have actually been really useful, since you can change sensitivity on the fly depending on which program you are using. And the buttons on the left by the thumb work pretty well for games, without even setting them up. Most games use 1,2,3, etc.. . for weapons. These buttons are already set up as numbers, so I have been using these straight out of the box. Great price compared to super user gaming mouse as well. DISCLAIMER Best Buy offers 25 reward points for reviews, so that is 50 cents in points that I am getting for this review! 80 more reviews and I'll be able to buy a backup mouse.

I'll start off by saying that I like this mouse. It has a smooth glide on my mouse pads, the button functions are easy to reach and easy to use, the speed settings are also easy to use, and I love that it's wireless. As for the wireless, so far, I've used it for a few games and have found it to be very responsive and quick. I've been shy of using wireless mice for anything but the trivial and normal desktop use and never trusted them for active gaming like in FPS. I'ven't noticed any lag, the pickup distance is adequate, and it's standby time for response is more than long enough for my type of gameplay. As for all of the buttons... I must admit that I've yet to use them all. This mouse does have more functionality than I currently need. I'm certain I'll find a use for those other buttons, but for now, I really cannot comment. The tracking seems to be spot on, from what I can tell. The track speed is easily changed and works well across my Hi-res gaming monitor, as well as my many screens in my multi-monitor setup. However... I've found this mouse to be slightly small for my hand. I don't have the largest hands, but I do wear a size-Large glove, of which I would consider average. There is a little bit of discomfort when it comes to long gaming sessions (for me, that's 3 hours or more). I do wish there was a smooth scroll switch, as I do appreciate being able to use that function on other mice, but I can't say that's really a detractor. It does not advertise having any special scroll features, so I shouldn't expect one, but I do wish it was there. The only other problem I've with this mouse is the physical reconfigurability. No weights and no size adjustment (as I mentioned above, it's just a little too small for my hand). I would have, at the very least, liked to have an option for weights, given that there are two AA batteries powering the mouse. I cannot yet comment on battery life, but I've been using this mouse for several days, now, and haven't had to change them. So... that's a plus! Last, the price is excellent. I bought this mouse for less than 40 dollars, and that's a steal. Even with the detractors, you can't really beat this price to performance.
