while this product is for gaming, i purchased it for online classes & recordings. the sound is fantastic, the settings easy to follow, and the microphone sound is quite clear! it has a usb connection, which is great for my laptop!

comfortable and just what I was looking for. I like to mute the mic you just flip up the boom and there is a volume wheel on the headset itself. the lay flat pads are nice to for when I am not wearing them.

I have had alot of headsets working from home this one is the best.

Hope this one survives. Seems like a nice set for her.

So far it's worked flawlessly. I bought this USB headset to replace an analog (1/8" connector) headset that wasn't working consistently. We were concerned the low volume would be a problem but it's nice and loud. We didn't install the drivers as we didn't care about the lighting. Most important feature for us was the flip up mute, which works exactly like you would expect. When you plug in the headset, it moves the default mic from our webcam (which has no mute) to the headset which is the behavior we want. We've learned with any headset (mainly Xbox ones until now) it's worth it to get the protection plan with Best Buy, because inevitably a problem will happen sooner or later, and the plan lets you get a free replacement.

Purchased for my grandson and he is extremely happy with the choice I made.

The new world of Covid-19 means that many meetings have moved online. This headset / microphone enable participation with comfort. In between meetings, the audio enables the user to enjoy music while working. I highly recommend.

Sound quality is okay and it is comfortable for use of a 7-year old girl. It fits nice and close fitting enough on her head so she gets solid noise cancellation.
