Good sound quality and audio. Perfect for business meetings at a good price point.

I was very impressed with the customer service from the call center they assisted in making the selection and I was able to walk in and pick my purchase up within 5 minutes of entering the store, It was a pleasing experience. The quality of the headset is what I expected of Logitech, perfect sound.

I work from home a lot and I have always loved the Logitech product line. I needed to replace an outdated headset for working and I wanted something with a light that indicated when it's muted. This did just the trick and it is super comfortable! Sound quality is great for what I need this for too.

These are basic, but useful. The sound quality is great and they’re fairly comfortable. The volume and mute buttons are on the headset itself, which is handy. They’ve been very useful and a good value.

The sound sis great and people can hear me very clearly. Perfect for working from home and having work meetings. They are also very comfrtoable.

Bought these as a replacement for a headset I bought 5 years ago, and the difference is amazing. Light, comfortable enough to wear 8 hours, consistent quality of sound both in volume and clarity/tone, and thank goodness a MUCH longer cord than my previous set. A winner!

Great headset for remote office work…So good I bought a 2nd pair just in case

I purchased this model because our company supplier had a backlog for months. BB always offer great products; it was a great deal for price and quality.

Purchased these headsets to use for skype calls. People on the either end hears me great without any odd hissing from the mic. Headset is comfortable for my usual 30 minute calls, but longer calls might have slight discomfort since its a on ear design.

Good, clear sound. Windows 8 automatically recognizes the device. Like any on ear headphone, ears will feel warm after extended use.

My daughter is making phone calls over her computer for work. This headset allows her to wear it comfortably for hours at a time. Calls are crystal clear with no static.

My wife needed a pair of headphones to use with her laptop computer. She didn't want to use headphones at first because "they are too bulky and hurt my ears". So I researched what was available and found a good choice at Best Buy. She uses the Logitech H540s all the time. They are substantial enough to produce high quality sound without being excessively bulky. Great product at a great price. Yes, we bought the extended warranty. We almost always do. It's worth the small investment to be able to take something in the BB instead of having to deal with the manufacturer and having to ship items.

This is my second time purchasing this headset. I have a one set for my laptop and the other for my desk top computer. They stay snug without pinching. The sound quality is fabulous! I work from home, so a comfortable and reliable headset is essential. This one is perfect !

Works great! Only complaint is the volume control is on headset instead of in line.

The Best Buy rep was very helpful by listening to what my issue was and showed me a headset that was perfect for me. He explained what the features are and although this wasn't an expensive item I'll definite be back at Best Buy for any electronics I would need. I think his name is Jake. Thank you

Not a good noise cancelling headphone. I use this for my office call and, people in call can hear other people sitting near me speak

I bought this item to replace a Koss set that gave out. The Logitech set was available at a very reasonable price. It works flawlessly. I was concerned about overheating my ears with prolonged use during the work day. However, the padding on the earcups is comfortable and, well, airy. And the microphone is sensitive, yielding a clear voice to my interlocutors. Highly recommended, especially if you can get it on sale.

This is not a real expensive headset. i use it for work, so reliability is crucial. I am unexpectedly real pleased so far. Headphones capture sound and eliminate most exterior noise, Microphone is clear and audible. And it's relatively comfortable for a full headset. I like it.
