It's the first time I use a wireless headset so at first I was a little uneasy with the sound quality, it's not the same as with a wired one of the same brand. On the other hand, this set has a good range in open spaces (can't say for offices though) and I can go to at least 5 tables away without losing sound quality. Battery is good, lasted me almost a full day using it. I'm pretty satisfied, no more cables for me!

Great option for work from home. I tried other expensive headphones (over $200) and these were so much better. My main concern was being able to mute while not on a call and that has not been a problem at all. I work 10 hr shifts and I charge during my 30 min break just to be safe and I never have an issue with them dying out. If your on the fence go for it! They really are plug and play.

I am hard of hearing. I have experienced difficulty on zoom/ go to meeting/ conference calls in the past. In addition, I utilize speech to text software. This headset is an asset in both regards. I have successfully used my Insignia wireless earphones for digital conferencing previously, but had difficulty with dictation. This is no longer a problem. Great value for the money.

With the price, I expected to get a headset which provided good sound and blocked some outside noise and that is what I got - at a pretty good price!

They are great for person with hearing aids.Open ear head phones with volume control. I do not get any fed back! Great with aids or without. Mike phone has no problems.

I like the portability but sometimes I get a crackle when on an Internet meeting. Easy to connect. Easy to use. Good for the price but could definitely be improved.

Headset is good enough to make calls, listen to music and get the job done. Every now and then it has a hard time connecting to my computer but always resolvable.

Works great, clear sound and comfortable. The only thing I do not like is there is no light showing the power is on or that it is muted.

My wife purchased this headset and learned she did not need it so I traded out a different version for the H600. It is a very comfortable headset and I would recommend getting one - plus it is wireless - a bonus.

Great sound and mic is good for zoom calls. Easy install.
