Not great but not awful.

There are no options to swap out the headset pads either, so I cant wear this for long periods of time without it hurting my ears. The actual microphone part is also not the easiest to move, in theory that isnt a bad thing- but moving it to the talking position will pull it off your head. So you have to use two hands, one to hold the headset in place and one to pull the mic down. Also my previous headsets were a bit flexable so I could wear them on one ear- that isnt an option with this one. Its very stiff- Im thankful I only need to use this for short periods of time.

Good instructions come with it, but it is so well designed that no instructions are actually needed to understand how to use it because the one button that controls it is intuitive. The headset is comfortable to wear and stays in place on your head.

Wearing hearing aids, a lot of the time I still miss what is being said. Being in several small groups that meet on zoom, it is important that I hear what is being said, especially because I am a co-facilitator. Hearing is a must. These Logitech wired Headphones fit the bill. I was on a zoom call last night and heard every word being said, THANK YOU JESUS. These headphones are a hit in my book.

I spend most my day on the phone and they work well plus theyre comfortable on my ears even though I wear them 8+ hours Monday - Friday. I would definitely recommend

Excellent, Affordable Headset

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When our daugther’s business PC mic and speakers inexplicably quit working after a Windows OS update, she needed a headset quickly. After some research of a number of available models and brands, I found this Logitech headset on a Black Friday sale for just $19.99. It’s one downside is that it is chorded. But that really does not matter if the user works sitting at a desk. My daugther and I both tested this model and observed the following positive characteristics. They are comfortable. The mic can be swiveled up out of the way. The PC with Windows 11 immediately recognized this headset. The sound clarity is very good. We tested the mic features where I spoke while she was talking in the background all while her dog was playing with a squeaky ball. On the recording, my voice was clear. The noise canceling was okay - her voice wasn’t picked up. The squeak from the ball was muted but could still be lightly heard. There is a volume control on the headset. This was not tested. The PC volume mixer works with this headset, so there are two ways to adjust the sound and volume. We did not test this headset with music.

It was difficult to find a headset with a usb connector. Most have a head jack which is obsolete these days with new technology. Sound quality is great too.
