The Logitech H800 Wireless Headset is great to handle. The sound is precise and clear. Also the sound is a surround quality comparable to the quality in a theatre. I am very please with my new Logitech H800 Wireless Headset.

My wife uses this headset for work. Loves the quality but the charge on battery is not that great

It was what I was looking for. The sound is good. The only issue that I have is that the on/off but is extremely small.

I was looking for headpones that worked on multiple devices including my PC and cell phone. These advertised as being able to do that but the bluetooth connection was pitiful. It did not keep a connection to my phone but the PC connection was fine with the USB dongle. The headphones just feel cheap. The plastic felt loose on the device and I feel as though I could easily break them. I returned these after 1 day of use.

I really liked this headset and it worked beautifully with my computer and was so comfortable. However I had to exchange it because the Bluetooth wasn’t compatible with the virtual desktop at work.

I bought this to use when I work from home on my work laptop. We have MS Lync for all conference calls, intercompany calls and meetings. This headset worked when I first plugged it in and I got positive feedback from other members of my team that the sound quality was great. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I make training videos with it. Does what it's supposed to do. Works great. Would buy again.

The USB wireless connector is a bit tricky and requires quite a bit of fiddling to get working. I often find myself rebooting to get it connected. The sound quality is OK - not great. The battery life is dismal -- maybe 2-3 hours of continual use, and doesn't last the entire work day. Takes a long time to charge (e.g. overnight).

Sound quality is good, and from what I can tell, people on the other end can hear me fine. I haven't run out of battery life yet and being able to get up while in a meeting is nice. The issue with this headset is build quality. The plastic is very cheap and has noticeable creaking and it feels like it would very easily break. I have read reviews where the charging port broke and I can see why. Manufacturers really need to move away from this port. It feels like it will break at some point. The volume controls are just fine but muting is a problem. I can't tell when I am muted or not based purely on the audio beeps. At some point you'll forget and there's no visual identifier, such as a red light (boom mic isn't long enough for that), to indicate that you're muted. I end up having to always use the chat program mute functionality. Overall it's okay for what I needed it for but it could be a lot better.

I saw a coworker with these on during our zoom meeting. Their audio was so crisp. I asked for the name of the headset and quickly purchased it. Amazing sound quality!

This headset is indeed very nice. I use it primarily for meetings and sometimes movies. Batteries last a long time but I mostly just keep it plugged in and charging anyway but it's nice to be able to walk away from the PC and still work and talk. Awarded 4 stars because I wish the volume could go a little louder. They are fine in my home office but if I worked in a busy place with others then I think they might not be loud enough to clearly hear the other end of the conversation.

I purchased this for WebEx meetings, out of the office, and it works great! Calls are crystal clear and the headset is very comfortable! Easy to set up and long-lasting battery!
