Well, first off it is wireless; so it somewhat removes the chains of being tied to a desk. The battery life is great and so is the sound. It is a true plug and play device, so very easy to use.

They fit nice and have very good sound. I also enjoy the fact they are wireless.

The price is on par with others, it seemed. I have had good experiences with all my other Logitech products, so I tend to stick with them for new things. My last few headsets were Logitech as well. I do recommend this product for anyone looking for a wireless headset. It's fairly comfortable for long use and it lasts a good while, I think. I tend to get about 3-4 hours out of it before I had to charge it again, but it charges fairly quickly as well. I only have two issues: Installation: I had trouble figuring it out because when I plugged it in, it didn't go into my sound devices as "Logitech headset", but rather it said it was another "speaker" I believe. I finally just tried each item in my sound choices and figured it out then renamed it so I'd know in future. Other than that, it was really simple plug and play. Connection: Sometimes it loses connection and I haven't entirely figured out how to get it back. It's something to do with either pulling the usb out and putting it back in and/or rebooting. It doesn't happen often and I'm not sure why it's doing it (if it's something on my end perhaps). But it's not enough to not get the product, I don't think. It tends to happen more when I leave it idle, so it could have something to do with that. Overall, it's a great product and does just what I wanted it to. :)

Great for toggling between Internet calls and mobile phone calls. I make and receive calls through MS Teams online and via my mobile phone. With the mini USB dongle plugged into my laptop, I can easily switch the headset switch from USB to Bluetooth and go between both types of call without taking my headset off. I have read other review about short battery life, and even the product specs indicate less than 8 hours. I'm not on calls constantly so I've never hit the limit. I DO frequently hook the headset to the charging cable, though. The foam ear pads are comfortable, but can get warm with prolonged use.

Good headphones for pc and your phone. It comes with a Bluetooth dongle for your pc and it pairs with your phone for hands free talking.

I am a gamer, so I value the crisp clear sound for both voices and music. On occasion, I have marathon games with my online friends. This headset is always comfortable. It is lightweight and cushioned in all the right places.

Got tired of switching between headsets for Zoom/Teams meetings and then back to bluetooth to listen to music while completing deskwork, and so on. This headset is really good and with a few improvements it'd be perfect. First, micro-/mini-USB charging is outdated. The ports are susceptible to failure. This should ve USB-C if wired charging remains necessary, or adopt Qi charging like your other model. We don't need more wires cluttering the workspace. Second, battery life is less-than 8 hours with continuous use. It should be 8-hours minimum to accommodate a standard workday where someone might not have a chance to charge during lunch (or might want to keep listening to phone content during lunch). Finally, what would make this perfect is if it could allow BOTH audio streams simultaneously so that I could listen to my phone via bluetooth AND simultaneously monitor for audio alerts or calls on my computer. As it is now, you have to switch between inputs. Still, the price was way less than the newest heaset model so it's a good value for what it offers.

Does everything we need. With both my wife and I working from home, when we were both on conference calls it was too loud. This works great for her. Clear sound, and the microphone works well also. She seems to run out of charge in the afternoon, but that is partly our fault for not making sure it’s plugged in and turned off at night.

I wish this headset came with a wiring also, it just comes with a short wire for charging, but I can't wear the wire while I'm using the headset. The charge lasts 6-7 hours, then I have to recharge it. Unfortunately I am on conference calls all day, and really need it to last more like 10-12 hours. It is very comfortable.

The quality of sound and mic is fantastic. Bluetooth connection to iPhone and iPad is flawless. I always get it to work on my PC, but only after messing around each time.

Headphone shopping can be daunting as there are so many options available. I'm using this headset for work, lots of virtual meetings and such. Coworkers say they can hear me well. The audio quality that comes out of the speakers is ok, I've certainly heard better. Lightweight. Overall, good option for the price range.

Good sound quality. Good fit. Battery is good for 6 hours. Must charge it on breaks and lunches. This is compatible with the five 9 system. Has bad connection when i go to the next room. About 25 feet away from my pc. Overall good wireless headset.

I bought this thinking it will replace my old Logitech USB Stereo Headset H390 however I've used this a total of 2 times since purchasing it.. I didn't care for having to charge this headset constantly and would have preferred a battery option so that I can use this headset regularly. Aside from that the phones padding is made of some type of cotton which feels awkward on the ears and if you live in a warm environment I can see these being sweat sponges. The sound is great! The voice from what my friends tells me sounds really clear. The only issue is the awkward controls and like I said earlier - Constant charging + Fabric phone pad make this headset feel like an expensive regretful purchase. I would recommend this to those that don't care what a headset feels like on their head.

I've had a few wired headsets in the past but got tired of the cord always going bad. So looked at this one and love the fact that not only does it connect to the bluetooth on my computer, it can also connect to the bluetooth on my phone with the flip of a switch. Makes for a great communication device when doing multiple business calls throughout the day.

lightweight, clear sound, intuitive buttons for easy control. mic folds out of the way when you're doing webinars. Foam padding makes it comfortable for long-time wear, yet light. Ability to lengthen/shorten the ear pieces is definitely a plus.

I like this product and use it a couple days a week for attending my online classes. It is probably a reasonable choice for a low - middle cost setup, and some gamers I know use it. That being said, I have trouble connecting it via Bluetooth to my Wiindows 10 Lenovo laptop. I have yet to figure out what the culprit is though. Some days it connects just fine, but then other days it seems to make my browsers freeze up, and I have to start all over. This does not occur when I use a wired Headphones and mic setup. It may be just a Windows 10 problem, as there numerous posts about Bluetooth problems with Windows 10.

Sound quality is great; easy to install. Only problem I've experienced is that sometimes to get them to work you have to make them the default sound output device and then you have to revert your default to your speakers to get the speakers to work again. It's a minor annoyance, but worth mentioning. Haven't used the mike yet but online reviews give it praise.
