Nice for the price

Well made, comfortable, but high pitched sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really want to like these, but the sound (ears) is that the high pitched sounds are way to emphasized. Also, I've been told by others that the microphone also sounds that way. The build quality is good. I like that it has metal in the head band. It is well padded. The ear cups are large and deep. Great for people with large ears and those who don't like anything pressing on their ears. If the audio quality was more balanced I would give these 4 or 5 stars.

Great headphones but they break easily
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.love the headset got at home on a Monday and by Wednesday the headset didn't work anymore the microphone was still working but I couldn't hear anything call Logitech support they told me I can exchange it for another set son of a waste of time don't you think it only last 48 hours and it breaks great products sounds wonderful until it breaks expect two or three days out of it and you'll be done with this product

It's a great headset but...

Kinda makes it pointless to have a surround sound headset when you can't control the surround sound. The headset itself is pretty nice and it sounded great when you could tweak the sound.

Awesome sound. Broke in 7 months.

Little hard to set up unless you really understand G keys and what not. But the surround sound is great and mic clear UNTIL Mic stopped working. Intermittent crackles and losing game sounds followed by mic dropping and then crashing. Haven’t seen any answers for it online. Will be contacting Logitech for a replacement
