Headphones were easy to set-up and worked very well. Good sound both incoming and outgoing.

Easy to install, quality of sound very good, reduce noise around you and wifi works very well. The batery last like 8 hours before to be recharging.

Decent product even though they didn't work for my intended purpose. I bought them so that my daughter could use on her Xbox which I read through the reviews and saw multiple people said that they did work on the Xbox however they don't. With that being said they do work on my computer in my PS4.

I purchased this thinking it would be good on Skype. It works OK, but I don't think it is really needed. The sound on my laptop will suffice without the wireless headset. Good deal for the money though.

Set up was plug & play. Easy to use. Sound is good. A bit fatiguing on the ears after an hour or so. Good value for the money, however.

Headset works great. Sound in earpieces is perfect. Mic picks up voice very good but limits background noises. This is our second set, first set took 3 years of daily use to wear out.

I needed a new headset to replace an old Bluetooth model. Couldn't stand dealing with syncing Bluetooth anymore so I went with these headphones. They use a Wireless USB connection and work fine for voice chat in videogames. Work well and get the job done.

comfortable enough for hour plus conference calls. Sound quality is ok. The range is limited. Audio starts to break up when more than 10 feet from receiver. Battery lasts through multiple hour long calls. They don't instantly turn on. Wait for the tone before joining a call or the other party will hear a screeching sound until the headset is ready.

The charge port broke just short of 2 years. I tried to get another set, but they are discontinued.

These headphones are great wireless usb adapter headphones for any work from home customer service job. Good sound, the usb adapter is a plus to where a wired corded usb cable thats attached to heaphones give you less freedom. Only down fall i would say about these headphones is the range of connectivity when you not in the same room that the usb adapter and your computer are at.

Overall I'm happy with this headset for the money. I could have purchased a more expensive set but did not need to. The sound clarity could be a little better but my students tell me the sound from the microphone is excellent. The battery lasts almost all week and will give you plenty of notice (with annoying beeps) that you're about to go dead.

For what i paid for this product it should have been made alot stronger and had better range. Up close to the computer it works fine but im afraid to drop it or handle it the wrong way it may break.

only been using them for a little while but i like them so far. for the price i think they're great. If I wear them for too long my ears are a little sore when i take them off but that just might be my experience. I do have a larger head. i had a similiar headset to this that had a cord and after using the H600 i'd never go back to a corded version. the freedom of wireless is so nice.

I loved this headset at first. Sound was great and etc. But I traveled with it once and folded the ear pieces as designed. It appears one ear piece was broken as I can't hear out of it now.

I bought these headphone almost a year ago as a remote worker. I really didn't want to be tethered to my desk. This works perfect! I do an 8 hour day and charge it while on my 30 min lunch. I love the noise canceling part of these headphones.

I think it's a solid headset.. I use it for podcasting and it works well. My only complaint is that I wish there was less interference when using multipe headsets in the same room. Not a big deal but it certainly would make my experience better.

It really makes life easier, specially if you use it for work at the office, not only you get clear sound but also you can step away from the desktop and get something else done while talking

I bought two of these for home schooling. Fit my pre-tween kids well, not too heavy. One out of two seems to sometimes have issue with losing microphone or audio sometimes during a google classroom meet. The other is fine. I'm giving the headphones 1-star off just because I'm not sure it isn't due to the headphones, and due of the lack of troubleshooting tools, as the Windows 10 tools are not that helpful.

Light weight, easy to use. Had some difficulty with mute button - it's hard to tell if you are muted or not. There are different sounds for mute and unmute but the instructions say nothing about them - you learn by trial and error. Same with power button - instructions do not explain the symbols for 'on' and 'off'.
