    Basically works

I use this with my Samsung S5 and laptop computer. I have to make adjustments to my sound settings on my laptop every time I want to use it with my phone software. It works but it's too much to have to take care of each time I use the phone software. The buttons on the side of the headset doesn't work with the S5. If the phone rings, the button to answer it doesn't work, nor does it hang it up. I also found the buttons to play, forward track or reverse track with music doesn't work. Mutes doesn't work either. As for the quality, I like it for what I paid for it. The sound is good and the microphone does work and others hear me well and without issue but as I said, the buttons simply do not work. I looked for an app through the google play store thinking that logitech may have created something to make it work right but could not find anything and there is nothing about an app listed on the box or the instructions inside. The battery life seems to be around 4 to 6 hours depending on if you're talking on it or just listening to music. It would be nice if replacement battery were easier to find for when the battery doesn't last as long.

We've used several of these with very few problems. The bluetooth usually works without a hitch, and the range of the proprietary wireless is great. Our goto headsets.

I really do like these. The noise cancelling works great without killing your voice. The reception sound is good, not the best I've had but the best for wireless headphones. My only problem is forgetting to turn it off when I am done using them but still connected to pc or phone. The battery is still discharging at a higher rate than my wireless Bluetooth only ear buds. Overall I would recommend to my friends and family.

The sound quality is nice and clear. The headphones do NOT block background noise. The mic seems to only pick up my voice, not the background noises.

These are comfortable. They connect immediately to my Mac Pro. The audio is acceptable. They are light and do not intrude into my sensor or comfort zones. I have relied upon Logitech for many years for wireless needs and they have always delivered.

My third set... For the money, they are the best! I say this despite some drawbacks too... the new(this year) power cord is short, so when the battery dies, they are disposable, unless you buy the protection plan... Also, the power port on the right earpiece will erode over time, as with many devices. Again, the set is done. I work online 50 hours/week, and know headsets. The audio tech in these cans rival sets 10 times as pricy. The fact that with my usage, I replace them every two years, primarily do to the power port or battery failure, is fine considering the mic/audio quality I get with these... If you will not be hammering them, they probably would last many years... hope this helps?

3 stars for sound quality but mike did not work, no one could hear me so no 5 stars. My Mike on the headset was not working so I wanted to be sure so I tried to find directions about activating or removing the mute.. the instructions never mentioned anything about the Mike activation. I went on website for the manual and it was better and I was able to determine Mike is broken. I was told by the Best Buy rep this was the best headset so I will trade it for the same one and give it another chance.

I purchased these looking for an option to use with my webcam during my zoom sessions. It has good options with Bluetooth or the included adapter to connect to different devices. However, the sound quality is not very good and has some static from time to time. I even tried making sure it was not the feedback from the USB 3.0 interference and still the same issue. I know its an inexpensive set and not a Bose for example but still expected better quality.

Clear sound both in and out. Very comfortable battery life is fine. Never tried with Bluetooth only with dongle. The first one I bought had issues after about 4 weeks. The next 6 units purchased have worked well.

I have a puppy that loves to chew up any type of electrical wires so I needed headphones that I could use for gaming that wouldn't require me to watch my pooch every second of the day. This headset holds a charge for several hours and has GREAT range!! I love that I can go to my kitchen to make lunch and still hear what's happening in my game.

These headphones make providing Speech and language therapy via Zoom during shelter in place much more effective. The mic allows me to provide verbal modeling without feeling the need to speak at the top of my lungs and no longer leaning over into the screen. Before these headphones, my voice was hoarse by the end of 6.5 hours of online sessions. A little expensive but I appreciate being wireless to quickly move around my apartment as needed between zoom meetings. They are easy to connect to a laptop but haven't been able to connect to my phone via Bluetooth.

Works as advertised. There was a little bit of concern about whether or not it could be properly charged (without damage) on a charging usb hub (or an apple wall dongle), but we went ahead and counted on the USB standard and that seems to have caused it no harm. As this is my first headphone, I can't compare it adequately to others, hence the four stars. One could say it is, at once, the best I've ever had and the worst I've ever had (one datum)!

My husband works from home and is on the phone very often. This provides the flexibility of being able to be on the phone without being tied to his desk or his computer and still be able to be on a conference call. The sound is good and the convenience of the side button features are useful. Great purchase at a reasonable price.

I bought these headphones when my older Logitech wireless headphones broke. They work well. They're more comfortable than the old ones. The smaller USB dongle is nice for travel - you don't even need to take it out to fit in the briefcase. They fold up to fit better in the briefcase, too. The one thing I miss from the older ones is the red light for "Mute." On the new ones, you just hear a little noise in your ear when the Mute is turned on or off. You have to remember what state you're in. The "Mute" light on the microphone boom arm was a nice feature.

All my logitech products work of of one single unifying receiver dangle that only uses one USB port for all the different products. I bought the headset, mouse and external keyboard so I can sit in my recliner and use my big flats creek TV as my monitor.

I connect the headset using bluetooth. The sound is very clear and so far (two weeks) I have not experienced interference, breaking, or dropped signals. I am careful to turn off the headset when not in use to save the battery as the battery appears to last a couple of days with moderate use. This headset is used for working, teaching, and Zoom meetings. The headset starts to beep when there is approximately 30 minutes of battery power which is very useful.

I needed a pair of headphones that would allow me to easily switch between my cell phone and computer. These have filled the bill nicely. There was a minor glitch trying to connect more than one Bluetooth device (not at the same time) no documentation was included but a quick internet search provided the needed process.
