My only complaint is that it’s hard to tell when the headset is on mute; otherwise, it’s so nice to be wireless and the placement of the mouthpiece is perfect. With my other headset, I was frequently moving the mouthpiece around because I could hear myself breathing into it.

Overall, this product worked as described. The reason I didn't like this product is because: 1) The range for the connectivity was far less than what the specs listed. I literally measured the distance from my computer and fridge (16 feet with no wall between). If I went to this point, the people on the other end would get an "ear bleeding screech from hell". The odd thing is I couldn't hear the noise but I tried it several times to test and the friends I was gaming with confirmed. 2) I have a fat head. This was a bit tight and made it uncomfortable for extended periods of time. 3) When I ordered online, the color for the ring was blue. The pair they sent was a cream white.

No issues with the item. It just works. Used with iPhone and Computers at home. As well as with keyboards in church.

My daughter wears them all day for her online home school. They work great. No wires! If my dog chews these up, I will buy them again.

For the price, you can't beat these headphones. Sound is good. They are wireless. I find them a bit tight. I use them for hours each day in my job and I haven't heard any issues regarding sound quality.

This headset is perfect for gaming. It's comfortable to wear, easy to use, and the sound is quite clear. The volume control is actually the blue ring on the right earpiece. It has a mute button, and a beep signals when you're in need of a recharge. The microphone picks up quite well and is very clear.

If your not playing video games, but are looking for a reliable wireless headset fo listen to music or talk over the internet, this is the one you one. This is my second headset; I use for my traveling. I spend hours each day on skype, and it's perfect each hour.

I was looking for a headset for a while and I’m glad I went to Best Buy and found these. They are wireless and the quality is great. It’s also not as expensive as the other headsets I was looking at. Great purchase overall!!

I use these headphones for audio for work and for listening to music and they work well for both. My only complaint is that I have to unplug the nano receiver pretty much monthly to re-set the interface but other than that have had no issues. Sound quality is decent with Sirius XM.

The head phones are used on my dell computer they have to be charged often. They are used for 2 hours a day and they last about 2 days between charges

This is a very good wireless headset. Sound is great. It's the probably the best wireless you can get at this price range.

It is a good headset for my son's computer gaming and video watching. He likes the features and that he can move throughout the house and still have a good connection.

Battery life is great, sound is ok, comfort is ok. Would recommend.

I use this headset exclusively. I play a lot of PS4 pro games. It connects effortlessly. It sounds great on both ends. Only issue I have is that it will sometimes get static interference from Bluetooth Devices. Not always but at times it will. But the fact that I can hear the conversations and also hear what’s around me makes it a good headset.

Simple to use and sounded great. I needed a headset for numerous zoom calls. I have used them for over 2 hours straight without an issue of needed to recharge. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting a set of wireless headphones.

Bought this headset so I would have more freedom in my office. It is great, charge lasts longer than I expected.. only issue was when they could NOT hear me on a call... but I think battery was running down and I did not realize it. Has been fine ever since. I pay more attention to that... comfortable on my ears... only thing I wish I could travel into my kitchen with it for food. Would definitely buy another.

Looking for a replacement for a wired headset, and this was $20 off the regular price. What a bargain! The fit is excellent and comfortable (and I have a small head), the sound quality is very good, and the microphone adjusts easily for comfort.
