Excellent sound quality for the microphone. Solid sound quality for the earphones (not as good as some gamer headsets but definitely a better mic. It’s better than any previous headset I’ve had). Super light weight and confortable. Overall, an excellent headset.

I've been working from home since the pandemic and it will be a while until my work place allows us back in the office. I decided to invest in my home office equipment. I purchased these particul Logitech headsets for 3 reasons: (1) affordable, (2) lightweight and comfortable, (3) wireless. I am in several Zoom meetings throughout the day and using my earbuds all day long was uncomfortable. These Logitech headsets have worked wonderfully and the sound and mic are great.

My second one in 4 years - I burned out the battery in the last one. I tried replacing it with a cheaper unit and no luck. This is the headset for being on the phone all day or hours long WebEx sessions. The battery life is long the comfort is good and you can still hear what's happening around you. Also, nothing is a substitute for a boom mic.

Bought this headset at the outset of the Covid lockdown as I was stuck working from home and needed a good wireless headset. This was literally the only one Best Buy had left in the store so I didnt have much choice. It works well, via bluetooth or wireless adapter and the audio is clear. It does what I needed it to do, although I found out really quickly that it will not last for my entire 12 hour day on a single charge when my day is hectic. It feels a bit flimsy and plastic for a $70 piece of equipment but is still far cheaper than the Jabras and the Plantronics we normally use in my office (and are only barely better). Overall, a good purchase in a pinch.

I really like the dongle and Bluetooth option. The only issue is there is no standby so you have to charge it more often.

    Great Headphones

Great headphones and very easy to use, they have very good sound too. I have had my headphones for one week shy of 1 year and the only problems with using them I have had are actually kind of minimal. For example, if you go beyond the range they beep and flash and then it is a super big pain to get them to resync back up with the computer. I had to unplug the little USB device and replug it in to get it to work again. I have also had this happen randomly once or twice since I have been using them. I use them every day and I watch movies, do work, make many telephone calls using my computer, and they hold up well. Other people say they sound great too, unless I have a bad internet connection. My computer is smart enough to know that all phone calls go to the headset. Now my problem is recharging them, the plug does not always hold in place correctly. So you have to make sure they are charging by sitting them at an odd angle, to get the plug to be recognized when it is plugged in. Otherwise they do not charge properly and then they are useless, since you can not even have them plugged in while using them, if the plug is not working correctly. I am looking for a way to use the limited warranty on the box, maybe Best Buy will help me. If not for this final problem, I would give these headphones a 5 star review. But with this problem, after only a year, I am not really happy.

I use this ALOT. I do online computer training and I wear this headset for 8 hours a day . It's lightweight and comfortable. The sound quality is excellent. The only downside to this is no sidetone . You can't hear yourself talk like you would on a cellphone

The product is comfortable and works well. The sound quality and connection options are convenient, easy to connect and work well. The only downside is a full charge doesn't always get me through some marathon meetings, but, you can use them while plugged into the USB for unlimited usage.

I have several sets of earphones and earbuds, but this is my only set of earphones with a microphone. The sound quality is great, they are comfortable for long gaming sessions or watching movies, and the Bluetooth options are nice to have. My only negative comments are the fact that the mic seems to go to sleep when not being used so there is a delay when gaming if you are talking consistently and it can sometimes be confusing how to unpair from one device and pair to another while both devices are on.

I wasn't looking to get the Bluetooth enabled headset but it was the only one on the shelf under $100 so... I usually buy Logitech and have been pleased with them. These ones connect to my phone and iPhone/Pad/Pod wirelessly thanks to the Bluetooth and it makes me very happy! I normally use them in conjunction with my computer but they seem to only be at the computer these days when they need to be charged. Would recommend and buy again.

Sound: Nice, flat sound signature. Crisp bass, but not too much of it. Not for bassheads, but surprisingly nice sounding for those with a more sophisticated headphone experience. Comfort: Pretty comfortable, even with glasses. The clamping force on your ears is very light. Very lightweight headphone overall. Build: A little flimsy. Because they are so lightweight, they carry movement and touching noise. I was a little scared of plugging in and removing the charging cable because the headphones seem a little frail and the charging port failing is the top complaint among reviews. Overall: Great quality headset. Surprisingly good enough to use for music and movies. Being able to hook this up to your PC (wireless dongle) and Phone (bluetooth) is pretty slick. Maybe not worth MSRP, especially if the charging port fails like the reviews lead us to believe, but for a discount price I think they are worth a purchase.

These headsets are incredibly comfortable and the sound quality is great. They are very lightweight but I do wish they would charge more quickly. We keep table top plugs handy because 6 hrs is the max.

My family now has three of these headphones. We love the fact that they are both Bluetooth and wireless, and they fold up nice and neat. I personally like these because I can hook it up to my smart phone or my Surface Pro 2. Sound is not bad either.

Very good sound quality and comfortable to use for extended time periods. The price point seemed reasonable for this product overall. If anyone needs a great headset that also has noise cancellation to not impact your on-line sessions this may be the one for you. The added bonus because it is wireless using bluetooth you have the freedom to move about during meetings/classes.

I am very happy with these headphones. The sound quality is excellent - maybe not on par with the premium professional headphones, but I wasn't looking for that. Still, more than adequate for my listening needs. The wireless works very well; I've gone beyond the stated 40 ft range without much interference (it gets pretty choppy by 60 ft, but doesn't lose connection). The microphone works well too for Skype and other calls on my PC. I have not yet used the Bluetooth capability, so cannot speak to that. My only complaint is that I wish there was an audible tone when the batteries needed to be recharged; there is a blinking light, but you can't see that while you're wearing them. Overall, an excellent choice for a wireless headset.

Worked good for about a month til the battery started to go. If you are looking for all day use, comfort wise, these were great. Sound Wise, also great. Playing spotify through them will kill the battery very quickly and had to leave plugged in while using. Went with a pair of seisenheiser headphones to work as a headset and the battery is strong enough to last a full day. If you need a starter pair for basic use, these will do. you get what you pay for.
