I was hoping I did not have to use the Ghub USB connector in order to use this keyboard for gaming. For normal work related, it's for unless you don't remember all your Special Characters location. No option to fix this either. Very sad for Logitech as I've been happy with their products for over 20+ years.

We regret to hear about your displeasing experience with the G915 and this is not what we intend to deliver. Compared to membrane keyboards, mechanical keyboards have the switch mechanism located in the middle of the keycap and the LED is at the top. This prevents backlighting from illuminating the entire keycap. We value your feedback and therefore, we'll make sure that this is communicated with the relevant team for future considerations.

I was always hesitant to invest in a wireless gaming keyboard, because of interference, lag time, battery life, etc. Logitech solved this in this amazing piece of artwork called the G915 Lightspeed wireless gaming keyboard.
From the moment you open the box, the presentation is amazing. High end packaging, everything has its place, and is well protected from damage.
Once you find the power switch on the top left edge of the keyboard and slide it on, the keyboard lightshow begins. And it is simply awesome. Bright lights but you can still see the key print. Now, I don't need to know the basic keys, but there are times when seeing a certain key is important, and quickly, and this solves that for you.
The clicky keys are amazingly satisfying, but not overly annoying to those around you. You will find that the height of the keys is not overly lifted up and so the amount of time needed to press the keys is reduced, making your keystrokes more efficient. Plus, the rating for the reaction time wirelessly is only 1ms......I don't know how they did it, but during gaming I was unable to tell I was using a wireless keyboard.
The keyboard is thin, but heavy. It feels like a real piece of hardware vs. some flimsy keyboard that creaks and moans as you move it around. This is heavy enough to stay put when you find the right spot for it, so it won't move around. That is very good when gaming. Or even just typing.
I haven't done it yet, but you can set up each key to have its own color from the color spectrum, which is like 16 million colors or something? Once you setup the G HUB software, you can customize the lighting, and setup the G keys - I've just started playing around with this and the choices are endless. Plus, on the keyboard there are media keys, for pausing, skipping, playing, etc. without having to leave the game you are playing to make this happen. There is a volume roller, which is unique, I have not seen this before on any keyboard.
If you have spent as much money as I have on a PC for gaming, it would only make sense to invest in a decent keyboard to go with it. This allows you to sit back without wires and game from your chair, bed, etc. without the wire. And your game play will not suffer from the use of this. It is rated at 30 hours of gameplay per charge, and re-charge will take 3 hours. Even if I only got a few hours out of this, it would be worth it....to get up to 30 hours is insane. And to think it only takes 3 hours to fully recharge blows my mind.
This is much more than just a gaming keyboard, this is for those who understand that we interact with the keyboard constantly, gaming or not, and want the best you can get. I'm going to get another one of these for my work computer - I type out a lot of work and this keyboard just feels right! So, if you are a writer, or a gamer, or someone who uses a keyboard more than a mouse, you'll want this for sure.

A keyboard of this quality deserves five out of five stars, but loses one because of the eye-watering price tag. For the many pretty pennies you'll be spending on this, you'll get a fully featured keyboard that is supported by Logitech's industry-leading technology and software. The metal chassis provides a sturdy, weighty foundation for your keystrokes. The overall slim design and low-profile keys make it easy to type for hours without wrist strain and discomfort. The keys themselves are smooth and snappy and I feel like I can type better and faster as a result. Even though this is wireless, the performance is essentially identical to that of wired keyboards. I enjoy having the G keys at my disposal too. They are great to have in CAD and other design or development software, and games of course. There is a wide variety of RGB lighting and customizing options which allows you to make the keyboard truly your own.

The most satisfying keyboard I've ever felt. I love the clicky style switches. And the low profile switches and keycaps are just so nice. Battery life is awesome, it can last a week or two, and it's nice because it has bluetooth, as well as a low latency 2.4ghz dongle that is better for gaming. You can just press the buttons to switch between them. It is pretty expensive, but there aren't a ton of wireless mechanical keyboards on the market, and even fewer low profile ones. I had wanted it for months before I finally went for it and I don't regret it at all.
Fully customizable per key RGB lighting is always nice too.

I was torn between getting this or the new Razer wireless keyboard and mouse that had just come out. I was just reading the reviews for the Razer device and made me glad I went with this. I used to always be a die hard Razer fan, used Deathadder mice for several years, but lately their software has been absolutely horrible. I've seen ads pop up from system tray advertising their products, they force you to use Synapse 3, which is in beta, and actually lost some functionality over Synapse 2, such as being able to set RGB colors to onboard memory on keyboard, so every time you restart your computer or wake it up from sleep you are stuck with the rainbow effect. Not to mention none of it works with Mac anymore (I use a Mac for work), so on Mac you're stuck with rainbows.
Logitech doesn't have any of these issues. I can easily set onboard profiles with RGB colors, so when it restarts or loads you can have just a static color or whatever you want. Even has 3 keys at the top of they keyboard to switch between. It's a really simple thing but drove me crazy with my blackwidow keyboard to the point I sold it to a coworker. And just in general Razer software is terrible. Never had an issue with Logitech.
Wireless works great on this. Use the USB dongle to my personal gaming machine, and bluetooth with my work computer, and it's super easy to switch between. I have this paired with a G703 wireless mouse, and wireless seems super responsive to the point I can't tell a difference between wired. I live in apartments with plenty of wifi signals all over the place, not to mention I have numerous wireless devices, and this keyboard and mouse never have an issue. Dongles are plugged into back of my machine next to each other (reviews for Razer said this was an issue for their devices) and absolutely no issues.
Battery seems decent. I use it quite a bit for work and gaming, and I have to recharge it I think about every week or so, at least lasts several days before I have to recharge. I do have the lights set to a static color on a low brightness setting, though.
I love the feel and sound of the keys on this (got the one with the clicky keys), although this is all preference. Keys are lower profile, I really don't like the super tall keys of the Razer keyboards. Key presses have a really good feel, not just for gaming but typing on this for work is fantastic. The click is really the type of click I think of when thinking of a clicky gaming keyboard. It's probably a bit louder than the Razer green/clicky switches, but if you don't like that I believe they have a tactile version of this keyboard.
Only downside is the price. Was hard for me to justify the price of this keyboard, but I think for a mechanical, wireless keyboard like this, this is what you're looking at paying. The keys feel a bit cheaper than the Razer keyboards, like they might not last as long. The actual body of the keyboard feels pretty sturdy though, although it has very sharp edges I think they could have smoothed out a bit. I feel like that's nitpicking though.
All in all I would definitely recommend. Everything works great on it, has a great feel. Very responsive for being a wireless keyboard.

Let me start off the review by saying this - I hate wires and I will pay more to avoid them! I also use this for work and gaming. That means I want a product that can game at a high level, be a great office keyboard that allows me to type and take phone calls at the same time and have a GREAT battery life so I don't have to plug it in (again I hate cables).
Gaming - The lightspeed USB plug-in for this must be magical because I game on this competitively with ZERO lag or latency. The keys also have heald up to constant typing and the lighting doesn't fade with use as well. Generally - if you like the click and travel then this is a great solution because it has heald up for two years almost now with zero issues.
RGB/SOftware - The Keyboard does have RGB on it and while it isn't Corsair blow your socks off level since it is wireless - it is nice, bright, and responsive! It doesn't currently sync with other software however you can sync all your Logitech products together and then match the color to your other software relatively easily. The Logitech software is also REALLY good with all your battery % displayed and every setting you could imagine adjustable for your product.
Office - I work from home, which means I take calls and meetings and need to be able to type and type fast without everyone knowing I am typing away. This keyboard has the perfect "click" to be satisfying while also being quiet enough that it doesn't sound like a typewriter. The key travel is also in my opinion perfect. It doesn't have huge keys with seeming feet of travel with a loud click at the end. I can easily get my 80-90wpm out and keep moving without anyone noticing.
Build Quality/battery - this keyboard is SOLID. It has no deck flex or any sort of low-quality buttons or switches. The battery started to die on me at a year and 6 months but was able to RMA it with ease with the help of BestBuy at my side. The keys don't wear and everything still works great with constant use day in and out so at the price point it is at ~200-250 depending on the sale I would buy it every single time.
Conclusion- While $200 for a keyboard is a steep price, this is one I can vouch for as it holds up and does everything it says it will to an astounding degree of quality and accuracy. Logitech kills it again with the BEST wireless peripherals on the market.

You're probably reading this and wondering if this keyboard is really worth the cost....let me tell you it is! I never thought a keyboard would make me happy, but it actually did. Everything about this keyboard just feels great. The premium look, the RGB, keys, the battery life, the low profile, the software, the feel and trust me I could go on and on. Typing on this is a dream. Originally I wanted the Tactile Keys, but could only find the Clicky Keys. I was worried that the Clicky keys would be loud and annoying, but they haven't bothered me one bit and I have grown to like the sound of the keystrokes,

I was a little hesitant about the keyboard because of the price, but i decided to make the purchase for multiple reasons. One, i wanted a gaming keyboard, but one i could also use in my daily life as a computer networking student, and entry engineer. The keyboards low profile mechanical keys are pleasant, sound great, not too loud, and is better then any other mechanical key i have used in the past via other competitors. The wireless aspect is also great, with the battery lasting a ungodly amount of time, and there is no latency to worry about. It is the best keyboard i have ever owned, and i will be purchasing the versions of it to come for years to come.

This is the best keyboard I have ever owned, full stop. It's incredibly hard to find a wireless mechanical keyboard at all, let alone one with RGB, and one with such great charge time? Insane. This is the product I've waited years for, and it's absolutely everything I hoped it would be. I seriously doubt I will ever buy another, unless it's a replacement of this model.
There is one drawback - the software is just awful. Logitech needs to fire their whole software team, because it's an unmitigated disaster. Everything is needlessly difficult, so even the coolest software features will be ignored by 99% of users, because it's just not worth the hassle.
That being said, they keyboard itself is so sublime, such a total pleasure to use, that even the terrible software detracts in no way from the overall bliss that is using this keyboard. Deliciously clicky, chunky keys make typing anything a pleasure, and the fully programmable lights are ideal for gaming (the "echo" feature is particularly useful). The Lightspeed tech means there is no difference in performance from a wired keyboard, so it's perfect for anyone connecting their PC to a TV.
It's definitely on the pricier side, but the quality makes it seem like a steal. I cannot recommend it enough, even for desktop users if the extra money isn't an huge issue. After all, it connects via Bluetooth as well, so you can flip from typing on your tablet/phone to your PC instantly.
If you can't tell by now, I like it and strongly recommend you get one, ESPECIALLY if your setup will benefit from wireless. It is truly a masterpiece.

Battery lasts days of nonstop use. Can also be used wirelessly to start computer for first time in bios. Colors and keys fully customizable. Durable metal construction. Perfect weight. Bottom is not metal so it's not cold on your lap if you use it like that. Nice click feeling. Not sure what else to mention. Love it overall. I recommend going to bestbuy where you can try it out and try out other keyboards in person. I thought on upgrade for future model would be for it to have a wireless magnetic charging dock like the razer mouse. Thanks.

Originally bought a Corsair membrane keyboard and returned to get this. The wired version of this keyboard, the 815 is the same but I opted for the wireless because of my setup at home. I love the clicky and lower profile keys plus the RGB that lights up each individual key. The software isn't great but this keyboard is fantastic. I do wish at this price point it came with a wrist rest and a little better noise dampening but the aluminum frame and build quality is fantastic.
Do I need a $200 keyboard? No. But this is the most used component of a PC setup so it makes an awful lot of sense to buy a quality peripheral that is attractive, functional, and will last.

The quality of this keyboard is great. The body is all aluminum. The keys have a very nice sound when pressed. Feels super solid. Have charged my keyboard once when I bought it and have yet to charge again, even with RGB at a mid brightness. Can change color of each individual key and the Logitech logo. The volume wheel on the top right is also made of aluminum and is really responsive.

Clicky keys are just so satisfying!
The RGB customization is very diverse with a lot of effects! You can even create your own effects for more personalization. Being completely wireless is definitely useful for comfort!
It’s such a solid build! The keys are still like new! With the Logitech app it’s so easy to used and set up!

Logitech is known for high quality products whether mice or keyboards. This is by definition a gaming keyboard , no doubt. The mechanical keys are clicky but not too loud. That was my gripe with my Razer mechanical keyboard, but the Logitech G915 sounds perfect and the feel of the keys is one you have to try out yourself to be amazed by. There are so many customizations with RGB light patterns that will satisfy your needs and tastes. I thought the price was a bit high but the quality really shows with this.

This is hands down the best wireless gaming keyboard on the market that I am aware of. It has instantaneous response, awesome RGB lighting, and a truly premium feel and design. The only downsides would be the price (expensive!), the LG G-Hub software that controls the lighting is sometimes a little buggy (didn’t always load my default RGB profile right away), and probably would of preferred a 10-Keyless design so it would fit on my lap better and more room for the mouse by my side.

This keyboard is the most expensive keyboard I have ever purchased but it is the best and definitely worth the cost. Solid build quality, satisfying click with every button press, beautifully lit up with various color patterns. Logitech G hub, their proprietary software is garbage on the MacOs but you need it to run to have a functioning keyboard. I love that I can use it wired or wireless. Would definitely buy again without hesitation.

This keyboard is louder than I expected!! I would definitely opt for the linear switches over the clicky switches, and the keycaps are very cheap for this price range. These few cons aside this is a really nice wireless keyboard, vibrant RGB, spacebar stabilizers are pretty good. Battery life lasts a lot longer than I expected even with RGB on. I use this keyboard mostly for work but have also gamed with it a little as well. If you are looking for a low profile thin keyboard and are in between this and the K100 air the Logitech does feel a tad more sturdy, but the real difference is going to be the switches. Corsair uses Cherry MX and Logitech uses Kahil Choc switches. IF YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO SWAP YOUR KEYCAPS GET THE CORSAIR! If you don't care about your keycaps and you want a typing experience that feels very solid get the Logitech. There are keycaps for the Kahil Choc switches they are just hard to find and often do not have legends. This being said I prefer the weight of the Kahil switches to the cherry and corsairs optical switch. I seem to make less typos as they are not as sensitive.

This keyboard was purchased to replace a pricey Corsair RGB variant, which I liked, but it was too bulky and unappealing.
As soon as you take this keyboard out of the box, it feels like pure quality. The body feels solid, it's REALLY slim and sits as close to the desk as you would want it to (there are a couple of options on the back for height adjustment.)
Functionality-wise, it has a plethora of options for binding macros to its special hardware keys, and it also has dedicated media control section, including a rotating bar for controlling volume, which I really dig.
The software is good at what it does and does not feel bloated like others do (i.e. anything made by Razer.) The 'light-speed' connection provides low-latency levels very close to it's wired counterpart and so works great for competitive gaming (you can also switch over to bluetooth and connect it to Macs, laptops, phones, tablets, etc.)
The RGB lighting is bright and is easy on the eyes. It looks classy and slightly understated, giving the overall keyboard a sharp look surrounded by its gun metal, brushed aluminum face plate which does not retain fingerprints.
Yes, it is expensive for a keyboard, but it is worth the MSRP. You'll know what I mean after you unbox it :)
In summary - I love it.
