Overall I like them but can be frustrated trying to get it to connect

Functional headset, cheap, good sound, use daily

It has good quality sound for both of us. I like that it has the option of either using the Logitec connection or Bluetooth. I use the Logitech to connect to my desktop computer. When I want to use a headset with my cell phone, I switch to Bluetooth. Both work well. Keep the manual around or find it online if you need to pair with a new Bluetooth device because the buttons to press are not obvious.

Good sound but seem to have quality issues.

We like them for the over the ear style which allows you to hear what is going on around you and still be comfortable. I gave it 3 stars because unfortunately they don't seem to last a real long time. We have had to replace 3 units over the past few years. If you purchase this product I highly recommend you look at the optional insurance offered by Best Buy as it has kept me from paying full price to replace them multiple times now.

I'm sorry that they don't seem to last a real long time for you. I'm glad that you invested in the retailers replacement plan and are able to use that. Logitech H800
