While a bit more than I wanted to spend, this has been an EXCELLENT headset. No noise distortion or crackling, good pressure on the head without being tight or too loose, and battery life is strong. The microphone could be a little bit better but is decent for gaming.

All my expectations were met, without a huge cost. As always, easy to plug and play, with some time to learn the controls. Let's hope they last 5 years plus!

I've not owned any headsets prior to this unit, but I'll attest to their sound quality being quite impressive. I bought these units only for PC gaming and they work quite well for that function. The only negative I'll note is that the ear cups do feel quite warm on your head during extensive use - this is due to the material the pads are constructed from.

    Quality Gaming Headset

TLDR: Well built, good audio quality, average mic, a little bit of "gamer" aesthetic, comfortable, but a little heavy on the head. Overall - excellent product. At first look, the G935's have a very solid construction. The cups do seem a bit large and the style seems a little dated. They're a little bulky and heavy - but not beyond acceptable. I don't dislike the RGB and it can easily be controlled via the G Hub software (supports light sync between Logitech RGB products). The RGB comes under fire as being "unnecessary", but I think it's an expected touch for most "gaming" product. As for sound quality, listening to music was good. Solid bass and clear highs. I don't expect to use the headphone jack, but it's kind of nice to know that I can plug it in with the included premium 3.5 mm braided cable if I need to. I spent a few hours playing Black Ops 4 and Overwatch with these so far and I the 7.1 surround delivers a solid performance here too. The stow-away goose neck mic is a nice touch. It mutes when rotated up and has a good range of adjustment. As far as audio quality goes, it's about average. Nothing amazing, but adequate for gaming and voice chat.

These have 7.1 vitual surround sound and sound great with there 50 mm drivers. These also have lighting effects but does effect battery life so I just turn it off. The mic that's included hides in the headset when you don't want to use it . The only issues I have seen with these is the App made it impossible to hear sound until I turned it off and back on , the mic is decent at best and to me they are quite heavy and fall off with any big movement.

I am very impressed with the quality of this headset. The drivers deliver clear and powerful audio for my music and my games. The 7.1 is very accurate and balanced, the battery life is excellent, wireless range is optimal and the design is very comfortable. I've used almost every gaming headset on the market and this one is by far the best one for gaming I've ever seen!

Logitech G935 Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset PC with LIGHTSYNC RGB Lighting is an excellent option for PC, Mac, Microsoft Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 gaming consoles. It is slightly bigger size than expected. I have configured this headset using USB dongle wirelessly. Please note that you cannot use Bluetooth option to connect with devices. It connected with all devices wirelessly without any issues. For XBOX one X, I was able to connect with included audio cable. Sound quality is amazing as you expect from 7.1 gaming headsets. I am amazed with the Dolby Surround Sound and it works really great in many games. In PC, colors and G keys can be configured using Logitech G Hub Software. It can be customized 16.8 million colors to match team colors, environment or sync with other Logitech G gear. Lightsync automatically react to in-game actions, audio or screen color to pump up the intensity of the games. This is one of the most advanced head set with 12 hours of battery power per charge and clean setup without wires getting in the way. It has 50mm Pro-G drivers and woven hybrid mesh design deliver an incredible sonic experience with more depth and detail without distortion. The 6mm microphone works perfectly. It flips up to mute and features a red indicator light to highlight it is muted. The large ear cups works great and it fit really well on ears. I have used this headset for PC games, Xbox One X and it delivered outstanding sound quality.

The Logitech G935 is an awesome gaming headset. And when adding G HUb. you can set macros as well set lighting schemes. You can also sync settings with other Logitech devices. The different audio environment settings and eq are very sweet. Not as loud as I would like but still a nice headset. And they get good life on a signal charge, about 6 hours. You can also set them to power off when idle. Cinematic audio is awesome for movies. And the automatic on/off fold out mic that extends brings it on home. You will fall in love!!!!!

These were a slight upgrade from the G930s I had. I love the adjustable mic that not only moves up and down, but can also be pulled out some to fully adjust it. The colors are cool, though you don't see them since you are the ones wearing the headset. Battery life is okay, since the changing colors consume battery. They are fairly comfortable, but I do get a little tired of wearing them after a few hours, but other than that they are a solid buy.

    Wireless, but not for console

After opening these headphones I was super excited to have a nice wireless set of headphones that was console compatible and also works with my PC. There are 2 areas which align to my overall rating of these headphones. 1 - The sound for these headphones are very sold, the base is deep and the treble is crisp. The microphone on the headset also snaps up and out of the way everytime you chose not to use it. The design overall of these headphones is very nice and purposely designed for gaming. 2 - As mentioned above, I was pumped for headphones that were compatible with my gaming console. I was wrong, and after trying to sync the headphones for nearly 30 minutes I finally took to the internet which told me it was not compatible unless they were plugged in via mini plug. Yes, you head me right.... these wireless headphones only work for console when plugged into a mini cable... which basically turns them into normal pair of ear buds. But thats not all, when I did plug them in via mini plug the build in volumne/mute controls didnt even work. This was beyond frustrating. On the other side, I did test them on my PC and they worked perfectly., and all buttons integrated perfectly into my PC gaming experience. All in all, worth picking up as long as you are not intending on using them for console gaming.

The size is a little bulky but is pretty much the same size as other quality headphones. I think the components were well-thought out. It has a compartment for the USB dongle, the boom mic is nicely incorporated in the headphones. I like it that there are "confirmation" clicks or sounds (even lights) on every action you make, for example the mic snaps in place, or the dongle clicks in, or probably my favorite, is the wireless ON button is sliding, unlike other devices that you push a button and have to wait and see if it turns it on or not. The lighting feature is okay, I don't think I'll ever get to experience it, especially that I don't play in a small dark room. But it's pretty much plug n play with my PS4. I put the dongle in and it recognizes it easily. Per my fortnite buddies, I come in clear. I tried using it on my phone too-- But using the USB dongle (USB C to USB adapter)-- I do come in really loud to the person on the other line-- as in really loud that I don't know how to reduce the volume. My friend had to turn the volume down on her end. Sound quality to be honest is not any different from my other good quality headphones, so I cannot attest to any advantage with this. Sound is simply clean and crisp. After hours of using it, it doesn't hurt or bother me-- no soreness on my outer earlobes. I haven't tried testing the battery life though. I have used it for maybe 10 hours and I seems like it's still going for me. I tried doing a hack on my Sony TV though, if placing the dongle on the TV will make it act like I can listen to the TV with it-- no success. It's okay, it's not made for it. For what I use it for, gaming and even phone conversations while doing my push ups, it's great-- without any connection issues at a good room distance!

Pros; - Sound Quality - Build Quality - Features (on the PC, at least) Cons; - Not wireless with consoles - Some features not available on consoles (colors and G Keys) The fact they aren't wireless across the board for all platforms has me lowering my score to 4 out of 5 stars, otherwise these would be a 5 out of 5. The surround sound on these is great. Dolby Surround Sound coupled with a near noise cancelling ear cup makes for total immersion in whatever you're listening to. Just putting them on with no sound, no, they aren't going to offer what an actual pair of NC headphones can. But, once sound starts they really do a great job of keeping the sounds of whatever you're listening to in and whatever is happening outside out. I've had the previous two generations of Logitech headphones and while they were still pretty decent (I used them both right up until receiving these) they had connectivity issues, distance issues, and sound quality issues. All three of those matters has yet to show up with the G935's. I've also used them with my phone for music and movies and they work great in that capacity, too. So an easy recommendation for anyone looking for a quality all-around gaming/music/movie headphone.

Actually went to my local Best Buy to purchase a different headset ( Razer Nari) but seen the new Logitech's on display. I play on a PS4 Pro and prefer wireless so I try a demo of the G935. Immediately blown away by its sound quality and comfort and decided to get them instead. Super simple plug and play setup as my PS4 recognized the usb receiver immediately. Play some Apex Legends and still blown away by this headset. The new 50mm drivers are tuned perfectly. I could hear everything and pinpoint enemy locations very easily. The improved microphone came across crystal clear. Very comfortable as I played for about 4hrs without any issues from the headset. Highly recommend this new model

This headset was tested on a gaming PC, PS4, and Xbox One X. ---SETUP--- The setup for the G935 is simple for the PC and all consoles as a plug and play headset. Installing the software allows you to customize your headset a bit further. ---FEATURES--- The key feature is the wireless option, but that is only for the PC. The consoles require you to use the included auxiliary cable. It can be color-synced with other Logitech products, like a keyboard and mouse, and that feature works seamlessly. ---PERFORMANCE--- PC The performance on was outstanding. I tested this headset wirelessly for a good 10 hours of gameplay and I didn' lose power. The sound is phenomenal. I am deaf on my right ear, but even playing at low level of volume, the large 50mm Pro-G drivers would vibrate enough for me to "feel" that I was getting shot at from the right side, making my reaction time faster than with other headsets. In regards to the microphone, all my friends told me I sounded louder (in a positive way) and clearer. PS4 On PS4, I was able to use the headphone with the auxiliary cable connected to the headset and the controller. At first, I had an issue where I wasn't able to hear party chat but I was able to hear the game. I fixed this issue by connecting the cable ends opposite of the way I had the first time. Don't really know why this fixed the issue, as both ends have the 3 ring circle connection required for a microphone to work. I also discovered that just by connecting the headset without turning it on, you can hear you gameplay. You just need to turn it on for the full surround sound and the mic chat. Everything I mentioned in the PC performance applies here as well. Xbox One This is the console I was planning on using it the most, but as it turned out, I couldn't get the mic to work. I connected the cable the way that I do my many other headsets that I have, using the auxiliary cable. I do have a chatpad connected to my Xbox One Elite controller and the audio worked but not the mic. I removed the chatpad and connected it directly to the controller and I would hear sound, but the mic wasn't working. I switched to a normal Xbox One controller and the mic didn't work either. I own 7 other headsets and I tried them all on my Xbox controller. The headsets that I already owned worked fine with audio and party chat. I was disappointed that I couldn't use chat, but I might still use it for single player games on Xbox. ---EXPECTATIONS--- The product meets my expectations in all aspects with a few exceptions. The fact that mic didn't work on my Xbox was slightly disappointing, but I decided that this will be my main PC headset, so not a big deal-breaker. The software is simple to understand but there is supposed to be a G-Shift option so that the three customizable buttons can turn into 6 customizable buttons (think of it like an FN key on a keyboard). I couldn't get that to work properly. I customized one of the buttons to tell me the percentage of battery left, but it never told me anything. I do like that one option is to turn off surround sound quickly, which is great if you own Dolby Atmos and want to watch a movie that supports it. ---VALUE--- The price for the G935 headset in terms of value is comfortable, considering the only other pair of wireless headsets that I own for consoles and PC cost me almost double than what these cost. ---APPROVAL--- I highly recommend this product for people who will mainly use it wirelessly for their gaming PC or with their PS4. Unless an update fixes the Xbox issue mentioned above, I suggest that if you plan on strictly using them on Xbox, for you to hold off on them. Overall, though, they are the best sounding headset I have used to date.

The Logitech G935 is close enough to perfect that I am giving it 5 stars. The headphones cups enclose my ears so well that the noise isolation works almost like noise canceling. The Logitech G935s are not bluetooth. They connect via wireless using a USB dongle which is discretely tucked behind a headphone (see picture). The G935s pair instantly and on a PC, PS4, or Switch (docked) you have an instant wireless connection with no need for drivers. Xbox doesn't support wireless in my tests but it works well via the included audio cable plugged into the Xbox controller. Sound is great. Deep rich base and good mid to highs. The Dolby sound is impressive and really improves games. On a PC the Logitech G Hub software lets you customize the colors and G keys - although I didn't really need to customize the buttons. SUMMARY OF WHAT THE G935 WORKS WITH PC - Wireless via USB Dongle PS4 - Wireless via USB Dongle PS4 - Corded via Headphone Port on Controller Switch - Wireless via USB Dongle in Switch Dock Switch - Corded when Portable out of Dock Xbox - Corded ONLY via Headphone Port on Controller The Logitech G935 is a great headset.

These wireless headphones are amazing! Compared to other headphones that I have used before, the sound quality of these are awesome for gaming and everyday personal use. For myself, this includes PC and Xbox (for console, you do have a wire to connect to the console remote). Although the quality of sound on these are great, I really like the customized RGB+ lighting you can do. In order to customize the RGB+ settings, you do have to install some Logitech software, but if you have other products of Logitech, you can actually "sync" your colors so that everything matches up (I did this with my computer mouse), which is pretty convenient. This software also allows you to customize sound settings and color settings across the board, or you can customize for each individual game you play (on PC). Comfortableness-wise, I do think that these headphones could be a little more comfy around the ears. While the headset can be adjusted for larger heads, such as myself, the material used for the "over the ear" would be more comfortable if it had a little extra cushion or if it was made with a softer material. Additionally, I do think the "quality" of the headphones could be a little better. The side panels and the "on/off" button on top function as they should, but I think the material used here could also be improved. Make no mistake though, these headphones are as durable as others I have used. Overall, pretty good headphones and ones that I have enjoyed, and will continue to enjoy using.

My son and I love these headphones!! Logitech just keeps raising the bar when it comes to gaming accessories and they have outdone themselves with these headphones. Right out of the box, they look so cool! They are very comfortable and connecting to PC via bluetooth or console with a cord is a breeze! We love the flip-up mute and how you can change the color of the lights! The real winner here is the sound. it is INCREDIBLE!! The 7.1 surround sound is amazing! It's like you are totally immersed in the game and can even hear sounds behind you!! I even use these headphones to listen to music and watch movies!! The sound is crystal clear and full bodied. You cannot help but be impressed. What an impressive product.

This G935 headset has exceeded my expectations. Set up is quick and easy. The included usb dongle is plug and play with Windows 10, and is easily stored in the right ear-cup for travel. The Windows G Hub software makes configuration of this headset quick and easy, along with all of the other Logitech G gaming products. The RGB lighting on the headset is a nice feature, though it does reduce battery life. I personally disable the lighting to squeeze extra usage time, but charging is painless through the included micro-usb cable. The microphone feels sturdy and is sensitive for clear audio. I really appreciate the flip-up to mute feature, which makes drinking or having a side conversation easier during use. There is also a physical mute button on the back of the left ear cup. One feature of the G935 that surprised me, is the included 3.5mm audio cable allows this headset to be used with XBox, PS4, and Switch. I tested it on my XBox One X and can confirm the headset and mic worked well for XBox Live. You are unable to use this headset wirelessly with gaming consoles, but having a quality spare wired headset in a pinch is definitely a nice bonus.
