Excellent sound quality and all my coworkers say mic sounds crisp and clear. Very lightweight - doesn't feel burdensome nor does it make me sweat.

Great Audio but Some Major Drawbacks

The sound clarity is fantastic. The output from the headphones and the mic clarity is spot on. However, there are a couple of design issues that really have me considering returning it. First, the cord comes out of the right side, is not reversible and the cord is extremely stiff and is very in the way of my mousing arm. The mute and volume controls aren't inline, which I can live with since it has a great inline LED that notifies you when muted. Now the killer problem. The line noise when not muted is awful. Even the slightest brush on the cord blasts through your headphones. Moving your head left and right even slightly feeds back into the headphones and there's now way to adjust listen levels. I'm torn because I love the audio quality so much.

I wear a headset while working most of the day for conference calls. The sound is so clear. The headset is comfortable. Love the volume control and mute on the headset too, not longer on the wire.

    Solid Headset Performance

The headset, especially paired with an app like Krisp, are phenomenal. They perform really well. I do find them hot on my ears, and as I am unaccustomed to wearing a headset I don't like having my ears compressed. Likely I will get used to both. Having the wire coming from my earlobe down my side and going to the USB plug is inconvenient. I have since wished that I had gone for the wireless headphones so that I wouldn't have that wire to navigate around. I never know if my arm should go around the outside of it or the inside of it in order for me to use my mouse. I also find myself wishing I could continue listening and walk around. Otherwise, it performs well and I am satisfied with the purchase.

This is an extremely comfortable headset, with awsome sound quality. It has soft touch volume controls, and a red light on the USB cable that indicates when the mute is on.

I started off with a wireless headset (the H600), but the dongle broke, so I was stuck needing something. This headset fit the bill until I could get my H600 fixed by Logitech. The headset was mostly comfortable unless I was on Skype for a couple of hours and the volume both directions was great. The only thing that I didn't like was that there was a cord connected to them, but I'm pretty picky about wires brushing against me when I'm talking. That is probably just me, though.

I recently began to work from home and in setting up my home office I needed headphones for conference calls. These had good reviews in the several commerce sites I visited so I chose these. I am very pleased with them. The sound is good, the microphone pickup is good, and they feel comfortable during use.

For an On-Ear headset, this is one of the best values I've found. Mic works great, sound is clear. Works well with my Chromebook and my Windows laptop. Comfortable on my head, considering the on-ear aspect. I'm not a fan of this style, but they work for a couple hours without discomfort for me (including wearing glasses). This headset is a great value if you aren't an audiophile or big time gamer. If you're just looking for something to get you through a few hours at a time, this headset is an excellent set to pick up.

Needed a headset for an online course I was taking. Headset was easy to setup and the sound is actually pretty decent for an inexpensive headset. Spent 6 hours-three days in a row - wearing these and they remained comfortable all three days. My last set (different brand) did not fit well and gave me ear aches after an hour of use, so this was a BIG plus for me!

This headset is very comfortable to wear. The audio is clear. The buttons on the side are a little clunky. I keep clicking the mute button by accident, but at least it has one. I recommend this headset for people who take calls through an ACD system working from home. Works great.

I have a huge head, lots of curly natural hair, and glasses headphones aren't my favorite thing. These make wearing headphones with my glasses comfortable since these is no pressing from an open ear cushion. The band opens wide enough for my hair and my head size so I'm very happy with is purchase. Oh and sound is good also.

Good enough for Call Center Use

I use this in a call center using MaxxPointe and Cisco Jabber. This is a far superior replacement for a headset the company provided for us. The headset I was using before had an audio effect like the caller was in a room talking from a few feet away. The Logitech H540 doesn't create that audio effect (probably better magnets used). I like the design concept of the ear covers being a cushion. So far, I do not experience pain or annoyance with prolong usage. The cushion also block some sound making. So if one of my co-workers is trying to talk to me, most times I don't notice right away. I can see what a previous commenter saying about the leather. I'm sure with prolong use, the faux leather will deteriorate. When the mute button is pressed, the LED on the cable lights up red. The only issue I have found is that sometimes the caller has difficulty hearing my voice. I cannot explain why that happens. Downside is that it does not feature a button to accept or end calls. So far, I like this product overall and for what I'm using it for.

Was telecommuting from a family camp and needed to plug into lync, gotomeeting, etc. These headphones weren't uncomfortable, carried my voice fine, were clear to hear other voices. Very pleasantly surprised for the reasonable price. Only wish these were wireless with the same features and functionality. The cord isn't overly long, so it was a good thing I used them right next to the laptop (versus wandering around, standing up to work, etc.)

The sound is clear and crisp. The cushions on the set are comfortable... as long as you don't wear them for 8 hours. That being said, they are still a wonderful headset at a great price. I've had the head set for a few months and they are exactly what I wanted. I haven't use the mike as of yet so I can't comment one way or the other on it, but I like the fact that if I need it, I have it. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase one again.
