I think the sound quality is fine all the way around. I can hear fine, and no one ever mentions struggling to hear me. However, I am not a fan of the style of the ear pads. They are not at all molded - just flat pads. As long as I sit straight upright and do not move, the headphones stay in place ok, but if I bend over, or tilt my head to the side, they slide off my ears. And due to them not be molded my ears get "tired" from the pressure of the flat pads if I have to wear them for more than a couple hours at a time. (Often for work I have them on for most of the day.) I use these for now, because I purchased them, but I do not recommend them for long term wear, and as soon as they begin to wear out I will search for a better headset than this.

Installed without a hiccup. Sits nicely on my head. It's light and airy. Doesn't get hot on my ears. Loud at high volume, doesn't distort, Mic works great. All around good headset. I'd buy it again. Only bad is that the Mic HAS to go on the right. Can't swap out which side it can be used on.

Amazing sound quality for the price. Mic works very well. It picks up your voice but doesn't register ambient noises around you. It's also pretty light and reasonably comfortable.

I bought this headset for a family member that had younger children(9 and 3) and wanted something they could use to hear their games, movies, music and talk to Grandma on Skype. With the 3 year old being a typical 3 year old I knew they would quickly try and reverse-engineer the whole thing and break it if there were any fragile parts and this headset did not appear to have any. The boom mic is rather short and easily tucked up into one earphone so out of sight out of mind is a big part of its protection, also because the mic isn't a long bendable easily wielded as a weapon, again helps this headset keep a high durability rating. The few days I used the headset before it departed home the sound quality it produced was rather impressive, lows and highs sounded good and what you would expect in this price range. After nearly two months of use and plenty of Skype discussions between my kids and my brothers in another state this headset appears to have really held up rather well. So as a parent I would recommend this as semi-child proof.

I kept breaking the work issued headsets so I was looking for something sturdy, yet comfortable with clear audio. The Logitech - H540 fits the bill! I like how the mic tucks away and the ear cushions are plush. The sound quality for teleconferencing is good.

The sound quality on this Logitech is much better than the $50 wireless Logitech I purchased a year earlier. People on the other end said I sounded like autotune occasional, but that was likely due to the battery strength dropping. So, I opted for the wired version this time. I've had no complains so far about quality and things sounds great to me. The comforts seems okay as well. If I'm on a long conference call (3+ hours), it will start to get unconfortible on the ears and I need to shift one side off to rest an ear. My main complaint is the thick cord. It has hardly any flexibility and bangs into the desk all the time which you really hear echo in your ears (but not on the other end). It still is in the 'Z' shaped packaged form and will likely never straighten out.

I like the fact that only one wire goes to only one earpiece instead of to both earpieces. That way there is no tangling of the wires. The sound is great. The headphones are lightweight, but they move around on my head. They haven't fallen off yet. I haven't tried the microphone yet.

The headset is great and the sound is really smooth. Especially how my voice sounds on the recording. I’ve used internal microphones from my computer for a long time and the difference is really noticeable so I’m glad I got these.

The product is a plug and play USB that is easy to use. My tests show the microphone sound is very good when i view videos i made and input from those on video conference. In a recent Video Conference i was advised my voice was distorted so i had to resort to non use of the headset. That was the only time.
The headset is light and comfortable when in use.
A small issue is that the microphone blends perfectly with the rest of the headset and is very short. The result is that when it is in the up position it is very difficult to find. Other than that Logitech always makes dependable products and this is another one.

I've always had great results from Logitech. Mic is great, plus it has the ability to filter background noise. Headset is comfortable. The volume and mute buttons on the right ear could've been on the wire so that it is visible.

I needed a PC headset for conference call via my PC and Mac, and for some light gaming. This was a very affordable option, and so far has worked extremely well. I sound crystal clear on Skype and Webex calls, and the incoming sound quality, while not amazing, is fine for my needs. And the headset is fairly light weight and comfortable, even for calls lasting several hours.

I love the quality sounds it brings into my ears. The ear pads feels so comfortable with a volume adjuster and mic that allows me to video chat without having to talk through my computer mic.
I hope that an additional adapter/pin is added to enable multi purpose use for mobile phones vs limited to devices with USBs.

Crucially, the confirmation that your clients can hear you perfectly underscores the microphone's effectiveness for clear communication, which is paramount in professional settings. This highlights its reliability as a communication tool.

I bought these as a replacement for the Microsoft LX-6000 and I wish I hadn't. The headset is reasonably comfortable, the audio quality is good, and they "just worked" when I plugged them in. But the cord is on the right side of the headset and is fairly stiff. Since I am right-handed and am constantly using the mouse when I am using the headset, the cord hits my arm and it's extremely annoying. I only got just over a year out of use from each of the last 2 LX-6000's I had bought, which is why I tried something new. But I will go back to that model after these wear out.

The sound quality was good. The fit was a little slippery on my hair. I kept having to readjust during a call. Although the cushion is nice on the ears, I haven't used them all day and probably never will. I opted for corded for better sound quality and I had no dropouts during my Teams meetings.
Overall, this is a good product.

The sound quality of the speakers and microphone are good. The volume buttons on the right ear are placed in a convenient location. The mute button on the side has quit working. When it did work it was very nice to have a red light indicating you were muted. I've plugged it in to multiple different usb ports and functionality hasn't returned. I tried finding a software download, but it is plug and play. Only other word of advice is it would be great in a quiet office environment, but not great in a loud one as you pick up others conversations and the earphones definitely aren't noise cancelling. Still feel it is more than adequate at the price point.
