Once you get it out of the box the only instructions telling you where to download the drivers is a small down arrow symbol with a web address for support. This biggest glaring problem with this wheel is the brake pedal. It has this new "feature" where they put a rubber stopper in it to simulate a real break pedal. It’s so hard you cant even physically push down the pedal enough to get full breaking. Even after going into the game settings and maxing out the break bias so it doesn't take much to get full breaking, my ankle is throbbing after only 10 minutes of use. No matter what surface you have the pedals on they slide and move all over the place. There is even a rubber stopper on the bottom that pops out with teeth to grip into things. No use... So I went looking to see if others had this problem and sure enough post galore! So I figured I would just go into the configuration and swap the controls so that the clutch is the break and the break is the clutch… NOPE! Logitech wont let you swap them in the program configuration. So after more digging people have tutorials on how to open the base and physically swap the break and the clutch mechanisms. Which voids the warranty on your brand new 400 dollar wheel and pedal set up. You would think that on a device like this it would have been refined of any of these problems. I can not and will not suggest this product to anyone.

As an upgrade to the Thrustmaster red legend, I can say this wheel is amazing. The wheel is so much more smooth, and worth the upgrade!

Excellent product from Logitech with a amazing price

Good for people not taking too serious. If you’re serious about sim driving this isn’t it! If you wanna dabble with a couple racing games to see if you like it before you invest…… this is it!

Can't get the force feedback to work.... Have tried all the software and nothing. The wheel works fine with the exception of no force feedback. The build quality is the best I have seen, It feels great. Just wish this issue could be resolved. PC running W10. If someone could help me?

its a must for racing game. a bit expensive but worth the money. i bought a mount that makes it much more enjoyable

This setup is as nice as it costs except for one thing. The wire for the pedals comes out the back, so if you have it pushed against a wall, you will damage the wire unless you take added precautions. Seems like a lot to take away 3 stars, but come on. I work in electronics manufacturing, this was designed this way for one of two reasons. 1. Lack of intelligence, which if you own this you know isnt the case. This setup is amazing 2. Put the cable in a location that increases the chance the consumer damages the product thus forcing them to replace with a new product. This was not overlooked, this is a deliberate design

Works well and much better control than a hand controller but the retail price point seems too high.

No problem with Best Buy, problem is with Logitech. This is made mainly for Xbox, things need to be done to get it to work on a PC. It comes with no instructions on what to do to get it to work, I downloaded the manual, again not a word on how to get it to work on a PC. I tried to install an update thinking maybe that would help, the download would not install, saying the wheel must be connected to the computer, it was connected. I returned the wheel and Best Buy has ordered another one. I put in a claim with Logitech stating that they should provide instructions on how to set it up to work on a PC. After 4 days I got a reply from them. Their answer was...."Both the G29 and G920 have dual motors that have an overheat protection circuit, If it overheats, disconnect the cables, also try the wheel on a different computer". Did they even read what I told them? I have since found out that software must be installed on your computer before connecting the wheel to your computer, why can't they tell you this on the one piece of paper that comes with the wheel? I will try to get the new one to work, but I am not happy with Logitech.

Never was able to use this - the brake pedal doesn’t press down. Apparently there is a fix by taking it apart, but I haven’t done that yet.

Hope this helps anyone with a computer, this is a great steering wheel otherwise but it will not work with steam and Best Buy will not accept return with a purchase with points so I went to a pawn shop and traded for a thrust master Ferrari. And it works perfectly just connect it to a controller configuration and your set.

Spend a little more and get a worthy wheel. Ive had this for 3 years and several of the components are broken

Bought it not even 24 hours ago, work for first play. Next day steering not working with Xbox one S playing Dirt4. Spend all day with tech support trying to fix. Didn't work. I would not buy ever again! Nice wheel though if it would work.

Got this as a birthday present, first off, the steering wheel wouldnt calibrate on my xbox so i hooked it up to my pc, the steering wheel would turn and it’s own, shake like crazy, and then lock up without me touching it. Do. Not. Buy

The Brake Pedal Does Not Go In All The Way Please Please Do Not Get It.

I do not recommend buying this product it would not even work in any game and every time I would try to launch a game the G920 would crash the game and when I tried on my Xbox it would not even work on one single game waste of money

Decent wheel for those who are casual racers and just want something to pick up an play. Love how they brought back all the buttons from the DFGT but is a huge downgrade in the sense of quality and like most people, the brake pedal. The brake pedal has an unnecessary stiffener that makes it super challenging to use with most racing games. Not worth it unless you're able to get it for under $100

Terrible quality hard to set up for what it is. Didn't like it much in fact back to my controller.
