Overall good, but mic?

Headset itself was very clean and nice. It's also very light and comfy. I have no problem wearing it for a long time. (3-5 hours gaming) Sound is very good, but my friends keep saying that my voice sounds weird. So probably the mic is not good as the speakers.

Posted .The PRO X 2 LIGHTSPEED is a great headset with excellent sound and comfort. To improve microphone quality, check its position, adjust settings, use a pop filter, and update firmware. If needed, invest in a separate USB microphone. It's a worthwhile investment for gaming and other activities.
Mouse pad

The surface is quite slick and makes moving the mouse effortless. It's a little to smooth for my preference but overall very good. The bottom has a nice non slip coating that keeps the pad on place on many surfaces. The pad is just stiff enough to stay flat on soft surfaces like the couch or bed if are mousing in comfort.

Great Headphones.

The feel of the headphones feel a bit more flimsy that the previous version, however the change for the head piece above the ears are a plus as per the previous version, it was held togethr by little tiny screws that were easily lost. Great sound quality.

Good headset

When pairing that to the software can play with the IQ to get some sick sounds. For the most part it does a decent job and blocking out background noise not all of it but some, and that term is used loosly.

Amazing Sound!

Will say mic quality is mediocre but that can be adjusted. They are the first headphones that comfortably fit my ears, they don’t heat em up or hurt them! The metal on the side of their headphones just add to their quality feel.

Great mat

I think the sound quality is better and the sidetone is more consistent in allowing you to hear yourself comapred to the previous model. The Pro X sidetone would often stop working for me or not be sensitive enough. I will agree with others that the mic quality is reduced and you can hear it in the sidetone. I wish the mic was a bit better, but my gaming friends tell me that it sounds about the same, so I'm not sure if the consistent sidetone is just new to me or if it is just the sidetone audio quality itself that doesn't sound great. It seems like when you adjust your voice settings with the Blue voice filters, it does not apply these same changes to the sidetone.

Great Product, Poor Customer Service

However, pick up of item in store was not. Getting help was difficult. Team members not helpful or communitive, waited long to be helped even though there was no one in pick up line. The headphones though are great quality!

Very good second iteration

New graphite driver has great sound range but have to be equalized first. I found it to be tinny at out of the box. The mic also needs some work especially when compared to other wireless headsets which is also older models. Ear muffs have good foam density but sadly no breathable material option.
