Would have liked to have used them longer...

Wire is too thin. Our cat bit it and snapped straight through, rendering them useless. I bought a warranty, but unsure if cat attacks are covered. Owned 3 weeks.

The microphone quality sounds great and the options available on the frame of the headset are great, just hard to reach. 4/5

Ideally wanted something with great volume where I do not have to turn my volume up to the full max.

Also if you haven't already, please make sure the audio cables are plugged in securely for the best quality. Best gaming headset I've ever used.

It's great for the price and it can be used on all consoles and pc. I recommend it if you have multiple gaming consoles or if you are solely a pc gamer. It will meet your need perfectly.
