Amazing keyboard, subpar desktop app.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good keyboard. Amazing feeling when gaming and the customizable lights are a must have. The volume wheel spoils you a bit so its hard to go back to volume being button controlled. The reason that this doesnt get 5 stars is that the desktop app to fully customize the lights sucks!!! The app doesnt even open on one computer and its hard to navigate on the other once it does open.

Awesome wireless mechanical keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was torn between getting this or the new Razer wireless keyboard and mouse that had just come out. I was just reading the reviews for the Razer device and made me glad I went with this. I used to always be a die hard Razer fan, used Deathadder mice for several years, but lately their software has been absolutely horrible. I've seen ads pop up from system tray advertising their products, they force you to use Synapse 3, which is in beta, and actually lost some functionality over Synapse 2, such as being able to set RGB colors to onboard memory on keyboard, so every time you restart your computer or wake it up from sleep you are stuck with the rainbow effect. Not to mention none of it works with Mac anymore (I use a Mac for work), so on Mac you're stuck with rainbows. Logitech doesn't have any of these issues. I can easily set onboard profiles with RGB colors, so when it restarts or loads you can have just a static color or whatever you want. Even has 3 keys at the top of they keyboard to switch between. It's a really simple thing but drove me crazy with my blackwidow keyboard to the point I sold it to a coworker. And just in general Razer software is terrible. Never had an issue with Logitech. Wireless works great on this. Use the USB dongle to my personal gaming machine, and bluetooth with my work computer, and it's super easy to switch between. I have this paired with a G703 wireless mouse, and wireless seems super responsive to the point I can't tell a difference between wired. I live in apartments with plenty of wifi signals all over the place, not to mention I have numerous wireless devices, and this keyboard and mouse never have an issue. Dongles are plugged into back of my machine next to each other (reviews for Razer said this was an issue for their devices) and absolutely no issues. Battery seems decent. I use it quite a bit for work and gaming, and I have to recharge it I think about every week or so, at least lasts several days before I have to recharge. I do have the lights set to a static color on a low brightness setting, though. I love the feel and sound of the keys on this (got the one with the clicky keys), although this is all preference. Keys are lower profile, I really don't like the super tall keys of the Razer keyboards. Key presses have a really good feel, not just for gaming but typing on this for work is fantastic. The click is really the type of click I think of when thinking of a clicky gaming keyboard. It's probably a bit louder than the Razer green/clicky switches, but if you don't like that I believe they have a tactile version of this keyboard. Only downside is the price. Was hard for me to justify the price of this keyboard, but I think for a mechanical, wireless keyboard like this, this is what you're looking at paying. The keys feel a bit cheaper than the Razer keyboards, like they might not last as long. The actual body of the keyboard feels pretty sturdy though, although it has very sharp edges I think they could have smoothed out a bit. I feel like that's nitpicking though. All in all I would definitely recommend. Everything works great on it, has a great feel. Very responsive for being a wireless keyboard.

Clackity Clickity! This keyboard is LOUD!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard is louder than I expected!! I would definitely opt for the linear switches over the clicky switches, and the keycaps are very cheap for this price range. These few cons aside this is a really nice wireless keyboard, vibrant RGB, spacebar stabilizers are pretty good. Battery life lasts a lot longer than I expected even with RGB on. I use this keyboard mostly for work but have also gamed with it a little as well. If you are looking for a low profile thin keyboard and are in between this and the K100 air the Logitech does feel a tad more sturdy, but the real difference is going to be the switches. Corsair uses Cherry MX and Logitech uses Kahil Choc switches. IF YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO SWAP YOUR KEYCAPS GET THE CORSAIR! If you don't care about your keycaps and you want a typing experience that feels very solid get the Logitech. There are keycaps for the Kahil Choc switches they are just hard to find and often do not have legends. This being said I prefer the weight of the Kahil switches to the cherry and corsairs optical switch. I seem to make less typos as they are not as sensitive.

Good, not perfect, and too expensive
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keyboard mechanical action is excellent, even through the key travel is not as great as other mechanical keyboards. The backlighting is uneven -- after two days of use the backlighting started to fade unevenly on several keys. The lighting on the numbers row only lights the numbers but not the shift-characters such as @#%, etc. I don't find the lighting configuration software to be intuitive. I use it as a workhorse in my office, and I will keep it for that use. It has a shorter key travel and is not as "clicky" as other mechanical keyboards. The keycaps definitely show oils from fingers. Even after a few weeks of use, my finger still mistakes the G4 or G5 key for CTRL or SHIFT. Despite its faults I do like the keyboard. It is, however, far too expensive for what you get -- it's not so special that it should demand the high purchase price.

Great Christmas present
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My boyfriend loves it. I bought him this keyboard to replace his old wired one that came with his cyber power pc and not only is it nice aesthetically with the rgb lighting, the clicky tactile sounds aren’t too loud, and it’s so much better without the extra wires for cable management.

||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really good keyboard. I love the clicky sound. It’s very light. And the rgb actually looks very cool. Glitches sometimes but I just connect it through wire to PC and it works fine

Logitech - G915 LIGHTSPEED fullsize keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this keyboard. It is a quality keyboard, feels solid and is very versatile. Not only do I use this on the PC, I can link this to most devices using bluetooth. Makes an amazing connection with my tv and saves so much time in typing. I use wifi when connecting to my PC, but occasionally I need to take the dongle out to add other devices, but I just switch to Bluetooth and there is no loss in speed when playing games. Great colours on the keyboard with many options on the keyboard app.

||Posted . Awesome for gaming and regular typing!
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using this keyboard for almost a year, and I am extremely pleased with it. The keys are a medium height and for me this has improved accuracy both in gaming and in regular typing. It is a matter of personal preference, but to me a lot of gaming keyboards have keys that are just a little bit too tall for regular typing. Lots of powerful features. RGB lighting is a lot of fun. Setup is easy with the Logitech app, but the lighting automation software interface is needlessly confusing.

The one
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super nice keyboard. Great rgb lighting and the software works very well to coordinate with other like lighted accessories. has a thin profile and feels like it’s made from high quality aircraft aluminum or something. It’s much larger and not as intricately lit as some others for around the same money however the feel of the keystroke quality and number pad make it worth it for me

Great Gaming and Everyday Keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using this keyboard for about a month now as my daily typer, working from home and gaming. I love the low profile of it and the responsiveness of the keys. I wasn't sure I was going to like the Clicky switches, but I do and the sound they make is very satisfying. The battery and connectivity using the LightSpeed module is very good. Again, have had this for about a month and have only had to charge it twice.

Pretty decent
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very beautiful design and doesn't take that long to be fully charged. One drawback is that the clicky switch was too loud. I tested a display in store and it wasn't too bad. I forgot that it was a pretty big open space. If you're a fast typer, and you type quite often, it will sound like you're angry-typing all the time. I like the low-profile so it doesn't feel like you need to use a lot of force to type. Overall, if you don't mind the clicky sound and the keyboard is on sale, go for it!

||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great keyboard in terms of feel/build/quality. The G-hub software can be finicky to navigate, but it is fun to create custom light patterns etc. Feels very sturdy and battery life is great. Low latency as well when used wirelessly.

Expensive, but still glad I purchased it
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was originally looking at purchasing the Tactile version of this keyboard, but the Clicky version was on sale and available locally. My concern was that it would be annoyingly loud, but luckily, the display model at my local Best Buy was the Clicky, allowing me to give it a try. It took a little getting used to the low profile and engagement after using a G810 for several years, but after a few weeks, I’ve gotten used to it. I really like the G hub integration, and the fact that it immediately recognized and implemented the RGB settings from my G810 without having to change a thing. Speaking of which, the lighting pops through the keys pretty well. I also have to hand it to the battery. After 3 weeks, I’m still close to 60% from the original charge. I will say, however, that it took quite some time to fully charge when I first got it. Finally, I have to praise the Lightspeed wireless protocol. I can’t perceive ANY lag whatsoever. It’s also greatthatI can connect to myiPad via Bluetooth if I want as well. If there’s anything I can knock, it has to be the MSRP. Even at the sale price, this is likely the most you’ll ever spend on a keyboard, unless you’re into super custom mechanical keyboards. For an off the shelf product, however, it’s pretty solid, and offers a decent mechanical feel, even if it’s not quite on par with those super customs - but, I still feel that for what I paid, the price matches what I got. On the software side, it would be nice if the RGB goodies included the ability to include “reactionary” animations when keys are pressed, and not just the small set of standard patterns. I’m sure the keyboard is technically capable of it if their G hub development gets on it. Combined, these critiques add up to a one star bump, but overall, I’m really happy with the keyboard so far. Let’s see how long the keys hold up. It’s a bit disappointing that Logitech does not seem to offer/sell replacement keys. I do hope that changes in time. Anyway, I’m really happy with my combination of G915, G903 mouse, and PowerPlay wireless charging mouse pad. They all work together really well.
