Good sound quality but controls did not work with Microsft Lync as advertised on the box.

Made my Zoom meetings a breeze. Sound is clear and voice comes across well. Very comfortable to wear.

Purchased these to replace an older set of Logitech headphones. Enjoy not being tethered to the computer by a USB cable. Good sound quality and light weight.

With a lot more people working from home, I was having a difficult time finding a decent headset to use. I am glad I found these. They work great so far. The price was very reasonable (I found this exact headset (Logitech H800) on Amazon for twice the price. It only took 2 days to receive them (they arrived quicker than anticipated). I would recommend these to someone looking for a headset.

I bought these for use at work and the sound is perfect. Also very comfortable to wear. Using the mic for recording is also great as the sound is clear and perfect.

I purchased this after reading hundreds of reviews, as I was looking for something that was USB and BT capable. The sound is amazing and the noise canceling mic is awesome. I have not had issues with charging, like others have commented. The only issue I had with it was that the USB dongle can only be used with this headset. I was disappointed to find out that it is not Unifying Software compatible. It also would have been nice to be able to add this device as a unifying device with my existing receiver. Instead now I have to have two receivers connected unless I want to pair it with PC BT.

A good unit. Not t6he best, but not the most expensive either. Allows me to do what I want to do and I can't make out any difference between most units. If you have great hearing and can tell the difference you still wouldn't go wrong with this headset.

This product works well with or without the Bluetooth adapter. If a system has Bluetooth it finds and pairs the headset with ease. When I use it in a system that does not have Bluetooth the adapter works seamlessly. A negative is that it is really too large to consistently pair with a phone.

Works great, the sound is awesome. The range was good. Can actually step out of the office while still on the phone and walk around.

I used this headset at work and home computers with the USB connection. I've not used it with Bluetooth. I've had very little issues with sound or mic. The only complaint I have was the the USB receiver disconnected from the housing. Eventually, I lost it. It was $15 plus shipping to replace it.

I am basically using these as wireless headphones that do not require a Bluetooth connection. Luckily for me it has both. The headphones install quickly and it is just a matter of turning them on to get started.

I purchased these when I started to work from home, and I have to say this is one of my staples in my "kit". Just about everyone within my team at work use these headphones now. Would recommend. You may need to plug them in halfway through your day, I cannot get a full 8 hours of meetings, without a quick charge in the day. Just a heads up. It uses a small battery pack, that you might find in a cordless phone back in the '90s.

I was looking for a wireless headset with a microphone so that I can dictate to my Dragon Naturally Speaking program. I do a lot of writing for collage and a book that I am writing. I needed to free myself from being tied to my lap-top with a wired headset/microphone. The microphone sensitivity is very good (better than my wired microphone) and the ear phones have very good sound. A full charge will run this headset for about 6 hours. Good product at a very good price.

This headset mostly lived up to our expectations and needs. But it fell short in one crucial area and were it not for the good Bluetooth response it would have been a failure for us. We have a Logitech M317 mouse that is in use on the year old HP laptop that the H800 headset was being connected to. We could not get the headset's wireless dongle to work when the mouse dongle was connected. Fortunately the Bluetooth connection worked flawlessly and with very good distance range (we verified more than 25 ft--the limit in the area where we use the laptop), so we didn't have to use the wireless dongle. Battery life when fully charged seems to be in the range of what Logitech claims. We get over 5 hours before it needs re-charging. Listening sound quality is decent, and the quality that others hear through the microphone is good. I give it four stars rather than five due to the apparent incompatibility between this and the M317 Logitech mouse.

I just love this headset. They are very light and love the Bluetooth option. The only thing i wish is that it had a better battery life.

The headset is stereo, bluetooth, wireless (with usb dongle) and easy on ears. What more do you want?
