Good headset for working from home. Range is okay but had H800 range was longer. Good price

I got these for working from home because I was getting tired of my wired set and wanted some freedom to walk around. We use Microsoft Teams and I'm able to hear and speak on calls just fine plus all my music and videos sound good. The mute doesn't work with Teams but it seems that most wireless headphones have that problem. I tried a bluetooth-only headset before trying these with the dongle and I find these to work much better because my laptop's bluetooth can be inconsistent and I already have other bluetooth devices connected. The signal these put out and receive is strong within 10 feet and I can go about 30 feet and hear most of what's happening. I'd recommend these as a low-cost but effective wireless headset.

When I opened the package and started the process of charging the battery to get the headset prepped, I also inserted the USB transmitter into the slot on the headset provided for storage, and when trying to pull it back out, the plastic tab promptly separated from the hardware, itself. Fortunately a quick fix with a piece of scotch tape has seemed to remedy the situation. The use of the headset has gone without problems, and it has a range of about 15 feet before the connection starts to break.

I needed to replace my previous headset for my laptop. I work from home and use the Avaya softphone for meetings. The headsets are comfortable and lightweight. I am also able to use them with Skype meetings as well.

I'm not a gamer, but I work from home often. I needed a hands free way to take work calls through my VOIP phone on my laptop. This worked like a charm - good sound quality and comfortable to wear for a decent length of time. I say that as someone who usually loathes hats or headphones of any kind.

The ear muffs are very warm when you leave them on too long. It's actually quite uncomfortable. The battery life stinks. If you forget to charge it one day, and use it for one phone call, it's horrible. However, that said, I CAN put it on, walk from my desk to the office kitchen, refresh my coffee, and walk back without dropping a call. GREAT feature for long, boring conference calls or webinars.

Good sound but short range. I got this to go with my company's new voice over IP system. It does not have very good range. But the sound quality and comfort are good.

Sound quality and voice are great. Not so much for the reach. If I step out of my 10x12 room sound gets choppy.

Purchased this for my corporate call ins. Clarity of sound is top notch, and crystal clear. Easy volume adjustment along with muting ability makes working while meeting easy to do. Would highly recommend in any office meeting setting.

I got this in hopes i would be able to use it to pronounce terms for my medical class. Im not sure if the program i am using couldn't tell the terms or if the head phone didnt relay what i was saying. Speakers are great. Still figuring out what im doing wrong with voice to text.

Great set of headphones if your trying to get rid of the cable attached to your computer. Works great for hearing and speaking as long as you are close by. Not meant for walking away and staying on the conversation. They are very comfortable and I have had no issues with battery life. They work if plugged in or not so a good budget choice for the WFH crowd.

its a OK headset, could have been a little louder though, but it works for what I needed it for. Good for the price

Was really happy with price...but would they suck. Nope! They are great. Sound awesome. Light on head. Connect easily.

i use this headset everyday, and it works great...........although this is my second set as the battery is hard to get to, and i could not figure it out, but for the money its worth it!! my first lasted well over a year.

I really do like these, but you have to put it in perspective. These are probably the most inexpensive wireless headsets on the market. So, here are the gripes. They are not super comfortable. Not horrible, but you won't want to wear them for 4+ hours at a time or your ears will get sore. Since I only game for 1-2 hours at the most it hasn't been much of an issue, but I'm not as hard core as some of you out there. The second gripe is that most of the time I have to fiddle to get it to connect when I boot up the computer. Sometimes flipping the switch on the headset will get it to pair up, sometimes unplugging the dongle and re-plugging it works. Never had to go beyond that. So it's a bit of a frustration, but I just use a front side USB port. I've never needed the Logitech pairing tool to make it work, just one of the two above methods. Once paired it doesn't unpair itself until the next boot. The sound is okay for my taste. An audiophile might disagree, but I'm a casual gamer/movie watcher/music listener so it's perfect for that. Just know that for under $40 you shouldn't be expecting something that works like a $400 headset.

I give it a 10 for battery life as I work from home and use it 8 hours a day and last the entire day on a single charge. My only issue which to me is major it says you may move freely for up to 33 feet I can only go about 10 before the static starts and at 15 it is completely gone and the purpose for my purchase was to be able to move around while on long conference calls.

Does everything the claims state, it's compact and fine for Mac of Windows equally. Affordable and fast to setup and function just out of the box. Buy it with great expectations, no surprises. It just preforms flawlessly.

The Headphones have decent sound quality but if I walked further than 15 feet from the source they started to break up

Working from home, I needed a replacement for the wired Microsoft headset my office bought me. These are 100% compatible with Windows & Teams and do everything the wired version does, without the cord. They claim 30 hours of use per charge, I don't actually know because it's never died on me.
